The best restaurants serving Japanese food in South East

Terrible value for money and definitely not worth the price. We ordered the “OG JFC”… the images speak for themselves. Will purposely avoid YO Sushi in the future out of principle (don’t screw your customers).

The food and staff were both lovely. Quick service.

One star because I can't put 0. Microwave food, not even the good quality one. Extremely bad flavor.

For God’s sake please get my order right one time. Just once. They have consistently disappointed us while dining in and getting takeaway.

My daughter and I dined for lunch - food was excellent and our server Sophia was super smiley and attentive. Thank you.

This was one of many return visits for us to Yo!Sushi -Gatwick and as always the staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent as always,we look forward to our next visit

I ordered through Deliveroo. 21 minutes from order to receiving. The food was barely warm sadly. So I had to warm in the microwave twice. Sad

For my visit I was served by an unsmiling unhelpful member of staff. I could live with that but my problem was the food. I got a few different meals to take away. Both meals contained sushi rice. Both were completely devoid of flavour. Absolutely none. I have enjoyed both meals often in Eastbourne, who get 5 stars every time I go. I must leave them a positive one actually!

Purchased a takeaway via Deliveroo to celebrate a birthday. Found a huge, sharp shard of bone in my partner's meal, along with loads of tiny pieces making it inedible. Contacted Kokoro but they never bothered emailing or calling back. Poor kitchen practices and terrible customer service.

The portions are getting smaller and smaller. Have noticed quite clearly that the overall volume is reducing and the ratio of rice to meat is increasing. The vegetable noodles were noodles with around 4 green beans and a few strips of onion. Plus why do they have the temerity to put an add tip option when you pay in a takeaway. Wil no longer use this takeaway as value for money is now poor.

I and my son stayed in Crowne Plaza for 2 weeks. I always go to the 360 Restaurant to have breakfast and dinner. The staff are all very kind and polite, especially Paulo, he is professional to serve all customers. There are a variety of food and drink options. The taste are good and the temperature of the dishes is hot enough. Also the environment is comfortable. I think it is suitable for tourists to have meals there. I would like to come back 360 Restaurant with my family again.

Awful service tonight. Drinks thrown onto the table at nearly £7 for 1 pint of beer. Food service was very very slow with 1 adult finishing dinner and still waiting and asking 3 times where the other adults mean was. When we asked we were told it would come. We chased again and told the same. We asked again and were then told it is coming. It finally come but so late... Awful dinning in experience. They are clearly prioritising all of the JUST EAT deliveries above customers who bother to go in and eat. Awful and a complete shambles.

Sono stata a Thorpe park il ristorante carino,il bar sicuramente non ha personale professionale,mi è stato servito uno spriz orribile,poi aggiustato ancora peggio…il caffè scarsa qualità,personale carino giovane gentile il cibo buoni i fritti il resto niente di wow…sinceramente pensavo meglio.

We got a takeaway from here. The presentation of the luxury platter was a nice surprise. The food itself which was a mix of sushi and dim sum was of good quality and enjoyable leaving us happy and content. We will be returning again. It did take a bit longer than expected to be ready, just over an hour, but it was a Saturday night.

Very good place staff amazing and very kind.100% recommended this place. Atmosphere is very good .good music. Security very helpful and kind
