Awful service, the person taking my order taken my order didn't listen to or note the request correctly, then when this was pointed out the person who I believe was the manager seemed irritated at my request, despite me having this drink made at another Starbucks, and when she made the drink it was seemingly made without care and I was left with green water. I will not be going there again.

Asked for a chocolate chip frappe was made the wrong drink twice and then made some cheap refresher instead won’t be retuning.

Pros: Nice friendly staff. Very helpful people. Coffee is very nice Food tasty (but the cost of a veggie breakfast is very high these days!) Cons: Parking - time limit and hard to park not great if you want a work meeting there (not their fault to be fair) Cleanliness - Everytime I go there it is dirty - the floor is never swept. There are crumbs on seats and tables need clearing and wiping. It is never done for the two hours I am sat there and I frequently go when it is not very busy so someone could do it. It is awful going to such a grubby looking place. I would have more work meetings there if it was cleaner Furnitured: the chairs are grubby and very tired looking.

I waited 15 minutes for an order, 2 coffees, they were ready for 10 minutes and no one packed them, the staff didn't even notice me 😰😰😰

If I could give 0 starts I would. Just went in at 5:30 and was told I can’t have any cold drinks only hot then proceeded to say I can have a iced mocha but gives me a awful coffee just because they wanted to close.I had to leave the drink there as I couldn’t even drink as he also said they had no straws and put a flat lid on it and made it spill. Lady who was also working was slightly more helpful but never going back here as he just couldn’t be bothered to make the drink

Americano was good Espresso was cold, Hot water not boiling Tuna melt was piping hot but bland of taste. No salad or crisps garnish Will not purchase again. Prefer tuna melt at Cafe in Dunhelm Nash Mills

Standard Starbucks experience except the door to the property doesn't close by itself if someone has left it open. During the winter, it makes it cold and a staff member doesn'tgo and close it. It's why I try to avoid the location.

Poop in for a chitty chatt & coffee couldn't fault it really... apart from the parking !! ?? not Starbucks fault it's the design & what the council has left out when you get a parade of shops / coffee house , church etc that require adequate parking ... errrr typical council of Hemel.. no doubt there's a valid excuse ?? normal !!

Really delicious seasonal drinks! Made my husband wish he ordered what I had... toffee nut is what I got in the picture! Staff was excellent as well!

This is a fairly large branch of Starbucks located within a small parade of shops. The parking is a bit challenging with limited spaces. It’s the usual Starbucks fare (which is good). The service was nothing special but not a problem.

Staff more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. Long wait for drinks. Absolutely no rush to serve anyone

It's hard to say and give a good opinion about this place, there isn't much going on there the staff seems to be not very happy or they don’t know how to give a good service more training needed, even grinding coffee is a hardship for them.

Came here to use as a "work space", absolutely dead yet the restaurant was completely filthy. 3 young guys standing around talking, whilst customers came in and cleared their own tables to use!!! Toilets- don't even get me started

Very nice Starbucks to spend time but I cannot say the same thing for their barista. He stares at people like he is ready to figh. Very moody and angry. There was nobody at the register so I thought I can give my order to him but he didn't even bother replying me. He just stared at me angrily as if I humiliated him somehow. I spent some time in there and when I gave my second order I realized that he is also like that to the other customers too. Some kind of an attitude problem he has.

Great coffee at a great price. Very friendly and professional staff. Would recommend if you need to get work done or a catch up with friends/family!

Service, food and coffee was great. But it's so cold in the cafe because the doors are always open! What's more, the doors are small and very difficult for a wheelchair user to operate!

We were meeting someone and I am not a coffee drinker do had tea which was like dishwater. Staff ok tho and clean inside.

Came with my dog here, barista was very rude when I asked for a puppacino with my latte and cookie. Said it costs them money so it's not free?? Although everywhere I've read online it says it is. It's not about the cost that bothered me, just the rude response and demeanor. His colleague however was nice throughout and ended up offering us one anyway.

Nice decor and setting, airy and spacious inside. Latte was very mild in favour - and worst of all, the toilets were padlocked!

