This place used to be a gem, shame it changed into this. Bad points- Asahi didn’t taste right at all, almost tasted like a bud light on draft, which may fool the average person but unfortunately didn’t work this time. Food, bland, Risotto tasted like a chicken and mushroom pot noodle, which was quite comical, wraps standard, lacked a lot of things including flavour. I’d say come to this place for the wine and truffle fries, the 2 best things from my experience. staff were also attentive.

Always a good choice to meet up for lunch or dinner with friends .. food has always been amazing and great customer service every time .. attentive and helpful … the refurbishment has made it a much bigger space and has been done very well allowing many more people to enjoy what the old flower shop has to offer … highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is what pubs used to be. Good beer, well kept, and a landlady who has stamped her personality on the pub, and who knows that many people like a drink and maybe a meal in a proper bar with no kids in it. If you think a bar is a suitable environment for your children, this is not the pub for you. If you like a proper country pub with a landlady who gives you a genuine personal welcome rather than a chain pub with a manager and staff trained to greet you following a script, this is the place for you.

Couldn't interchange items on the breakfast menu eg like for like alot of pubs do this so was disappointed.

We called in at the gleaners inn today for something to eat. The food was excellent! definately value for money with plenty of choice. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We will definately dining there again. I would recommend eating there to anyone.

Invitado hoy a unirse a la familia para mi cumpleaños de pareja. Había escuchado buenas críticas, pero hoy era nuestra primera visita. Todos pedimos desayuno y bebidas - entregado rápidamente y juntos. Disfrutado por cada uno de nosotros. Bien cocinado. Personal muy atento comprobando que todo estaba bien. Después de terminar la música cambió y una rebanada de pastel con velas fue llevada a nuestra mesa. Un toque encantador. Definitivamente regresaré. Un lugar sorpresa, actualmente decorado para Navidad - se ve increíble.

It had an unwelcoming atmosphere as all tables were reserved and the barman/ manager was preoccupied with his own friends.

Second visit to this lovely, little tearoom. Cycled over from Worksop today and were starving when we got there. Arrived whilst they were serving Sunday dinners, so no usual menu on. The owner went out of his way and made us fresh sandwiches and a bowl of chips. Very pleasant staff. Clean toilets. Quiet and pleasant seating outdoors and good food. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you.
