Creams Cafe in Dacorum

Went into Creams today for ice cream with my BFF - received a five star treatment from the wonderful Chrishna - thank you for providing great customer service - Regards Bernadette & Megan xx

The food and refreshments are fresh and delicious. The atmosphere and staff are very friendly and welcoming - Krishna herself was extremely wonderful and considerate - as she brought out a special surprise treat to celebrate my upcoming birthday! Definitely a place to revisit regularly.

Krishna was amazing and the food was perfect. It looks as good as it tastes, I highly recommend going here especially for the fantastic service we got, Krishna was very helpful and friendly, she’s very sweet as well.

Amazing food and plesant experience

We enjoyed the newly added savoury waffles with southern spiced chicken in it. It was very nicely cooked and we loved it. I'm glad to find something nice and hot in this place. Worth a try!! And the service was really great! Krishna was kind and lovely who served our food and also explained about that newly added items in the menu👍

They were super with our children and very prompt with service. Lovely delicious treats.

Came in 20 mins before closing and Krishna was very accommodating at the till. Our order was ready in less than 5 mins! Food was delicious as always

We popped in as I was craving something sweet. We chose to share a waffle (which was huge) so I’m glad we shred it. We also had a scoop of the banoffee icecream was was soo good! There are some great options on the menu from ridiculously sweet waffles to fruit so those that don’t have such a sweet tooth, it’s still worth a look 👀 It was a little pricey but considering there was enough for 2, it was fine. The service was really good! Very friendly and welcoming :) Would recommend

We had a lovely desert at Creams Cafe in Hemel Hempstead. I had the white cookie dough with ice cream and my Sister had the Oreo cookie dough with ice cream. We both absolutely loved the food and would definitely return as soon as we can. The milkshakes were really nice as well. Great, quick and friendly service as well from all the staff members we came in contact with. I would highly recommend to all.

The food was delicious and the wait was short. Loved it, would recommend.

Had to buy a drink to hide in the toilet when getting chased but apart from that it’s fun to come with friends and family

Very disappointed as regular customer I don’t care if it is you or the delivery company Make sure I got my food asap and not cold ( 1h.20 delay) u should cancel it

Pleasantly surprised by the savoury food now on offer. We had the crunch hot pocket and the chicken with waffles and maple syrup - both delicious. Would definitely try more off of the savoury menu.

We went to creams for my daughter’s birthday. Krishna was amazing, she was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday an enjoyable one, she brought out Ice cream and candles and sang happy birthday to her. We will definitely be going back. Thank you

The Hot pocket I ordered was absolutely delicious 😋 — a beautifully presented crepe topped with vegan sauce and crunchy cookie crumbles✨. It was paired perfectly with a side of creamy whipped ice cream and a signature Creams wafer that added a lovely touch. 🫓The crepe was cooked to perfection,filled with banana and custard with the right balance of softness and crispiness. My favourite dessert bar in all of London! They cater for vegans so well. I come here for the vegan cookie dough, vegan waffles and vegan crepes. If I’m feeling fancy I’ll get the vegan black Forrest milkshake too. The staff here are always so friendly and nice, and I always feel at home. I am just getting hungry thinking about it! Family friendly cafe with lots of seating and it always feels spotless too…

Was very undecided and Shiv was patient yet attentive. Accomodated our tastes as we both wanted added to changed items with out order. I had 3 sorbets with strawberrys and saucr, and Shiv made it look great in a glass rather than a cup! My partner wanted the chocolate fudge cake with mint ice cream and it was amazing! Popped in for a bit of dessert after dinner and my husband and wanted to create our own waffle and sundae (not on the menu) and Shiv did an amazing job.

Lovely waffles and sundaes! My favourite so far is the Bueno-topped cookie dough desert. Very tasteful indeed. Nice staff as well, and suitable music to suit the calm vibe. Both of these features are important, I think. Happy customer, will return very soon…
