The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in East of England

Went there for a weeknight meal after a walk in the nearby countryside only to be told there is no food being served( despite there website saying otherwise) decided to stay for a drink and wish I hadn't bothered,the beer was awful and smelt strange,the garden is very run down and messy and the landlady was moody,all in all a terrible experience and won't be returning any time soon

We not only popped in every day for a delicious beer but also had a lunch in this pub. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty. The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. We will visit this pub again when next in the area.

The item that I ordered from the shop was a New York Deli Begal. What I received was instead a bacon toastie with some mayo on it. Absolute JOKE!

Awful in almost every respect.Sign saying to wait here to be seated but no staff. Interminable wait for service and at one point everyone in the restaurant had finished eating but nobody was clearing tables. Several people appeared to receive the wrong order or returned theirs for unknown reasons. Bland, microwaved food and very small portions. No sign of the steaks advertised outside! There have to be better places than this to eat in Stevenage.

Yes, this is a Wetherspoons pub but like no other I have visited. Dedicated staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Great service, tables cleared promptly, bar regularly swept and I must add a special mention for the Manager who runs a great pub and leads by example. The room in which we stayed was equivalent to a 4* hotel and immaculately kept. We will return.

Absolutely lovely pub, fantastic food & excellent friendly helpful staff staf. I would definitely recommend. Great menu & selection of wines.

Food is good and so is the shisha but what’s the point if your stuff is rude? A friend asked if they can have tap water but the staff member refused. It’s okay to refuse but to be rude is unacceptable. We were regular customers until today 🙂

Good atmospher always welcoming i prefer this pub out if the two it has better views over the sea wall and across the navigation lots of seating outside and along the lock

Surely this store is on the cusp of being taken over by new management??? Rude, arrogant and obstructive staff who clearly hate their jobs and enjoy antagonizing the customers. It’s not our fault you no longer have any interest in customer facing employment.

A really great experience. Happy smiling staff and a wonderful Latté. Everywhere was very clean.

Ordered a medium latte to take away. Came to drink and tasted funny. Looked in the cup and the milk had separated. Obviously out of date. Went straight in the bin.

Horrible experience, the inside was incredibly dirty, food all over the floor and service was absolutely appalling, we were served by Abbie who was extremely rude and very clearly didn’t want to be there!

I forget a bag from a JD … can you keep it until I collect it and if you can tell me is there ?

They do not listen to their customers. Dear Starbucks team, please pay attention to what your customers order.
