Awful in almost every respect.Sign saying to wait here to be seated but no staff. Interminable wait for service and at one point everyone in the restaurant had finished eating but nobody was clearing tables. Several people appeared to receive the wrong order or returned theirs for unknown reasons. Bland, microwaved food and very small portions. No sign of the steaks advertised outside! There have to be better places than this to eat in Stevenage.

Very sad that this location won't be a Beefeater from July sixth 24,just premier Inn restaurant for guests there This means me as autistic have lost a place me and one friend go every few months, a place I feel comfortable in and menu has my favourite things, I only see a friend every free months ref asd adhd etc very difficult for me going out I have regular places and Harvester also changed Stevenage restaurants are changing too much and makes it hard for me to cope, abd go out I've enjoyed many meals there

Seems to have staffing issues, short staffed or cut back. We were a group of 5 and restaurant was only approx 25% full, so not busy. Steaks weren't cooked to our liking, some were cold. Obviously an issue in the kitchen. Have had good meals there previously but last 2 visits have not been worth than more than 2 stars. ☹️☹️

Wasn't allowed walk ins off the street for breakfast. Only doing food for guests of the hotel. Almost walked out without put the reg in for the parking as the lady I spoke to didn't mention this. Noted the signs and went back in. Only message seen was on the door that said between 6 and 1030am Hotel guests only, we arrived after 1030 and assumed we would be seated. But as we were not guests we were not allowed.

This is a terrible place to eat. Service is slow to non- existent, staff are generally rude and unhelpful. Food is basic and bland. We waited over 45 minutes for our starter. Main course was lukewarm with items missing. And to top it all the waitress walked out during serving our table. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience! My wife had just had a hospital procedure at the nearby Lister hospital. I thought I would treat her to a meal at this restaurant. The staff member who greeted us was very uncommunicative and we got into a whole load of confusion with her, which almost felt like we were being questioned as to why on earth we were expecting to get something to eat at a restaurant!? The place had a rather gloomy atmosphere and further confusion came from me asking if there was a brighter part of the restaurant - there wasn't. Eventually we were taken to a table and my wife was urging me to just leave this unwelcoming place, but to my later regret I persuaded her to stay. I ordered a cup of tea to start, and was surprised to receive an expresso sized cup with a pot - weird but OK. I then asked to order from the advertised under £8 menu, but the provided menu only had £15-20 items. However, the waitress volunteered to get me the under £8 menu even though it turned out to be only valid for morning service. I was actually impressed and pleased that she was so accommodating in making an exception for me, but that was "short" lived however! An hour later no food arrived, and when I questioned the waitress it became clear that NO food was coming - for some reason the order hadn't gone through!!!! At that point I had had enough and considered walking out without paying even for the tea, but I thought that would be unreasonable and petty. So I attempted to pay but the payment machine wasn't working. So I ended up having to go around to the bar area, wait in a queue and then suffered further insult when staff got confused about my insistence to pay for a tea and not a meal! The meal that hadn't even arrived!!! If I hadn't found the whole situation so comical and sad I probably would have screamed at someone! I really hope the staff were simply having a bad day and that we were just unlucky, but that certainly doesn't excuse the horrible experience we endured!

Absolutely shocking service at this establishment! We waited 20 minutes to even be given a menu. When we were finally asked what drinks we’d like, the woman kissed her teeth and tutted at us. We noticed she just wrote down ‘soda’ on her notepad. At this point we had waited 35 minutes when she came over and said she had no idea what drink we were having. Upon this, the 3 of us decided to go elsewhere. We told the manager on our way out that we were going somewhere else where she proceeded to shout at us! We were shocked beyond belief. She said ‘I tried to take your order and you said no!!!!’ But at that point we’d already ordered our drinks but had only been given the food menus very shortly before. We politely told her that the service wasn’t acceptable, where she continued to shout at us as we walked out of the door. We booked in at 1pm and didn’t even have a drink by 1.35. Pretty poor in my opinion! We’ve never felt so uncomfortable. We went to the Toby carvery where the staff were friendly and attentive. We wish we went there straight away.

