This bar was a real ale and cider outlet offering a good range of both. Sadly, the outlet is now closed.

The coffee was great; however, it was a shame I couldn’t go inside because they do not have a wheelchair accessible entrance. There are two steps to get into the café. It still shocks me to see businesses without a portable ramp or step-free access. The barista was lovely and apologised to my carer about my inability to enter. It is the management’s responsibility to ensure that their business is accessible for all, and that no one is discriminated against based on disabilities. I hope that the owners/management see my review and take necessary steps to resolve this issue. After that, I will be happy to amend my review.

My girlfiend and I have started to come here for the all day breakfast whenever we're in town and need feeding up and every single time we are satisfied and well looked after! The staff are really friendly, even though we only go in like once a month, the usual waitress who remebers us and what we order. The menu is expansive and great value, the decour is lovely and warm. Take a look at the menu, but if homely food and nice vibes is what you are looking for, can't go wrong with the Marlowes Cafe!

Well, we visited the stall at Beaconsfield bank holiday fayre market and chose 2 delicious cinnamon doughnut 'things' plus a gorgeous seeded sourdough loaf which has stunned us, it's so tasty. It's 23 miles from our home to the bakery but we plan to plague them for their bread and goodies; just hope they keep in the freezer!

This place is fast becoming my number 1 choice for a coffee (or an afternoon beer) with a client or prospect. Great choice of drinks.

We entered the store today and asked for two bagels we were told by the man in the video that he wasn’t serving and that we should ask one of his colleagues. He clearly did not want to serve us a white woman and an Asian man entered and he served them both from the bakery section, which is next to the bagels. This man did not want to serve us based on whatever prejudices he had but chose to serve other people do not want to come here again if people are not treated the same.

I first walked through The Marlow when I was 8 in 1953. Wow, so many changes over the msny years. It's definitely an up-beat place these days. But seeing Bank Court, brought back memories of how progressive Hemel Hempstead was back in the 1950s, and how some things remain virtually unchanged.

The food and refreshments are fresh and delicious. The atmosphere and staff are very friendly and welcoming - Krishna herself was extremely wonderful and considerate - as she brought out a special surprise treat to celebrate my upcoming birthday! Definitely a place to revisit regularly.

Karaoke nights are sick a full of supportive people, good drinks and prices.

Used to stay in Hemel many years ago and Jennys used to be a favourite go-to place for good food. So on my way back from Heathrow, I stopped over for lunch. The place retains its no-frills charm and still serves good food in an efficient way. Still not accepting cards but that’s not a problem as the cash machine is right across from the restaurant.

Not very friendly staff, otherwise quite clean. Not sure if going to buy from them again. Probably need some staff training
