Absolutely delicious, very well priced. Amazing battered bits!! The staff are really nice and the place is clean and tidy.

Shocking service. Driver was awful which granted isn’t the places fault but the food was absolutely shocking and full of grease and a cod and chips was missing as well. Avoid like I will be from now on

Absolutely amazing fish and chips. Which is why I do a 40 mile round trip for them. I have NEVER had a bad meal, I honestly can not fault them. I highly recommend them and I tell everyone there the best.

Ordered food tonight after an hour of waiting rang the driver who said ordering on the tablets had been turned off so rang the shop and a woman answered who didn't seem bothered and then said the tablets hadn't been turned off food eventually turned up 1hr and 30 minutes late missing a chip butty and the food was cold not impressed

In this instance I would have given a 6. Food was good, but the service was excellent. There was an issue with delivery and they rang to let me know, and also prepared a fresh order. Exceptional.

Massive long wait for delivery, no attempt from owners to explain issues. Food that arrived was cold. Fish should not be eaten cold, unless it’s sushi etc. Battered cold sausage? Kebab with nothing on it?

Would never go back here again, it appears they are deliberately on purpose missing alot of your order hopefully you won't go back and complain, very rude and lazy staff, when we did go back to complain, said the manger was not there which seemed very convenient, and next time we go back would give us the missing food back, we will never go back, it appears there operate a scam to maximise their profits,diffently avoid if you don't want to be scammed, the food we had was awful, ordered a large chips but was very small, the chicken was very dry, we ordered 4 pices of chicken and only got one, ordered a cola, never received the cola, there a lot better and trustworthy chip shops in Kettering that won't scam you, havein sipken to other customers this seems to be happening alot to this awful chip shop

Two orders were sent out to me and two payments were taken. I only ordered one portion of fish and chips. I submitted one payment through PayPal, yet two payments were taken.

Been coming here for years and been really happy with the food and service. I am sorry to say I won’t be back. Very poor service and the food wasn’t as good as it used to be, dry fish mainly batter small portion of chips & curry sauce. Wasted £11.60. Never again

attempted to order myself was told time for me to COLLECT I'm HOUSEBOUND and that is impossible for me. So I phone my son and relayed my order to him, 1Large Cod and 2pineapple fritters, which he ordered and paid for. I have just received "2 pineapple fritters" NO. COD. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WEARINGTONS AGAIN!!!

Have used Werringtons many times and never had an issue but tonight fish overcooked and chips left to keep warm and very very dry. May try somewhere else next time.

I find that a lot of places in the area struggle to get a kebab right with them often being dry rather than juicy. Happy to have discovered this gem that has the right balance. Staff also very friendly - Mani/Manny in particular was great and provided excellent service.

My fish and chips was cold also the fish was burnt round the edges

They accepted the order and 45 mins after I ordered and was waiting for its imminent delivery, they cancelled it. No other fish and chip shops were open at that time, so I was forced to order something else. If you weren’t going to deliver it, you shouldnt have accepted the order and certainly not waited 45 mins after placing it to cancel!!!!!

Usually the food is ok but the chips were definitely re heated and tasted greasy and the mushrooms were very greasy too

The dish was delicious but a kind of plate or box for the fish would have been fine.

Rubbish! Turned up with no scampi for my son who had to watch the rest of us eat!!

Much much better than what I remember from a few years back . Great fish , chips ok but not quite as good as what I usually get, a little on the dry side . Overall great food .

One item was wrong. The kids sausage meal arrived as chicken nuggets. Given the time of night and the fact I had to feed my son we have eaten what was delivered, will think twice before ordering from here again. What we have had tasted nice, just not what my son wanted for his dinner.

The food was brilliant as usual, but they did give me the wrong drink. I asked for a lilt and received a tango even though it was written "Lilt" on the bag lol
