The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

I was disappointed to have paid over £60 for 2 meals, 2 cocktails and 1 tiny starter. One of the meals, Manzo picante advertised as having meatballs, came with 2 meatballs... not what i expected for £17. Food was bland and needed extra salt on both dishes. I felt a bit ripped off!

They serve very delicious pizza. The price is not too high and it feels like a great deal. The store staff are also friendly and kind.

Amazing restaurant, had the seafood linguine which was a massive portion and super tasty, a garlic bread which was yummy and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. 10/10 best Italian food I've had in a while! Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The pizzas were some of the best we’ve tried anywhere in the world. We made a Chat GPT cartoon of our fun afternoon!

Horrific avoid avoid avoid worst meal and service was terrible. My meal consisted of a few burnt vegetables stuck on a skewer with no rice or sauce when I asked for rice I was served a bowl full of microwaved gooey yellow and green gunk and eventually the sauce arrived which was the same sauce all 3 meals had on our plates!. Absolutely awful and all thet did was knock off the £15.95 price for my poor vegetables!.My sons pizza was uncooked in areas and burnt in others.Run by kids

Love Wagamama 🍜♥️ Especially this one. Same menu as always but lots of space, good service, nice people. Great to have it in this area of town 🙂

I have been here before and food was good so we came back after 2 years and was disappointed as my husband found a piece if broke plastic on his pizza. And the portions were really tiny. Pizza was burned. My pasta were good but really small for the price. We won't go back unfortunately

No smell like it no matter where I go in the world. Loved it since the 90’s.

I visited Colloseo for Valentine’s Day, and while the food was absolutely lovely, the service was a big disappointment. The waiting times were painfully long, and the staff seemed to forget about us after giving us the menus. If we needed anything, we had to ask multiple times before getting any attention. For the price, I expected much better service. To top it off, when we went to pay, the lady at the counter was very cold and unwelcoming, which left a bad final impression. It’s a shame because the food was great, but the overall experience was not worth it. If the service improves, this could be a fantastic place to dine.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Calling this place Italian is an insult to Italy. They served cotoletta with pasta on the side, because apparently, culinary crimes are on the menu. Mediocre quality and truly awful taste. Avoid if you have taste buds!!

pretty below average restaurant . The pizza dough was ok but the toppings itself lacked flavour. Using shredded mozzarella from a bag is not really that authentic. The starters especially the calamari were skimped on, only 5/6 on my plate. The spaghetti for £16 is tasteless and bland. For the SOFT drinks they fill these from a 2Litre multipack bottle !!!!!! charge you £4.50 for coke filled from a multipack plastic bottle. The quality of ingredients weren’t that great either

To be honest th8s Italian restaurant was average at best. There was very little atmosphereas it was a sprawling restaurant with few customers, the service was robotic and impersonal and the food was okay but nothing special . Not the best of experiences. Value wise paid what we might have expected
