Greggs Hemel Hempstead in Dacorum

Not very friendly staff, otherwise quite clean. Not sure if going to buy from them again. Probably need some staff training

I bought a Vegetable bake pastry in the the Hemel shop from the hot cabinet, and ate it within minutes but agghh it was stone cold, yuk yuk yuk it really just wasn't very nice either, Wenzyl's bakery a few doors up are so much better, its worth paying a few coppers more for quality.

Its always good to find a Greggs - after my bus not turning up, they came to my rescue with a trusted sausage roll and coffee.

Worked just across the high st for about a week. Would call at least 3 times a day, breakfast dinners and a latte. Always clean and tidy, hence a busy unit Great staff. Well done greggs

Staff are very friendly, the food is good and there's a variety of things to choose from. Limited seating but an enjoyable experience

Bought a takeaway steak slice and cheese and tomatoe sandwich.Good value decent food.Sandwich freshly made and steak slice very tasty.Busy place obviously popular due to above.

The branch is very well equipped and has a fresh look. Very nice staff - never have any issues. A few tables to sit inside and a few outside if weather is nice.

This place is good for bread sandwich lovers. There are sandwich which can be served hot out of Oven. My favourite here is Flat Bread Chicken and I take it hot out of Oven, with my appetite I need to buy something in addition :-) like donuts etc.

A great shop for sandwiches, sausage rolls, cakes and of course coffee - all very fresh and not too expensive!

greggs is always clean and the food is allways good hot when its supposed to be a fresh cream always fresh . staff are always helpful with a smile.

Refurbished and well run by pleasant staff food is as expected for this type of shop .its right in the middle of the shopping centre so is easy accessible

Took my disabled mum for tea and sausage rolls. Very welcoming and asked if we were eating in or out. Pleasant attitude. Asked if there was enough room for the wheelchair and told us about the offers.

I was walking around the high street of hemel hempsted looking for a place to grab a quick bite and walked past Gregg's and thought of just trying it out after seeing their menu and prices. The plain bacon on roll and hot drink value order at 2.25 was just simply to good to resist. The taste met my expectations, the bacon was crispy on the roll and tasty. Coffee was also good. Service was good but the place could be a bit cleaner. Overall I will give this place a thumbs up.

Staff are friendly and kind, food is good as you know what you are wanting, it's only a bakery. Very reasonable prices, always busy.

You know what you get in a Greggs and this one is no different. A nice selection of sandwiches and other food to choose from, fair prices and friendly staff. The seating outside is good in the summer although I always fear that the pigeons that sit roughly above the area, was have a good target! Will use again.

Dropped just after lunch and pleased that there was still a good choice of rolls and sandwiches. Staff were really friendly and wide selection of snacks, drinks, cakes etc.. Also got a pizza slice which was nice and hot.All good and delivers what Greggs should.

Best place to get a cheap lunch on the go! Lovely every time, it's literally such a common place for everyone to grab food and go, even if your rich, poor, old, young! Never disappoints. I always have a chicken pasty, which is always piping hot, or a baguette or one of their pizzas plus a little sweet treat of course! You know everything is made on site too making it even better. Lovely coffees and hot chocolate.

Es un buen lugar que sirve comida caliente y bebidas. Difícil de encontrar un asiento a veces y personalmente no me gusta. Pero mi madre le encanta ir allí cuando llevarla a la ciudad. La comida es bastante buena y las bebidas bien y bastante barato teniendo en cuenta el trabajo los alrededores.

Value for money. Sometimes hot food if you time it right - sometimes not so hot! Usually quick efficient service.

There is no doubt that Greggs is very popular and service tends to be quite quick which is ideal when you're grabbing a quick lunchbreak.Value isn't too bad either,but as with today, when I purchased a sausage roll and steak bake, the quality of the pastry and temperature can vary so much. Greggs, as a well known saying says, 'does exactly what it says on the tin'.Best enjoyed when you time it right with items freshly out of the oven. Staff are cheerful and polite and the place is clean.

Great service, can be lengthy ques but worth the wait hot and cold rolls, pastries, etc. tip get a loyalty card stamped each time you have a hot drink and once the card is full claim a free cup! Also special meal deals are on offer where a latte can cost you 50p! Well worth it....

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Plenty of choice, all reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have liked more seating but other than that would recommend!

Your typical Greggs with delicious sausage rolls, sandwiches etc. there's an outside seating area but they tend to run out of sliced white bloomers after lunch time which is a shame because they're my favourite loafs. Otherwise never been let down with the quality of food served hear.