Booked a table online though when we arrived at restaurant there was no record on the system? After some hesitation and discussion between the only two restaurant staff(they told us this) they did reluctantly seat us in an area which had been closed off. We were given menus and it took 15 mins before someone returned to ask us casually if we 'fancied a drink'.we said yes and then waited a further 10 mins for 3 soft drinks to turn up.. the waitng staff left us and didnt return to take our food order until 45 mins had passed since we first sat down. Again a casual approach in talking to us once again was for me a step to far and we left without ordering food. Just to add...we overhead another guest party being told by the greet staff that they couldn't have a table to eat dinner despite having a confirmed booking. They left unsurprisingly letting the staff know they wouldn't be back. I can confirm neither will we!

There was a problem with the booking probably of my own doing, however, the hotel was apparently full but they couldn't tell me if they had any cancellations as he had no internet (strange as as all my friends who turned up had internet in the rooms) The receptionist went to the restaurant to double check my booking and reported back that they had no record of any booking at all of any date despite my confirmation email, invoice and money paid. So, as there was another Premier Inn close by I said could I be transferred? No was the answer as he still had no internet. But you've just accessed the system at the restaurant I said despite which my request went unheeded. I decided to stay and have a meal with the friends following which I would drive home. This proved not to be possible as the restaurant was not serving food that evening despite everyone having a combined room and meal deal pre paid. So it was not their fault in the first instance but every hotel has cancellations, I got no room and no food and no transfer,I wasn't best pleased.

Had a table booked for 26th May1 for my wife’s 50th birthday (surprise), booking been booked for around 2 weeks. Received a email at 1044am on the 26th (today) saying booking cancelled 😡. No explanation!! Tried calling restaurant…. No answer 😡. Had to drive to restaurant to check if there was a mistake. But no, booking had been cancelled due to short of staff. No manager was available to speak to. Such a poor show Stevenage Coreys mill!!!

Popped in for some food after a long wait at hospital with one of our children and it was awful. The waitress didn't brings kids menus and when asked, wasn't even aware there was a kids menu. We had to ask another waitress 10 minutes later for one. The kids menu is 3 course, and the adults mains were brought out before the kids had even finished their starters. We then waited almost 30 minutes for the kids desserts which were ordered with the rest if the food, and when I asked the waitress where they were, she asked who I'd ordered them with - I'd ordered them with her when we irdered the rest of their food, as requested! It wasn't busy (us and 1 other person when we arrived) and the service was ridiculous 😔

Always closed due to no staff, Whitbread has informed staff this site will be closing 1st August due to cutbacks, obvious to see due to always being closed now for dinner and breakfast. Only person keeping this site going is Fran on the bar, but Whitbread don't give her any support. She will be better elsewhere and more appreciated.

Visited as a party of 5 for Premier Inn breakfast 05/05/24. When we saw the sign on the door telling us that they were short staffed, we sensed that we were in for an epic adventure. We were not disappointed. I'll keep this brief or we will be here all day. The continental section was completely bare. When they did finally bring some bread out, it was frozen. Yes. Frozen. There was no juice. plates or mugs (except dirty ones strewn everywhere). We did eventually get a few plates of cooked breakfast, which was reasonable, so that was a small victory. We all ordered the same full breakfast, but every plate of food that was delivered was slightly different, which is very peculiar. The ladies' toilet had a revolting smell in it, and so they eventually closed it. When we left there was no-one around and three groups waiting around to pay, so we left some cash on the till area. Not that it was worth what we left. All in all, a complete and utter shambles and I really wouldn't bother. Avoid.

There were 9 of us for breakfast and we were served by the wonderful Lisa who looked after us very well, the food was lovely and hot and very tasty especially the sausages. We will definitely be returning :-)

The Breakfast is a great idea and good value for money. However.... We arrived at 9.15 (Breakfast is advertised until 10.30) we were told to select a table, but had to hunt for breakfast menus. The continential option was totally devoid of pastries and muffins When I asked they took over an hour to add them but only added two of each! The hot food came before we had even started the fruit and we were initially given someone elses breakfast (the place was almost empty!) The waitress was disintrested to the point of being rude and was more interested in cleaning up than serving customers.. When breakfast arrived I asked for condiments and was told "they are behind you" so had to get up and sort them myself. I only got one hash brown and asked for more. The reply was "you will have to bear with me I am busy" she carried on clearing up and put lots of dirty crockery next to where we were eating....needless to say she never came back with the requested hash browns and avoided my eye. Initially I was surprised that such a great breakfast option was empty but given the staff disinterest and lack of customer service I am not surprised. To top it all off I actually had to request my reciept Worst customer service ever!

