The portions are getting smaller and smaller. Have noticed quite clearly that the overall volume is reducing and the ratio of rice to meat is increasing. The vegetable noodles were noodles with around 4 green beans and a few strips of onion. Plus why do they have the temerity to put an add tip option when you pay in a takeaway. Wil no longer use this takeaway as value for money is now poor.

Picked up takeaway, the service was quick and friendly. The food was hot and well packed. The quality of the chicken was not the best so I mainly ate the rice and vegetables. They have a good selection of drinks and some Japanese desserts.

Incredibly poor service, failing even to acknowledge customers. Food might be great (can't say, I walked out) but the interpersonals (or lack of) leave a bad taste.

Hi , I ordered on 8th oct and one of the item called chicken teriyaki was not at all worth it as the chicken was very old and chewy . I did call them and told that the chicken feels like stale and chewy . The manager agreed that they used ydays old chicken and thts why it’s hard . And agreed to refund the amount . I am still struggling to get hold of them and deliveroo too . As whenever i call kokoro they says it deliveroo to replay and whenever i email deliveroo they said kokoro will sort you . This is so disappointing experience . So make sure you don’t go for this item at all .

I usually have the chilli chicken with noodles, and it is excellent . Likewise the sushi is very good. My only gripes are They add 15p extra for each pot. There doesn't seem to be an option to use your own container. They want 10p for the plastic bag. So they add a hidden 40p extra.

Been to the restaurant last evening we were welcomed by a kind waiter (alyhough restaurant seems very busy) offered cozy place with menus on hands, until we decide food we ordered our fresh juices which were enough to win our heart(fresh lemonade and strawberry juices) then in a short time we were served with starters,and then main meal, the flavor the spices were just perfect and works like a magic in a lovely friendly atmosphere, beautiful decore soft music quick friendly service, and very reasonable prices and not wrong to say one of the best restaurant experience so far in woking and guildford, hatts off to the sheff and weldone to all the waiters for their hardwork. Definitely coming back with more friends and family.

Unit 53/55 Wolsey Place Shopping Centre Commercial WayIf I could leave a 0 star review then I would! We rushed to get there for our table at 6pm as we only get a measly 5 minute grace period and had theatre tickets, only to get there and find the whole place was in darkness and not open. I have a text confirming my booking the day before which I did! No communication, nothing. No one answered the phone when I tried to ring saying we were running late, just says, number out of service. And their website when you google “Luciano’s Woking” comes up with a different Lucianos, based in Dorchester in Dorset!

66 the Peacocks CentreNot fast food at all It was a very long wait for standard food (double sausage and egg) The food took so long my coffee was like warm at best. The guy making the food was in a dirty high Vis jacket and didn't see him wash his hands when going to other work areas then back to prepare food. Won't be coming back to this McDonald's

72 High RoadScam!! I ordered from this restaurant on Saturday, after 2 hours waiting and multiple phone calls being told my order was on the way they eventually told me they had never made my food. They asked if I'd like to wait or if they should cancel. I told them to cancel as it had already taken so long. They never cancelled my order and I got charged £25 for food that wasn't even cooked nevermind delivered. Uber eats will not refund me and now I have lost out because of their laziness and lies. I have attached a copy of my order for proof that I did pay and I did order.
