Served by Kate or Katie? Wonderful experience, had a few choices to make due to us being vegan and plant based. She helpfully explained that the dough was vegan, and that it was only the toppings were not. Especially helpful after she was dealing with a guest who was being difficult, belligerent, and rude. Seems as though he had been before and was ready to start a scene, she handled it perfectly and managed to still be polite and well mannered despite his horrible tone. As someone who has worked in hospitality for 7+ years, she should be very proud of her ability to stay calm in those situations. especially while she was on her own!

Ordered a garlic cream cheese and smoke salmon bagel on home made sesame seed bun and it was very good. Staff inside /owners were very friendly and helpful. Will be back as there was so many other choices of filling and even bagel style.

La cafetería estaba casi vacía, así que se sentía increíblemente innecesario, no era hora punta. Si supiéramos que no podíamos usar la electrónica, habríamos elegido un café diferente. He estado yendo allí durante años antes de mudarme de Leicester y este cambio fue decepcionante. Si quieres introducir una regla como esa, debería haber una señalización clara e información antes de que la gente pague por sus bebidas y alimentos.

Best place to chill with a coffee in Leicester. Great atmosphere, lovely staff, fantastic coffee, fresh food made daily. Served by Tina who has a beautiful smile and was so friendly!!

Ordered an iced latte with white chocolate and vanilla—something I like—but the male server with a long ponytail kept questioning it and telling me it was a bad mix. Felt more judged than served lol. I’m paying for it, I’m the one drinking it. Why are you so bothered?

I had a few hours wait for my train and went here to grab some food and a drink while waiting, friendly staff and atmosphere and the food was lovely. The hand cut chips and chicken were really tasty. Highly recommend if you want a pint and some good food.

Went to this pub whilst waiting to go to our bottomless brunch and it was lovely. We sat outside and the vibe was good and people friendly. The cider is scrummy! 😋

The bar staff are super friendly, I always feel welcome coming in. Never a bad atmosphere and always a great night out! A professionally ran, inclusive environment, will be back again soon!

One of the best shisha places to visit in Leicester. Although I don’t do shisha, I love to come visit with my friends for coffee, drinks and sometimes even food. Their charcoal grills are on of the best I have had in a while. The ambience is very beautiful and has a chill vibe. They even have live dj at nights!! The owners are friendly and the staff lovely and attentive. Definitely worth a visit😇!!!

Went to the currency exchange team on 3rd floor. Met by wonderful gents named Luke and Phil. Best advise I had from visiting 4 establishments and told to order online for a higher rate and collect in 48 hours! Perfect 5* service