Food tonight was delicious, 8oz sirloin everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned well and as I requested medium rare, chips, mushroom and even the grilled tomato couldn't fault it. Made all the better by the friendly accommodating staff.. as Arnie said.. I'll be back...!

Had to wait to be seated even though we had booked. Rachel explained that one member of staff had to go home, and the Manager’s shift had already finished, so there was just her and Fran as front of house, having to do everything including pouring and serving drinks etc. The computer system was also running extremely slowly. Rachel had come from Southend to support. I felt really sorry for them, and Beefeater management need to do something about this. There should be more than the planned 3 members of staff on. Having said that, both ladies worked extremely hard. John the chef even came out to clear plates! The food was great, but I would think twice about going back as there is quite a lot of negative feedback about poor staffing

Went here for lunch with my husband and 11 year old son. We had a 40% off voucher to use, but we didn't book. The car park was virtually empty which set alarm bells and there was a sign on the door that said "Bookings only due to staff shortages". But with the empty car park, we took a chance. There was nobody there to greet us and about 3 sets of diners already seated. As we have been here before and enjoyed it, we didn't think there'd be a problem. So I went off to the bar to find someone and a bar tender appeared. He said the sign on the door was from yesterday and that we would be OK getting a table. In the meantime, a waitress appeared and was talking to my husband. She abruptly said they were only taking bookings. So I said that I'd already asked the bartender and he said it was OK seeing as it wasn't busy and they could have sat us at any table we liked. But she insisted it was bookings only. So my husband tried to book on his app, but he couldn't do it. Then the waitress rudely walked away and just left us standing there. She went straight back to doing what she was doing when we arrived which was talking to another waitress, so my husband saw! So I said in a voice so she could hear "with that attitude, you can shove it love, we're off!" And we left to go the Beefeater in Welwyn Garden City where we were served by Di and Mel who were great! We had a lovely meal there with great service. We go to Corey's Mill because its our local one and we've never had to complain so this experience has ruined that. It makes me want to ask for the petrol money and the price of the meal back because we had to go out of town. Whoever this waitress was, (probaby a 19 year old temp who's not paid enough to care) we hadn't seen her before. She seemed more interested in her appearance and chatting to her mate than serving customers. She was driving them away because she was too lazy to do her job in my opinion. There was no going above and beyond in her position. The empty car park was the clue and there should have been tumble weed blowing across it too! Pull your finger out Beefeater and sort Corey's Mill before it closes down. We won't be back until you do!

Used to love coming here but on our last visit there only seem to be two staff for everyone very rushed off their feet and could see they were struggling to keep up. Got our food before drinks was stressful not a relaxing experience. Also the toilets not that clean and the stench of urine hits you as you are waiting to get a table you need to hold your breath using them it’s always been a bit stinky but now it’s just beond disgusting 🤢 it’s a shame. Staff are nice but poorly managed and badly in need of a refurb.

The issues we experianced with the service we recieved were as we walked in at around 6:20pm abigail told us that as we had not made a booking they were fully booked, although it did not look busy. We asked her if we could book online, which she lied and said no, so we left the restaurant. We then checked if we could book online in the car park, which we did manage to book a table for 6:30pm. Once we arrived back with our booking confirmation, Abigail was very abrupt and rude and made it obviously clear she did not want us there, making us feel very uncomfortable with no apology. We were then left for over 15 minutes waiting to even order our drinks however witnessing her offering numerious other new customers drink orders straight away during being seated. Overall, we were very disappointed with how we were treated and felt one persons behaviour let the company down on this occasion, unfortunately.

Don’t waste your time going here. Ordered 3 starters and 3 mains. After 15 minutes the mains came out so we informed the waitress that we had ordered starters so they took the mains aways. 10 minutes later our original waitress came over to tell us she had forgot the put our starters through. Another 15 mins later the starters arrived so we ate them. We sat there after eating our starters and after about 15 minutes the mains came out before they had cleared our starter plates away. 2 of us ordered rib eye steaks which looked like grey road kill and considering they were charging £19.99 each it wasn’t acceptable. Then we asked where our sides were and were told they would be out shortly and when we asked for sauce we were told by the waitress that when the sides come out you can ask for sauce then. After another 5 mins we had decided that the food was of very poor quality and we wasn’t prepared to pay for it so we paid for the starters and drinks and left. At no point did a manager come over and ask why we were sending the food back and not paying for it so I can only assume this is a regular occurrence. It feels to me that the place is quite run down, the service is very poor and the food is of bad quality, if you want a nice family meal out avoid this place like the plague.

