It's not often I am wanting more, but having experienced twelve twenty's amazing food, incredible cocktails and fantastic and passionate staff, I will be back! A calamari starter to tempt the taste buds, and a cheesy garlic bread, followed by pizzas and sundaes! Normally pizzas leave you heavy and stuffed. Their light crusts and exceptionally well balanced flavours of both the ones we ordered just hit the spot! Bravo to the team. Compliments to the chef. We shall return!!

This is a step up in quality and portion size in comparison to my roast dinner at the oak the previous week. The atmosphere is nice and chilled and bar staff friendly. Would definitely come back. Only down side was they only had roast dinner on the menu but then again it was a Sunday.

Not many places have good quality and quantity but this place has both! Great service, friendly staff and the puddings were to die for! Will definitely return.

Great cakes, service average, but the coffees are poor. I have been a few times and each time the coffee is not great and i say that i wont have a coffee next time.. but each time i try hoping that a) they have a new range of beans, or b) the server would have changed and be better at making coffee. Flat white was too hot (milk burnt) and so the coffee tasted bitter. Other halfs Oat milk was poor... seemed like they used skimmed oat milk rather than barista oat milk which froffs up much better for lattes etc. Probably wont come back for drinks again.. shame..the nursery is great!

Si hubiera una opción para cero estrellas me lo habría dado. 1 estrella parece generoso. Mi madre de 70 años visitó la ubicación de Blythe Valley hoy, y lo que me dijo me ha dejado sorprendido y horrorizado. Después de pedir un envoltorio, un pastel, una botella de agua y un café con leche grande, ella cortésmente le preguntó al servidor si él sería tan amable de simplemente llevar el café afuera para ella, ya que estaba sosteniendo todo lo demás y no tenía una mano libre de repuesto. Una simple petición se podría pensar. No en Java... a pesar de que no había nadie más en la reina en este momento. El servidor se negó a ayudar afirmando que no ofrecen servicio de mesa. Para mí es evidente que tampoco ofrecen servicio al cliente, ya que la pequeña solicitud habría tomado solo cuestión de minutos para completar, pero el servidor no podía importar menos y repetidamente se negó a ofrecer el más mínimo gesto de amabilidad. Puedo decirles ahora que no volverá a este establecimiento y preferiría ir a la máquina Costa en la cooperativa, ya que lo más probable es que obtenga un mejor servicio de una máquina que este servidor.

Estábamos caminando de costa a costa en uno de los días más ventosos y húmedos imaginables. No estábamos alojados en el Arncliffe Arms, sino que simplemente vinimos para salir de la lluvia. El propietario era el epítome de una gran hospitalidad. Se encendieron los radiadores e insistió en que secáramos nuestra ropa por todo el pub. No pudo haber sido más amable. La sopa era increíble. Gracias Tony e Yvonne - la bienvenida más cálida en los días más fríos. Brilliant.

1st Visit - 2 Mates (Mid 60s) Scholes is a proper chocolate box pretty Yorkshire village & we had high hopes of an authentic warm welcoming village pub, restaurant, landlord & staff, We were not disappointed. The outside really did look the part and inside had been very tastefully renovated whist still retaining much of the original charm. The witty signs and quotes on the beams put a smile on our faces on the way in. We were greeted with a warm smile by a member of staff and then by Andy the manager/landlord who served us at the bar. Andy has a relaxed professional manner with added charm & personality that you quickly take to. After we sat down and got settled - Andy came over with todays specials - Home cooked pie - steak or steak and stilton - deserts a choice of 3 home baked - cheesecakes. No need to see anything else - "Home Baked" sold it to us - Steak Pie & Cheesecake X2 with chips hand cut from real potatoes. The portions (main & desert) were real Yorkshire Generous sized portions and were truly divine - with the light pie pastry melting in your mouth. Jean certainly has a - god gifted talent - when it comes to pies and cheesecake, we can say in all honesty - "we've never tasted better" We stayed for 4hrs - meal and 4 rounds of drinks ( a well stocked range of draught beers & lagers). Andy is a really good host, with the perfect balance of personable banter with each interaction at the bar or table. The atmosphere was very comfortable - and a steady mix of couples & families came and went during our stay, All left happy and expressing thanks & compliments to the chef etc. It was a shame that Jean was out at an appointment and we couldn't personally compliment her on her cookery skills. What more can we say - scenic village setting - proper Yorkshire welcoming pub/restaurant/landlord & staff - home cooked food in a league of its own, personable likeable folk - who know about customer service and enjoy giving you a great experience. Delicious food which in my opinion is very reasonably priced for the quality of ingredients. Coffee was perfect. The cafe setting and interior is gorgeous. and they are very welcoming to our young children. It’s fab to be able to go somewhere that the children will enjoy but is still a lovely, sophisticated place for the adults to appreciate!

I've been many times and the food is always consistently excellent. Perfect for a quick stop or to spend an hour or so catching up with friends. I recommend the smoothies and juices too! Quick service, great quality food and always service with a smile.

We just wanted a light lunch before the ferry journey. We ordered BBQ chicken wraps with salad. What we got was 2 very small curried chicken wraps with a garnish not a salad. Inedible for me as I don't eat curry, my partner ate both which was equivalent to a normal pub lunch wrap. At over £30.00 a total rip off. They have a monopoly as there is nowhere else to eat nearby.

Called in for breakfast whilst out, service was polite and friendly ,and efficient, food was delivered quickly. Meals were well cooked, and tasty, and free refills on hot drinks.

Extremely cheeky to add 12.5% service charge to drinks that you’ve queued at the bar for, without telling you. Thought it was expensive and only realised when having a receipt for later rounds! Relies on its location and views.

Suelo pedir mi café a Nero en Curzon Street todas las mañanas, pero he notado que no todos son agradables y educados. Los últimos días, jueves 22 de agosto y viernes 23 de agosto, me dejaron bastante decepcionado. Esto ha pasado antes, pero se está volviendo inaceptable que suceda todos los días. El jueves, pedí un café usando el servicio Click and Collect y fui a recogerlo casi 30 minutos después, sabiendo por experiencias pasadas que podrían estar ocupados o podrían olvidarse de preparar el café. Cuando llegué, el café no estaba listo, y no hubo reconocimiento de que mi pedido había sido recibido. Hoy, viernes, fue aún peor. Fui a recoger mi pedido después de 15-20 minutos, y no solo no se había vuelto a acusar recibo de mi pedido, sino que el ticket para mi café se arrugó y se tiró a la papelera. Este nivel de falta de respeto y desprecio por los clientes es vergonzoso. Espero que la dirección se tome en serio estos temas y mejore su servicio. Es decepcionante ver que un lugar que visito regularmente no cumple con los estándares básicos de servicio al cliente.

They crossed out one of my items on my receipt, didn’t deliver it and I still paid for it. Poor from them No note to say why they couldn’t give me my main item - I wouldn’t have gone there for the other 2 items Very very poor service - extremely dissatisfied Would like a full refund but not even given the option Ordered through JustEat - this is a Pret error, not just eat so don’t just fob me off to them
