Good prices and good quality in a nice environment. There seems to be little choice in the area. I haven't tried their chocolate which looks nice...above average coffee

Tiny portions, rather bad quality of food. But clean restroom.

We came here for lunch and people/service was lovely, the food was pretty good for the price and the chocolates were nice 😊

Great Cozy Location near the water and Historical Sites and Parks. Service was quick and friendly and easy going. The Matcha Tea Latte 🍵 😋 was delicious so was the chocolates 🍫 fresh.

Found this little gem while waiting too collect my car from the garage a fantastic little cafe food is superb and very well priced and extremely friendly staff

OPEN ON WEEKENDS! I have been sleeping on this delicious little gem for months because google said they were not open on weekends. I just devoured the most delicious breakfast sandwich with eggs and a delicious cheese blend AND AVOCADO! The flavor difference difference between this perfectly crafted sandwich and any mass produced breakfast sandwich was HUGE... i am so happy! If you're hungry, get up and go to ANNA'S because your mouth and tummy will be so happy. Bonus that they offer incredible chocolates - but the breakfast sandwich was Saturday morning perfection!

To begin, I loved the food and the coffee was a 10 out of 10 for me very good cafe, the staff was very well spoken too and a full of joyful.

I have been coming here for a couple of years or so and its always the same. Good service, good food and an owner who makes you feel welcome, though her jokes are terrible!! Cheap as well with a breakfast that you can pick the items you wish. Always a nice atmosphere and visited by local builders and tradesmen so must be good if they use it regularly. The new young lady who takes the orders and makes the drinks and serves everyone is a star. Such a smile that you feel so welcome. With all of the problems we have had lately its nice that you can go somewhere like Annas Cafe and feel safe and welcome.

So many superlatives pop into the mind when thinking of Anna's Cafe. Anna herself does an amazing job of producing fantastic breakfast food from a tiny kitchen area and throughout it all she remains calm, cheerful and wonderfully organised. Our meal was delicious, perfectly cooked and great value for money. Anna creates a friendly, welcoming environment which is echoed by her charming colleague who handles the "Front of House" activities with aplomb, and made us want to return... very soon!

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I like how their service is always awesome and they keep the spot clean at all times. Prices are fair and they serve large portions.

Anna and the girls consistently provide freshly cooked food in a very cosy kitchen, they are welcoming and cope well Is it breakfast time yet !!!

I have been visiting Anna's cafê since it opened. Traveling from NYC, and having visited other cafê shops in other great cities around the world, I must say Anna's cafê has an exquisite and relaxed atmosphere complemented with great camaraderie, making the place my first option when I am in town. Prior to Anna's inception, it was a struggle finding a unique place that combined good food with customer service; and Starbucks is over rated, in my opinion. Food has always been great and fresh for the past 5 or 8 times I've been in town. The manager is very attentive, unlike many other places where you would almost have to pay for some managers to be human again ;) .. Overall, I recommend this place if you live in town or are passing by on business or pleasure.

We were visiting from NY during this past weekend and end it up in this amazing coffee shop and we loved it. Food is fresh and delicious, staff are very friendly, attentive and makes you feel very welcomed. We will definitely recommend Anna’s Cafe and most definitely will come back next time.

Pretty disappointing. From rude service that seemed really uninterested in answering my questions, to my drink coming out wrong (eye rolls again from employee) a long wait on our food only to find that the “strawberry French toast” didn’t have strawberries in it after we waited for it be made and paid... wish we didn’t go here while In Charlestown.

Cozy spot, lots of seating, had a great latte and brownie. Super friendly staff.

Medford chicken panini is one of the amazing items available on the menu. With a green tea chai almond milk latte.. you can't go wrong! Food is great, staff is chill, and overall vibe is soothing. Ruth is an exceptional person, very hospitable and attentive with excellent customer service. whenever I'm in town Anna's cafe is definitely my go-to. If you are in the area I would highly recommend! As a New Yorker, it would be awesome to have an Anna's cafe come to Brooklyn, preferably Williamsburg!

Really cool old building. Staff was very nice. They serve Kosher foods.

Went for breakfast early. Very friendly with a smile. Waffle made fresh with fresh fruit, coffee made to order. Pleasant surroundings.

Good food, Very bad attitude. The old lady is always angry and mean to black or Asians. Can't say shes a racist but she will never say thank you to different colored people.

Great place, staff & selection are always great. It's a smaller selection but chosen well and a little specialty. I've been here about six times now and it's always been staff working hard, making nice food and being courteous. I love the food, coffee & especially the BLT. It's very nice inside too. I'm always comfortable and happy to there for a quick bite or beverage. Im happy giving them my business.

Great service.... Can be slow at times but they just opened so I give them break. Overall the coffee is good and I really enjoy the chicken salad wrap. Smoothies are a great option as well!!

Was hoping for a green salad. Nope! We decided to go with soup, with so many on the menu, we found a few great soups to try. Nope! They only had 2, which neither of us wanted. Ok, maybe a sandwich? They don't have gluten free bread. At least the place was clean. Don't come for their lunch, just for their coffee.

Me young man taking my order had very bad custer service im asking questions about menu just standing there not answering me. Then i ordered 2 wraps one sandwich it took 10 min for 2 wraps they forgot my other sand wich it took over 5 mins. And this place was not busy. Nothing special about sandwiches ordered 2 smoothies they tasted like had no flavore at all not recommending this place.

About time this location got a place like this. Affordable, great coffee and sandwiches. Highly recommend.

Been waiting months for this place to open and it was worth the wait! I tried the blueberry muffin and sausage, egg, and cheese on a biscuit. Both were great and the staff are all super friendly. A welcome addition to this part of Charlestown.
