First time visiting this beautiful place, and was such a delight! Freshly made cakes and scones, and sandwiches, so much to choose from! The service from Natalie was absolutely brilliant, she is a credit to this place, and I can’t wait to visit again! X

Great little pub. Quality beers and nice gins and wines for the ladies. Closes early, so don't leave your visit until last orders.

Delicious coffee and treats while you refill your containers - proving that caring for the environment does have its perks! After a lovely natter with the owners I always come away feeling good about the world. Thoroughly recommend a visit!

Did you hear the one about the two vegetarians who walked into The Sheaf Inn steak night Wednesday! Well, they had a bloomin lovely meal. The beetroot wellington wasn’t on the menu but the chef (Frankie….frankly marvellous) offered it as an option via the equally splendid waiting staff Harry, without us even asking. We would have been happy with chips! Cor blimey! It was yummers! Vegetarians! Don’t let the steak night put you off. Gloriously kind service from all. Thank you x

Proper food, great little find. Staff lovely too. Was looking for a sandwich bar in Daventry and couldn't find anything but google led us to this amazing place.

The Staff at The Olive Branch always have a smile and they are volunteers. Nothing is too much trouble and they always make us feel welcome. The Homemade Cakes look delicious and the large Cheese Scones are always eaten by my friends. In the colder weather my friends usually have their soup and I always see someone in there eating a Full English Breakfast at lunchtime.

A quirky cafe serving great coffee, breakfast baps and cakes served by delightful staff. A variety of seating and frequented by classic car and bike enthusiasts in the historic Weedon Depot.

Great place for good coffee/hot chocolate and pastries/cakes. Not the cheapest around but fairly priced for the quality.

I visited Culaccino on Saturday the same day as Daventry xmas market and was extremely disappointed with the service. We were greeted by 2 young girls, neither of which said hello or anything. We sat down and weren't sure if anyone would bring a menu over to us or not. I tried to get the attention of the girls but they blatantly ignored us. After finding our own menu and ordering we waited 35 mins for 2 waffles only to get them chucked on the table and when I asked for cutlery one of the young girls gave the biggest sigh as If I had just massively inconvenienced her. Would also like to point out there were only 3 other tables at the time. There was another table but they were so fed up with waiting they left. Most of the tables had dirty plates or cups on and out of the 3 girls not one of them decided to clear them. We waited about 20 mins for someone to clear out table of dirty cups. In fact a gentleman on the table next to us went up to order (his table had leftover plates on not yet cleared) He asked at the till how big a large latte was to which the girl responded with 'if you look at the dirty cup on your table its the same size as that'. There was also a lack of hygiene. I was watching the girls make toasties and after touching the Ham and meat to go into the toasties they both then proceeded to touch and make the waffles which were then served to us... without washing their hands after handling meat! As someone who works in hospitality this was by far the most shocking thing I saw. It was evident the manager wasn't there, but I suggest that you make sure your staff are fully trained in customer service and especially food hygiene before leaving them to run the shop. One of the girls had long blonde hair which was tied up but most of it was dangling down the front. As we were finishing up another girl arrived to work and tied her hair up being the counter right over the food that another girl was preparing. One table complained that a small side plate was dirty, the girl with blonde hair took it into the pot wash area... I could see form where I was sat that she didn't put it in the dishwasher but instead wiped it with blue roll and gave it back to the man! I am sure when the manager/owner Is here things are different but I certainly will not be returning and have told others to avoid unless they want unhygienic and rude service. I never even write trip advisor reviews but in this case I felt it was essential.
