Efes Grill in Doncaster

Absolutely rubbish, I've never ordered from here before and I won't be re-ordering. The shawarma kebab was tiny and extremely chewy, hard and dry. The wraps were no more than ok, the beef burger was a standard budget, but when you pay almost 9 pound for a half pound burger and it turns up with 4 scrappy pieces of chicken on it, I think it's taking the Mick! The delivery was quick but the food was really bad so I will not reorder, very disappointed

Chips were reheated and pizza was dry. Waited a long time for it, so didn't make a complaint because we were hungry. Used EFES Grill for a while, but think it's time to try elsewhere.

3 slices of my 10” pepperoni pizza had no cheese at all ? It’s not normally really good but what is that.

Long wait time for delivery given I'm not far away. The pizzas were already, chips were cold and soggy due to been parceled with cans of pop which in turn ended up warm as they were wrapped up with the chips.

Great food, great staff. One of the best calzones I've had in a while and I asked for garlic butter on my fries topped with chilli, you can't beat it. Also was stud inside just talking and laughing with the staff, great atmosphere and a great bunch of guys. 10/10 for me.

I went to the shop to order and collect food.. My fries were given to me cold so returned them back into the shop and she said they only came out the fryer 3 mins ago, but offered to redo my order. I accepted and waited, got to the car opened my tray to find this! The portion size was hideous for the price I paid (approx £7) I will not return to this take away, very unhappy!

Delivery was late and the driver pressed delivers 6 min before he actually delivered and we thought that we are not getting our food over all just eat sucks just order on Uber eats much better

our food was ordered before 5pm and we were expecting it by 5.40pm, sadly we received a message to say it was running late and then when it arrived the pizza wasn't very hot. disappointing as we like this place to eat from.

Sorry but the skinniest kebab wrap I've ever had. The wrap could have been more than an inch and a half in diameter. Asked for really thin sliced and wasn't. Won't be ordering again. Sorry.

Pizzas and chips were cold, rock hard and tasted like cardboard. That was when we eventually received them almost 90 minutes after ordering.

not very big for an XL kebab. but was decent enough

Ordered a large lamb and donner kebab, chips, garlic mayo and a bottle of Pepsi- £20. It was the smallest kebab I've ever had considering it was meant to be a large? The donner was tough as leather and the lamb was so fatty it was inedible...even my dog turned his nose up at it. Garlic mayo tasted like it had been made with mint sauce. Chips were fine. Food was still hot despite being late. Won't be ordering again that's for sure.

ordered large donner and chips got what I'd calk a small and it was all the dregs we also got 12 pizza with ham and pineapple but no ham on it not ordering again

If u want to visit the dentist or loose a tooth then this is the place. Was hard, even dog had problems eating it. Not fresh pizza dough was the shop bough ones. If I could give a no star it would be that.

i have a picture of the pizza when it arrived, it was smooshed together in the boxed and looked like it had just been tossed about everywhere, therefore we barely ate any, was not satisfied with our order (the pizza)

Delivery driver had blaring music when delivering food and didn’t even turn it off when delivering my food. Woke up my next door neighbours kids up, which didn’t go down well. Quality of food with the portion size was poor for the price.

We order all the time from here and the food is normally to a high standard. This evening the food was absolutely shocking, the worst pizza ever. Disappointed 😞

The lamb tasted very old! The kebab meat was solid and dried out! Lettuce with my mushrooms was like slime! Ordered a large kebab got 5 bits of kebab meat and 1 piece of lamb, the portion size was below a small portion, 43 pound spent and was still hungry afterwards! Chilli sauce was like water, vile place never again

Horrendous timings, ordered for 5pm. For the kids dinner(via Just eat) when it didn’t arrive by 5.15 I rang and asked to be told it was already on its way. Rang again at 6.05pm and apparently they’re now behind on orders. So they lied saying it was on its way in the first place. 6.30 and still no sign. Kids eaten something else and ready for bed. Wasted money Will not be ordering from here again

I ordered sweetcorn as an additional topic on my pizza and it was not there! Delivery is also a nightmare.

Shocking came 20 mins late absolutely freezing. Called they resent my order still freezing when received that, pizza dripping in grease. Driver said they had an incident in the shop.

I heard about EFES Grill and thought we should give it a try: I would like to clarify, the food was delicious: The burger which we had was the 'Americano - with Fried Onions' was really tasty. However, the bread had a slight chewy edging. The pizza which we had was spot on, no complaints there 'Pizza - Choose 5 Toppings'. It was so tasty. The kebab meat was delicious, the chilli condiment was nice but its tagged as a sauce which it was more like a paste or puree. It was good but it would have been more preferable better as a sauce as shown and to be in a container separately, not straight on the meat. The Fries with Cheese, honestly tasted good. Everyone likes fries but disappointed with the lack of amount of cheese, there was very little and it was very expensive for what it was. £4 for fries and the smallest sprinkle, I wouldn't bother there. Overall the taste was not disappointing and was good but just thought I would share my first experience for new first time customers. Thanks Efes, Andy.

Food cold. Chicken extremely tough. No noticeable garlic sauce. Wrap like cardboard. Very disappointing.

The food was cold. Too much cheese on pizza and not enough toppings or sauce. Felt like cheese bread. Same with the calzone.

I ordered a large kebab for £11 and I got a cold kebab with more salad than there was meat it was so pathetic and it came early? Never again buying anything from your takeaway.

Wasn't terribly late but the chicken kebab pieces in our mixed kebab were small and dry, in both of them and the kebabs themselves were pretty small in size for the price. Stick to the pizzas only from now on.

Pizza base was cold and like cardboard

wouldn't deliver due to were we lived, not because it is out of there way or delivery zone but because its a slightly rougher area. all of a sudden there are no delivery drivers or so they say. they were quick enough to confirm the order and take the money before realizing, and now having to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund are you taking the mick? so unprofessional.

Food was warm and very chewy. Not fresh at all. Pizza base was stale. Quite disgusting to be honest.

Tonight I've asked for quarter pounder. But instead I've received an quarter pounder. Not happy but have eaten it as were hungry. But guess I've over paid this since the burger were quarter and not half

So disappointed with the order tonight, don’t bother. Got the combination lamb and donner kebab and it had about 6 slices of donner and 4 lamb pieces. Had the meal deal 1 - never in my life had a pizza like it. Should have got a 99p one from asda. Daylight robbery, and the kids chicken nugget meal wouldn't fill a 2 year old.

Kebab wasn’t warm, was even quite cold to the touch.