Worst dining experience of my life. The waitress was beyond rude on a number of occasions literally stood shouting at me . The place was a mess. Waited 25mins to get a cup to make a coffee . Asked a number of times for pancakes waited again about 25mins only for them to be completely frozen. Had wrong order for my daughters breakfast and mine had been completely forgotten in all was in there for about a hour and a half and couldn't wait to leave. Was told we didn't have to pay for the meal due to the waitress Abbey being so rude in front of everyone including the manager. I wouldn't go back even if you paid me. It was like a very poorly run and understaffed Karen's dinner. I would give 0 if I could. Avoid at all costs .

Enjoyed an evening meal here. The food was mostly excellent, especially the biscoff dessert. Only reason we've dropped a star for food is though early evening they could not do a prawn cocktail, and the gammon was a little chewy. Excellent attentive staff throughout, with a good quiet atmosphere.

Appalling service. Booked the hot breakfast there for myself and my family through the Premier Inn where we were staying. Breakfast was booked for 10 am by 11.15 am we still had not received our breakfast. Staff were not apologetic at all instead they became combative. We left without getting the hot breakfast. People who ordered after us got their food first. The Premier Inn were keen to emphasise "they have nothing to do with us" Book a room with the Premier Inn but stay away from this beefeater.

First of where is the manager on shift? I saw him 10 mins throughout of our stay.We did not get any check backs. We had our starters waiting for an hour! Half an hour for our mains to come out after. Drinks took 20 mins! No one even cleared our starters plates. The whole restaurant had 3 tables! I understand if your short staff but you had 3 tables! Very disappointing!. We left and payed our bill we wanted to use our blue light card team leader left without even explaining anything left with the new staff to deal with us had no clue! Bless him!. Seriously you have to manage your team! Better shame on the manager on shift tonight!

upon arrival being greated by a bin overflowing with mcdonalds bags should of been a warning. we are both on crutches so stairs are an issue at times the service was to be honest slow and hit and miss despite being virtually empty as far as we could tell. the toilets are in need of a refurb i only hope the kitchen is not in the same state they need replacing. as for breakfast the only table we capable of using SAFELY was taken up as a buffet we had no choice but to use a steep set of stairs. no offer was made to get our hot drinks so i as the single crutch user had to make trips with the hot drink not safe with kids running about. we made use of a slightly less steep set of steps when we left which led to the fire exit needless to say if your in a wheelchair dont bother.

Staying at the Premier Inn and had dinner at Beefeater. The staff was very welcoming Kat, Fran and Abbie. The starters Prawn cocktail was great and the steak was beautiful. Thanks guys see you next week. I don’t normally leave reviews but was good. 👍

Thought we would pop in for a bite to eat before dinner time so it wouldn't be busy. They weren't busy at that time however, whether they were short of staff or new the service was not good at all. No one came for drinks order, had to order when we ordered the food as been waiting a while. Food came which was lovely, requested a jug of sauce twice and it didn't arrive. It gives me no pleasure in writing this review because the people working there are probably doing their best under difficult circumstances. We were a party of 10. That is 6 adults and 4 children, one of them in a high chair. We had booked well in advance but as soon as we were seated, we were told to order quickly because another, bigger party was coming in. We ordered straight away but waited a long time for our meals. Having booked at 17.00 we expected to be done in a couple of hours but we didn't get our main course till gone 19.00. We were not offered desserts which was just as well because, by 19.30 we had run out of time. All in all it was a poor experience and not the best way to celebrate my wife's birthday.

Shocking, food is below average even with the discounted price, staff did their best I'd imagine but were very overrun, it felt like only 2 People were serving the whole restaurant we waited over half an hour for the starters then another 45 mins for the mains after the starters had been cleared. I wouldn't say my expectations were particularly high in the first place but it didn't even live up to cheap and cheerful unfortunately. Don't want to knock the staff that were there they were polite and helpful just overwhelmed. Yeah and the food was just not very good, 5 of us ate, 3 dishes were pretty much cold and the other 2 had clearly just come out of the microwave. I don't know why I expected the steak to be good even though it is called the beefeater, but it was way over cooked even after asking for it rare it was absolutely very well done. Disappointing even with quite low expectations.

