Kokoro Woking in Woking

If I could leave a 0 star review then I would! We rushed to get there for our table at 6pm as we only get a measly 5 minute grace period and had theatre tickets, only to get there and find the whole place was in darkness and not open. I have a text confirming my booking the day before which I did! No communication, nothing. No one answered the phone when I tried to ring saying we were running late, just says, number out of service. And their website when you google “Luciano’s Woking” comes up with a different Lucianos, based in Dorchester in Dorset!

Pedir comida pero nunca entregado, el personal grosero también. No quieren reembolso. No sé qué hacer pero dejaré mi opinión en todas partes

Comida asquerosa Servicio poco profesional Servicio al cliente grosero e irrespetuoso este es posiblemente el mc Donald’s más repugnante que he comido en mi vida Me dieron un panecillo horrible cubierto de salsa marrón y cuando traté de cambiarlo por uno de plan ella fue grosera conmigo culpándome por pedirlo así y luego fue irrespetuosa y me dio la espalda mientras hablaba de las cosas. ¿Se negó a darme su nombre y luego me dijo que me quejara en la oficina central si quería? No se trata tanto de la comida vil sino de la falta de respeto y la actitud ridícula del cliente

Been to the restaurant last evening we were welcomed by a kind waiter (alyhough restaurant seems very busy) offered cozy place with menus on hands, until we decide food we ordered our fresh juices which were enough to win our heart(fresh lemonade and strawberry juices) then in a short time we were served with starters,and then main meal, the flavor the spices were just perfect and works like a magic in a lovely friendly atmosphere, beautiful decore soft music quick friendly service, and very reasonable prices and not wrong to say one of the best restaurant experience so far in woking and guildford, hatts off to the sheff and weldone to all the waiters for their hardwork. Definitely coming back with more friends and family.

Scam!! I ordered from this restaurant on Saturday, after 2 hours waiting and multiple phone calls being told my order was on the way they eventually told me they had never made my food. They asked if I'd like to wait or if they should cancel. I told them to cancel as it had already taken so long. They never cancelled my order and I got charged £25 for food that wasn't even cooked nevermind delivered. Uber eats will not refund me and now I have lost out because of their laziness and lies. I have attached a copy of my order for proof that I did pay and I did order.
