Incredible staff, beautiful atmosphere and the food is always amazing 🩷

Brain dead staff.I tried to regain entry after explaining I've left my phone at the bar moments after closing time(seconds).The younger 1 of the 2 said he would call it but found out later this was a no call.They even tried to make accusations my friends have taken off the bar.After expressing the importance of my loss I walked to the bar from the front entrance passed them and retrieved my phone. Either intellectually challenged or alterative motive !

Staff are helpful, variety of food and drink available. Local events held on a regular basis. Welcoming atmosphere and customers.

Great facilities to watch the boys play the cup game

Great little find. I’ve eaten there a few times and the food is superb. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Thoroughly recommended.

I went their in the morning, which was slow. As school has started. In evenings there is a great atmosphere. There is a playground for the children too.

Went there a few days ago with my wife and kids and grandkids and had a good experience there as I’ve never been there before next time I’m bringing the dog. Lovely clean friendly place and food was good too.

i stumbled across The Pavillion whilst looking for a venue for my parents joint 60th. The management team was great with communicating what they offered and the space avaliable, and costings. we had a viewing of the space and was given lots of options of what we could do. The Chef came out and spoke to us in regards to the buffet. they allowed access during the day for us to decorate and the staff were amazing. the evening went off without a hitch. The food.. OMG it was amazing! and such a great selection! home made sausage rolls, cocktail sausages, sandwiches, chickpea salad, dips, breaded chicken, chicken wings. too much to mention! honestly such great value for money! 100% would recommend this venue for partys or even for just a meal. Thank you to the whole team for your help and support and for the chefs for the amazing food!

Great place for everyone. Family and dog friendly too. Amazing live music, pub quizzes and curry nights. Perfect in the summer as surrounded by greenery. Play park for the younger generation. Top floor that can be hired for parties. An asset to the village.

The pavilion hosted the New ash green Vs Sheppey rugby match. But it has alot more to offer to all who visit, with great facilities & very local to housing, I would say that this place would be the social hub for the local community

Still no accessible toilets. It has been decorated & open daily from 12md during school hols but then having reduced opening. Sadly shut when I visited with two youngsters wanting ice creams.

A proper village pub/sports bar that suits all ages and abilities. Wheelchair friendly, dog friendly, easy parking, play area for kids, outside seating and prices are good.

Wow! Went today with my family and we were greeted by a welcoming team of staff. food was impeccable and will definitely be back an all round amazing experience!

Was in there earlier today, 5 customers at the bar and 6 members of staff behind the bar, when I asked if I could please be served young barmaid shrugged her shoulders and walked away. NOT IMPRESSED WITH STAFF OR SERVICE

A rugby club, its OK- staff doing thier best but food not great a very very long wait

Overpriced food that wasn't nice at all. Asked for things to be left off the order and got extra of them instead. Took 40 minutes to get a burger! The Pavillion are constantly making adjustments to different things in the venue and this was my first visit since a very large makeover so perhaps teething problems were the result of my bad experience. I have been told that since posting this review, there have been improvements made to the menu by the owners/ management. If I have the opportunity to try the new menu I will update the review accordingly.

Lovely place to come if you just want to sit back and relax. Brilliant food, friendly staff and a wide selection of drinks to suit all.

Great public space for group meetings, large car park, not enough bar staff for sudden large groups excellent function room upstairs, good toilet facilities, only a pub food menu but the food was good - I can recommend the spicy wings. Great outside space when the weather allows, bit of a canteen feel to it. But friendly staff. Well used by locals.

It seemed ok but I didn't have time to actually go into the pavilion as the line at the fair was far too long

The private room upstairs is a great location for private parties. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly the whole night long. The chef laid on some excellent food. What more could you want.

Good place, nice selection of beers, great spot on the rugby field, great for the kids and very reasonable prices, thanks to New Ash Green Village Association!

Great atmosphere and friendly bar staff. Plenty of screens for sports so you can usually watch what you want as well. Had some decent small plates too.

Hired a function room. Staff were really helpful and the venue was great. Really nice rugby club too, with kids training on a Sunday.

I went here for my piano exam. It was cold! The practice room was a little lacking as it was just an electric keyboard with smaller than standard key size, however the exam room was pleasant an the exam piano was good.

Good location, spacious car park. I went there for my daughter's music exam.

Nice little place for a drink in NAG. They have a pool table, darts, sports on the TV and outdoor seating overlooking the rugby field.

It's fantastic for what it is, a local rugby club.

I teach yoga here every Tuesday at 18:30. The staff are friendly and accommodating. You can hire the hall downstairs for venues, Or just have a relaxed pint in the upstairs bar. There's a playground for the kids outside, or gym equipment for a quick workout.

Nice open space, little snack bar and bigger bar upstairs. Kiddies playground and adult exercise machines
