The best restaurants serving Italian food in Yorkshire and The Humber

So, I've been ordering for years from here and always thought of it as a premium takeaway and to be fair I've always found the food really good....but when they let you order through the website when they are closed and then say they will refund you that's what you expect. No refund incoming then when I ring up they say they will deliver the order BUT minus the garlic bread because it's not an offer night! Really ? It's your mistake so own it and honour the original order or maybe just maybe refund the money as your email said you would, which lets be honest you had no intention of doing. Nice number that, 10 people with orders of about £30 ! If they don't chase it up that's £300 for nothing. Very disappointed, your mistake so hold your hand up and either refund or honour the order

Im literally obsessed with this restaurant. The mixed meat shawarma is so freaking good and the chilli sauce is top tier. I can’t say anything bad ngl

didn't get my salad in my kebab wrap but apart from that all good

Very quiet on a Friday night. Free salad but not all full of the stuff.

Early dinner on a Monday evening, I was the first table. Staff were efficient,food was good Accompanied by a cheeky bottle of ale from the Cold Bath Brewing company next door.

Excellent quality food, delivered hot and fresh.Only issue was late delivery,however it was due to only one driver…. The quality of the food overcame my hanger at late delivery.definitely order again.

ordered food at 9:30 through the online app and it just didn't show up

Food was ok, however they didn't deliver my bottle of Pepsi, ordered through food hub, reported it but just got fobbed off. Not sure how they would have refunded me anyway as they only take cash.

Nothing Italian about this place the worst pizza Dough ever no flavour and under cooked the cheese was poor quality.Maybe a lesson in pizza dough making needed using quality ingredients.Cash only , service was miserable atmosphere dull felt like a pop up shop No Communications No English.Another item cheesy chips wrap went in the bin just fell to pieces was soggy.

Food is good quality however the portion size is very small, prices are high for what you get. Service was quite good but for value for money I wouldn't recommend.

Staff uninterested I ordered a cocktail was informed “did not have it” even though it was on menu I was choosing another and girl went didn’t come back. We ordered food signature dish of pasta and spinach balls pasta was cold spinach balls burnt when I eventually manage to speak to some one she said “ sorry and laughed. I have always enjoyed my food here but I will not be going back
