the lad Jack Hoskins did my order, chips were fab, good little lad great communication skills, perfectly boxed up my pizza, not much atmosphere in the shop tho 👍🏻

Wrong pizza given when collected and too late to do anything about it when we got home with the order.

Awful service. Maybe 3 tables occupied but took over 40 minutes for our 3 pizza order. Pizza was then presented with a dressing on the salad in the legarra pizza, which wasn't on the menu. Waitress didn't agree until she checked the menu herself and then agreed. A separate salad was then supplied with a plate to remove the dressing laden salad from the pizza. Time read just after 9 so staff started to clear down, lots of clattering of plates, drawers banging and a beer left on the side for one of the staff. No apology, no discount offered, just genuinely awful experience. Do not go and waste your well earned money. Shame on you pizza express.

Went after a gig. Food and customer service was terrible. Order pizza with pepperoni on top so crispy, it came with underneath. Quarried it may as well have thrown the pizza at me for asking. Very rude bad customer service. Tasted awful and soggy. Garlic was more like mint flavour. Asked for chips cheese and garlic. Got a small portion of skinny fries with cheese and a pot of garlic. Would never go back,

My order never showed up. I waited nearly 2 hours. Rang twice and although the lovely young girl who answered tried to help as best she could I was dismissed both times by any other member of staff. So unhelpful. Absolutely rubbish service.

Hi I ordered food through just eat but because it was after 12 you were closed but you still took my money of £16.98. I contacted you through PayPal but re eivex no response. Best pizza in the town. Service on delivery very poor. Currently an hour late despite been told 30mins ago it would be here in 5 mins.

Good pizza, Mrs likes the chicken too, can't go wrong with it

This was a lovely branch of Prezzo. The location was great. The staff were really helpful and attentive. We came here for an evening meal on a busy Friday night without a booking and they still managed to accommodate us

Staff uninterested I ordered a cocktail was informed “did not have it” even though it was on menu I was choosing another and girl went didn’t come back. We ordered food signature dish of pasta and spinach balls pasta was cold spinach balls burnt when I eventually manage to speak to some one she said “ sorry and laughed. I have always enjoyed my food here but I will not be going back

The BEST Italian in South Yorkshire. Having visited their Sister restaurant ’Roccos’ in Tickhill, I had to try Ziniz. The staff are brilliant, decor lovely, and the food is some of the best I’ve had. Can’t wait to be back

Visited Prezzo as a last minute meal. Visited during the week so it wasn’t too busy and was able to get seated straight away. Service was good and orders were taken promptly. We went for Calamari starter and I chose the Calzone for main. The calamari was cooked just right and was served with a lovely Garlic Aioli. Calzone was cooked just right but was a little on the cold side. The tomato sauce was nice but wasn’t enough compared to the size of the calzone.

Disappointed. Ordered shrimp spaghetti and the seafood was clearly frozen prawns. £17.95 cat too much for a few prawns and loads of cheap spaghetti. Also lacked garlic. The sticky toffee pudding was very nice, however.