We had a table for 12 on a Friday night. Service was amazing, food was served in good time with no problems at all - even with some picky eaters! Our waitress was Nicola who had the whole table in stiches. This just made the experience one to remember! Nicola was attentive at all times and witty :). The young man on the bar also made some fabulous cocktails with no complaints. The 2 for £10 offer was too good to resist for most of us so he was non stop making cocktails! Thank you all for a lovely evening!

My fourth day, breakfasts delicious, and plentiful, friendly staff until this morning 29th Jan when the woman waiting tables brought a breakfast with 2 items I didn't order. She told me I had ordered them, aggressively insisted I ordered them! She has no customer service training whatsoever. A smile, an apology would have been simple. Horrible woman. All the other staff over four days were fantastic - and they smile!

🤬🤬🤬 The service at this place was the worst!! Went with a group of friends to have breakfast after checking out from the Premier Inn. I was spoken to horribly and told I wasn't allowed to sit upstairs with my group of friends if I ordered breakfast, and if I wanted breakfast, I must go sit downstairs on my own. He was the worst, most unaccommodating, condescending, excuse for a pub manager I've ever met. I refused to sit on own to eat breakfast so ended up sitting with my friends without ordering breakfast. My friends felt bad for me so gave me items off their plates as it meant I could sit with them and eat. Bearing in mind, the items they gave me were not from a buffet but from a paid meal, served to their seat. On my departure, the manager (who would not tell me his name) demanded that I pay for the food that I ate. 2 pieces of toast and 1 sausage (left overs from my friends plates). He threatened to call the police and called me "entitled" and further threatened to charge the full breakfast amount to my room at Premier Inn. He got very aggressive and shouted till he was red in the face, trying to make me pay for food that had already been paid for!! He not only embarrassed me in front of my friends but made me feel segarated, and angry. He absolutely ruined my whole day. All because he was too stubborn to accommodate 1 extra person, sitting at her friends table for breakfast. Not sure why Beefeater has employed a guy that has no interest in customer service or to make money. He would rather I not order food, if it meant sitting where I, the paying customer would want to sit.

Went for breakfast with my daughter's as one full paying adult means both children eat free , so not bad for £9.99 unlimited breakfast. The staff will take your order for the cooked items, and you can grab anything in the continental section yourself. The food was ok, kids enjoyed themselves and ate happily. Great value if you're on a budget but want to treat your children to an all you can eat brekkie. Sausage, bacon, egg, hash browns, poached egg, toast, mushrooms, and fried tomato with beans ....unlimited times for 3 people £9.99.....no brainer. Staff were friendly, and i would definitely go back.

My wife is a wheelchair users and we went to go and get breakfast before a hospital appointment. We had been before few years ago and really enjoyed the food . But this time we where turned any because the had no tables accessible. Only area for tables where accessible by stairs . There was no suggestions for assistancing us just a shrug of the shoulder like they didn't care . My wife felt embarrassed by this situation as people where looking on .as we left . For such a big chain it is totally unexpectible not to have facilities for disabled people

Very good, especially the breakfast, and the deal they did in the afternoon before 5 pm. Very clean. Very convenient for the hospital. Only down side, if you were walking down to the Beefeater from the start of the car park area nearest the hospital end, the path/road is extremely rough. My daughter, walking down with crutches, found it har going, and I damaged the wheel of my rollator on it. Otherwise very good.

Pretty sure the fish I had was re-heated from last night. The fish inside the very over cooked batter was so dry it was non existent. Service was excellent, if we had more time we would have complained but we were in a rush and the meal took a while to come

The entire meal was a disaster. Had a turkey roast dinner and the meat was so dry it was curling on the sides, potatoes were grey in the middle and the desert was incredibly bland. Never thought someone could mess up the desert, but they managed to do that as well. Never stepping foot on the place again and the same goes to the 14 other people from my workplace, no one is ever going back there. Avoid at all costs. Coca Cola was nice tho.

Absolute shambles. Food took ages (and I mean ages - there’s only 4 of us).. When it arrived, it was cold so sent back. Portions are so small - we left hungry. This has happened before when we went, and thought we’d give it another try. Will not be returning. Save your money.

