This family-run bakery/cafe is an absolute gem ❤️ The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some truly delicious food. Their pastries and breads are always fresh and full of flavor, and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality!! What truly sets this place apart, though, are the owners. They are so kind, welcoming, and accommodating, always making you feel like a valued guest. Whether you’re grabbing a quick treat or sitting down to enjoy a coffee, this bakery is a must-visit. Absolutely brilliant. We visited in a large group for breakfast and the service was fantastic. Great menu choices and lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely local pub! Visited for the first time today and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. We had lunch which was perfect and good value. Staff were all friendly and made us feel welcome, the atmosphere was really nice. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Well worth a visit and we'll definitely be back ❤️

Sanjay’s is an excellent cafe located in Tunbridge Wells on St. John’s road near Sainsburies. The food is of exceptional quality all freshly prepared and locally sourced. The service is outstanding and you will feel well looked after here. The pricing is also extremely reasonable. I visit as often as I can. Highly recommended.

We booked our wedding here in January 22 and recently got married here, this September, from beginning to end Waverley and Amy have been an amazing help, with us living so far away they did so much for us, from answering all of our questions to contacting suppliers to make sure that they were suitable for the building and putting up with us for 2 years, they were professional but in a loving way! It was like planning our wedding with big sisters (but they knew what they were doing!) we're going to miss them so much and our yearly trip to see the venue, our day could not have been what it was without them, the day ran so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about anything at all, if anything they told us to pass off more responsibility to them to just enjoy ourselves, because of them, we did, Thank you so much to The Pilgrims Rest, Waverley and Amy for making our dreams come true! We would get married here over and over again ❤️

Friendly staff and whether it's just a take away coffee or a spot of lunch it's an excellent little place.

A nice micro pub within easy distance of Prittlewell, which I was visiting. Love pints of 5 Points Bitter on cask at the time; shame about the England football performance being shown on a big screen! 😱

These are the best donuts I've ever tasted, they're always so fresh and you can't go wrong with Biscoff. Very cheap too for Brighton! The atmosphere is very chill and laid back. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a treat :)
