Food was so good, had a great evening and really nice staff! George was our waiter, really friendly and great service. Overall really good place to go :) *The Bruschetta was amazing!

Stopped here the other night after the cinema. Not really that busy, good menu very polite waitress. We ordered our food I had a pizza my wife had chicken with pasta. When we got our food the pizza was fine cooked nicely. My wife started on her dish the chicken was fine, but when she got around to the pasta it was actually stone cold the sauce was cold it was awful. As my wife had eaten all of the chicken she was not bothered with the pasta. When the waitress came up to clear the plates we mentioned how the pasta had not been cooked (or probably not reheated from a pre prepared batch). She took it away and we could see her talking to a manager who came over, he was bordering rude very dismissive and he just walked off. We did get a voucher for our next visit, no apology or anything. This was given to us by the friendly waitress, the manager never re appeared. The manager needs to learn how to deal with genuine situations he had no idea how to deal with customers with a genuine issue. The voucher won't be used as we will not go back here again with that awful service.

Had Christmas party for 12 people, service & staff excellent. Highly recommend, cater for large party without issue.

Popped in for a quick meal before going to a Cambridge Junction for an event. The staff were really nice and friendly and the food excellent. You know pretty much what you’re going to get with a chain restaurant but Bella seem to be able to give an individual experience which ever one you go to....thank you.

We had a superb meal - all courses very good. Service by our waitress was very good. If only the cleaner had used a bottle of bleach in the loos. Not very nice and upon noticing this, we saw that the cleaner in the restaurant needs to pay more attention too.

You can get a big and delicious good looking mug of cappuccino here. The decorations gives you a pleasant mood. And the staff is also very friendly, especially if you're able to speak Italian to them. For sure this is not the last time I'll go there.

We've been to Bella Italia in the Leisure Park several times and the food was always great, as were all waitors and waitresses. This time, we were really tired and hungry when we arrived, but our waitor Nico really cheered us up with his great mood and friendliness. It's almost unfair to call this a chain, as chains somehow seem to have a bad reputation in my opinion, but the Bella Italia in Cambridge Leisure Park definitely feels more like an Italian family restaurant. Definitely recommended.

We were invited to try the new menu. It was ever so nice and delivered exceptionally. The manager(Katie i think) was so welcoming and tentative throughout the meal. The food was spot on. The cocktails sounded amazing but I was too hungover to try one ! The head chef even came out for our opinions. We have been numerous times with the children as it is well priced and they enjoy it. We have decided to head there with the kids for my 40th next week instead of a fancy cambridge restaurant which we would normally do. Get the balloons ready please

Went for a lunch for try Pasta and it was really nice my boyfriend took Pizza vegan and it was delicious as well, what impressed us was the service, I never felt that important and such a great time of laugh with our waiter which is one of the Best could served us make our dining moment unforgettable, thanks Nico for your attitude we definitely will coming back for organise a party and we want be serve by you. I raccomande this restaurant for a food and for great service.

this place sums up uk food places bland fake over hyped and all the same I watch diners drive and dines and wow they have some great places to eat what do we have very posh or bland awful .this fell into later .fake stuff on walls bland weak pasta dishes and some music sung by dean martin says it all really