After a long day of traveling we ate here as we’re staying in the attached hotel. The service was excellent, friendly staff who made time to chat but never overstayed their welcome at the table. There was a slight mix up over a vegan burger but the waitress spotted this immediately and corrected things in an efficient manner and with full apology. Food is very pub grub but a really decent job doer.

We go here weekly for a family breakfast and the service and food is great. you definitely need to book in advance, and if i was to have one gripe is no fried mushrooms on a fry up!!!!!! Besides being unable to fry mushrooms great place highly reccomend.

Worst experience ever! Rude waiters/waitresses. Arrived for a booking at 6pm, someone was on our table, told us that we just had to wait! Tried to sit us in the reception area. Didn’t get drinks until after 45 minutes of being at the restaurant. Food took 1.5 hours to come! Didn’t clear plates. We had to get dessert menus ourselves. Everyone else in the restaurant hadn’t had any of their food, was waiting for over 1 hour. All customers were speaking among themselves, several customers asked what was going on and they were so rude, said I don’t know how long the wait is! A couple walked out as they had enough like all of us!! Asked for more drinks, didn’t come! All waitresses/waiters hanging around!! Terrible service, will not be returning!! Food was cold and very dry. When we left, at 9pm, 3 hours of being at the restaurants for ONLY mains, they didn’t even apologize and didn’t think they had done anything wrong!!

This was meant to be a quick visit for a coffee, but it was coming up to rush hour, and we had several miles to get home. So we decided to stop for a meal. We had not booked, but the pleasant staff welcomed us and found a table within minutes, even though it was quite busy. We were served by Nicola, who was very friendly and helpful, and in very little time we had a delicious meal served. To take advantage of a Black Friday 50% deal we also had a dessert, which took our bill to over £35 for the two of us. Thank you Nicola.

Awful in every way. Complained to head office with no decency of a response. Waitress was rude. the manager was rude. 8 tables, 4 waiting staff and 2 chefs, and they couldn't cope. It was an absolute joke. We walked in at 17.45 and didn't get to order till 18.30 and only because we asked to order which the waitress wasn'thappy about. We didn't get starters at 19.00 and then had to wait. Staff were abusive to other customers, and 4 tables got up and walked while we were there. Only positive thing was it looked festive and they have a lovely little colouring competition for the kids but there's o ly so much colouring a kid can do before their patience wears out and they want to go to bed. We should have been in and out within an hour for 2 courses. Another table had been there for 3.5 hours and had to pay the additional fee for parking. We will never go back to that restaurant, which is a shame as we had completely the opposite experience in Bedford. Oh and they made us pay for the starters and drinks even though we had such awful service. They lost a lot of money that night!

Three adults went for a family meal tonight (Sunday). We have been to this restaurant many times with no problem but tonight was definitely an exception. The table was booked but they had not set one aside for us. Although several tables were empty and needed clearing of dirty plates and wiping down the waitress told us there were no tables available. The manager overheard and made her go and set a table for us and she answered him back and was rude but went and got the table ready and sat us down. We got our drinks and then waited to order food. Over 30 minutes later we asked to order and the waitress huffed and puffed but took the order. Looking around the restaurant we noticed people at the tables did not look happy. In fact one couple complained about the food served to them and the managers response was not to their liking and they left. Over 1.5 hours after we ordered our food we asked the waitress if our meals would be out soon and her response was extremely rude. She said it was our fault the food was slow because we had ordered after a party of 8 people and it wasn't her fault we were waiting. She walked off shouting over her shoulder there was nothing she could do about it. This attitude was no help at all. The restaurant, and probably the kitchen, were very understaffed and she only needed to say this and apologise for the delay and we would have happily waited. We were shocked by her rudeness so we told the manager and left the restaurant. We went to Waggamamas in Stevenage and had a lovely meal with very attentive staff. The Beefeater staff really let their company down tonight. We will not be returning in a hurry if at all.

Went for an impromptu meal and was greeted with a pleasant attitude and accomodated well. The waitress, Andrea, was very attentive and had a lovely attitude and persona. Whilst was not serving us, she was busily working in the background, helping other diners with the same level of service. We had steak and it was cooked by the chef, Megan, it was just right. Compliments to them all.