Really friendly staff, great choices (usual Starbucks offers - just like in the other franchises). Placed near other shops, parking in front of the shop (small number of spaces), close to Aldi, McDonalds and Costa Cafe. Gregg's and Tesco Express just 1 minute walk. F1 Autocentre right across the road.

At the moment you step in this place the personel give you a good feeling. Very congenial stuff, it is a happy place to enjoy with friends or with your date. Great cuisine, specialist chef de cuisine, honest cost and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Winter coffees back and warmed me up!! Takeaway is safe and distances with queue going outside limiting to 6 people inside. Very safe.

The time they take is shocking. I know its lockdown but they have always been like it, even before lockdown. They need more than two staff in at a time, especially as they get takeaways orders and uber orders to do aswell. Ive never waited so long for a coffee. I could have actually cooked a family meal in the time we had to wait today. Get another member of staff in to deal with online and other delivery drinks.

Yesterday, purchased a Eggnog Latte. Today told I cannot buy unless I'm a good member. If its on the menu and in stock, surely I should be able to buy. Especially after the shortages experienced last year.

I love this restaurant a lot. theres a very nice ambiance. The kitcen is superb. the service is powerful and the stuff is polite. The cost is honest. deeply recommend.

1/4 of a coffee for 3.55 insane

It was fine. I was hungry and the wrap and drink were delicious. Personally I prefer to use independent shops (independents are more likely to pay tax fairly and more of the takings stay in the community rather than going to offshore tax havens) so this was an impulse stop. I didn't realise there's an independent just a few doors down.

I meet with friends this lovely spot a lot! This is my favorite spot to eat. I visit this spot routinely. The cooking is excellent, the staff members are polite and the payment is reasonable. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant over a rich meal.

I drive to this starbucks from Luton because the service is exceptional from Paul, Luke and Micheal, always smiley, friendly and professional, I ordered the cookies and creams frappuccino and coming from this store is incredible. Better than any other store!! Well done and thank you to Paul for your incredible service! 👍

None of the employees wore face masks, yet they insisted that customers are required to wear a face mask. When I asked the person making my coffee why they aren't wearing a mask I was advised that they do not have to as they are working behind a glass. This doesn't make much sense, considering they make customer coffees and serve food without face masks, which meant the person exposed possible germs to my coffee. How is this supposed to keep me as a customer safe?

They serve big dishes and for convenient prices. welcoming staff. They never disappoint.

The amount of rubbish generated from this place in the local area is absolutely shocking!! Starbucks need to do something about this ASAP.

the workers are amazing they always remember my drink and it is always clean everyone is so nice and it just feels like an amazing place to study, me and my partner went there for his first time and he said that it is amazing and he cant wait to come here again

This Starbucks has a lot of windows, however it’s been a very long while since they have been cleaned . From outside it is very noticeable so unsure why that is .... saving money on windows ... argument with the window cleaner ?? Inside wasn’t busy, however neither of the two staff here had cleaned the tables so there were more tables with empty mugs and rubbish than actual customers . Will definitely not return

This is a pretty new Starbucks so I think it’s safe to ignore some of the early bad reviews regarding speed. I was extremely well looked after today, fast service with a smile. I was 3p short and the guy sorted me out. Tip jar will be getting much more than 3p in it next time I visit!

Best coffee place around! Lovely range of cakes, yogurts, sandwiches , toasties and of course drinks. My personal favourite is the pumpkin spice frappechino

It's one of the best designed interiors:spacious, light and sunny. It's always clean. Service is excellente: friendly (they remember your regular drink) & welcoming. Make an effort to top up cleaning regularly.

WIFI is never working and staff doesn't seem to care about it. Had visited store various times in last few months and still its not working. Get it sorted starbucks and teach staff some empathy when they are told about the issues effecting customers, at least knowledge of how this could be fixed.

Often pop in here for a coffee at the weekends, large place with plenty of seating but the parking is a bit of an issue. There are a few shops along this strip and not enough parking to fit all the cars so people double park and cause issues.
