Service was great, let down by the food, bolognese was more like minced beef and gravy from a tin and quite small. Friendly staff though.

Lovely evening spent here for the first time. We had 3 courses - nduja and mozzarella bites to start; burrata carbonara for me and the seafood pasta for my partner both were very nice. I had the 3 mini desserts which were very nice. A tad pricey for chain food however current blue light discount took 30% off the food which actually made it pretty reasonable - will definitely visit again. Staff were friendly and assertive and the service was good.

Food was ordered at 18:22 for delivery at 19:40-arrived 20:16. Also garlic bread was plain and no cheese as ordered (also cold)

Ordered 3 starters, only got 2...... plus someone's bottle of coke I didn't want.

Came here today for lunch and a catch-up with my friend. It was very quiet, but it was a Monday and just what we wanted to talk, eat delicious food and sample some wine. It ticked all the boxes.

Previous experiences have been good, but last two visits, really average.

Nice restaurant, staff welcoming and friendly, food excellent we had starter, main and dessert, quick service no waiting around, toilets clean.

Excellent service and lovely food we will be coming back for a another lovely meal . We realy enjoyed are lunch here and looking forward to trying all the different courses on the menu.

This was absolutely awful. I ordered from Uber eats My food came as soggy and undercooked. Covered in fat and grease I had requested a full refund and they replied saying they’re unable to provide me with one!!! Please reconsider this decision and provide me with a FULL refund

I feel like Ask is very underrated. They've been around for years for a reason! Decor is clean and contemporary, toilets always clean, food good and service great! Had a amazing meal on a Saturday afternoon, not rushed at all. We were served by Jakob who was just lovely! So friendly and accommodating, he made our dining experience even better 😊 so thank you Jakob! 🫶

First time visiting and was amazed at the surroundings. Very clean and welcoming. Both of our server couldn’t do enough to help. My friend who is coeliac couldn’t get over the choice of meals and desserts available. Great care is taken with allergies and asked as soon as you walk in about any. Food was outstanding and desserts were incredible. Made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait to return

I went with my friend for lunch Staff very friendly.We were given a choice of seats Which was lovely We weren't rushed. There was plenty of time between courses for chatting.And when we finished our meal, we didn't feel hurried to Pay the bill and leave.Definitely.Recommend for lunch time admittedly , it wasn't too Busy , but the food was amazing and the Very friendly And helpful

My calamari was cooked in batter that tasted like cardboard, honestly. My burrata carbonara tasted of plain boiled pasta, no flavour. The bolognese sauce was watery and had less flavour than sauce from a tin. What on earth is going on Ask Italian ??? I am 66 years old and I know my pasta. You will not be seeing me in there again.

I came here with family for my daughter’s 21st. The atmosphere in this place was so chill and actually felt so peaceful. I recommend coming here for a family friendly meal and if you want to have a drink that have many options too.

We attended for lunch for a family Xmas meal. Three of us have allergies, the knowledge and care we received is something special. I usually feel anxious eating out but I knew they actually cared and took time to explain everything to me. We went early evening on a Saturday It was very busy, but the host found us a table Our drink orders were taken immediately and drinks came literally a few minutes later Food arrived quickly and was good The team you have there are exceptional I've worked in restaurants and hospitality for years and I was very impressed Well done

For the most part the food was good for us. However, one dish, a seafood risotto, gave one of the group food poisoning (confirmed by doctors appointments and tests) which severely affected them for more than 2 weeks. Hence 1 star. The service was disappointing and those who came round seemed not bothered or at the very least unhappy in their work. Hence 1 star. It was busy and one table nearby was certainly enjoying themselves as we did while we were there. Sadly for one of our group the experience has not been good.
