The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in East Midlands

Stopped by after a long walk from our village, upon entrance greeted with Sky TV and a pool table in the middle of the room, village elders looked at us like UFOs !! Young lad behind the bar was very good.

I went for a couple of drinks with some friends, James the landlord was very welcoming and friendly! The beer was great and the atmosphere was amazing! We will definitely be returning again! ☺️

I and three other family members came for lunch on Wed 17th July, the quality of the food was excellent and could not be faulted, all the meals were different but all came out at the same time and all were nice and hot and very tasty, I had the Chilli Con Carne, and I told the waiter afterwards that it was the best Chilli Con Carne I had ever had, all the staff are very polite and happy to help whenever needed, we will certainly be coming again, so well done and thanks for a lovely lunch experience

Really nice group meal for 13, duck salad was great. Unfortunately got charged for a wine that we had agreed was to be taken off the bill and did not realise until we had left which was frustrating. Great atmosphere, 3pm and the place was lively and preparing for Oktoberfest. Stayed locally for the weekend so not likely to be back, but only for that reason. Friendly server.

Karma and Basia were brilliant. Karam was funny and very comforting when we arrived. Basia was also great at taking our orders and very patient as I was deciding what to have.

Provided the perfect stop after visiting Calke Abbey. It was a birthday event day and we enjoyed super service from Clare, Elle and Tracey. The meals were excellent and good value for money, in a warm pub atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble, despite it being a busy lunchtime.

Popped in for a superman's mixed grill and a Middlesbrough palmo. Absolutely top notch fodder and had a special on the mixed grill 25% off so saved a few quid on the bill. Washed it down with a pint of lager shandy 👍

Came in for breakfast. Had sandwiches, toast and waffles. It was good. Ambience was serene. Sahil’s service was excellent
