Do yourself a favour and don't order from here. The 1 start reviews are all correct. Rubbish.

We tried Gino's agian both on delivery and pick up and can gladly say what a good turnaround. Good food and delivery on time. 🙂

After years of ordering (since 2007) I’m finally saying no more. Tonight it took two hours to get a pizza and a cheeseburger delivered. Two hours. The food when it came was hardly warm the bread bun was wet and soggy because it had been in the carton for so long. It’s not even a busy night fgs. Sorry but I’m out.

Ordered a cheese burger and it came disappointedly on a standard bread cake, burgers no taste like they had been cooked on a solid griddle... ordered same today from a very nearby takeaway and it came on a toasted seeded bun with the burgers clearly flame grilled and much tastier, will not be ordering burger again, best just for pizzas

Just picked up pizzas from Ginos ordered veg calzone with no white cheese ( red only inside and out ), got it home , cut into it only to find white cheese in it. ( only white cheese no red ) Phoned Ginos up tried to tell us that we didn’t say that we didn’t want white cheese ( I cannot have white cheese ) said we could take it back ( not possible), after a while they offered us 10% off our next order-which would be a couple of pounds how ridiculous when we had to throw it away and the pizza cost over £10:00 .

I ordered a meat feast pizza which took 1 hrs 40 mins to be delivered, no explanation or apology, absolutely shocking, avoid this place at all costs

All food is best I've had from a pizza place. The carbonara should have red onion in and there is far to much sauce

Been ordering from here for years, just had a triple decker and it was in a box half the size it usually is and had no salad or coleslaw, and had the tiniest smear of sauce on it, this place used to be fantastic but it's steadily gone downhill since it got taken over

Ordered on Uber eats - waited over an hour for delivery, asked for a cancellation only to be met by a comment from a manager - whatever! To which I said well can we cancel, where the lady over the phone put the phone down and still no further forward for us! To that end I contacted Uber eats and got a refund…will never order from there again!! Miss Gino!!!

Ordered, couldn’t get price straight away as on other till so couldn’t get a price, rang back up and confirmed order, came without first one I ordered, so a family eating apart from one , rang up and reordered not charged us but did on delivery but wanted extra coleslaw £3.40 for a tub of coleslaw so in other words got charged twice for a delivery what was their mistake !

Probably the best takeaway pizza I've ever had. So many toppings, lots of cheese, cooked perfectly.

First time ordering and the chicken kebab was disgusting, tiny and overpriced! The meat was in peices so small using a toothpick would be more suitable that a fork, it was dry but the bottom of the carton was swimming in grease. Waited over an hour to be disappointed by the food and to have the delivery driver make off with the change. Will not be ordering again!!!

Ordered when the restaurant opened at 5:30 only ordered one kids meal and one burger meal. Nearly an hour and a half later still not arrived, phoned to ask how long it had been and they were only just cooking it and ‘we apologise’ such bad service since Gino retired. Not the first time my order has taken so long.

Had a half & half pizza was lovely with garlic fries. Food was lovely so were the staff . Everything was piping hot . Would Recomend .

best hot meat feast pizza ever and chicken shish with doner beut forgot our chilli sauce but they sent it straight out no problem will defo be ordering again great food and fantastic customer service

This USED to be one of the best places in the village to obtain a wonderful takeaway but as time has passed by so has the quality of both the service, and the food. Both of which leave A LOT to be desired. The staff are extremely rude and blunt, to the point. NOT friendly AT ALL. Looks like no staff training at customer service. They were rude to customers in the takeaway and over the phone. The food I ordered, a pizza and a garlic bread pizza, swam in grease and I threw most of it away. I have two dogs and even they turned their noses up at it. I will NOT be returning to this establishment, despite the fact I used to go here years ago when it was at its peak. Please, please keep your money either in your bank account or pockets. Buy from elsewhere as you'll be only disappointed if you buy from this poor excuse of a takeaway.

Went in for a cheeseburger meal and a large kebab got it home and the kebab looked like it had done ten rounds with Tyson Fury was dry and threw it in the bin. Was disappointed.

Service rating zero . customer service zero. Extremely poor and unprofessional business.... We ordered take away at 6 pm arrived at 8 pm.What was received was great quality take away unfortunately half the order was not received we were told this would follow later !! Shame we never actually received it, requested to speak to manager on Shift , but unfortunately as advised by Kate who took my complaint they had no manager on Shift. Kate also told us the pizza was just going in the oven although she already told us this an hour before when we rang to ask how much longer it would be. Shame a business that potentially can deliver high quality food does it in installments !!! shocking service and customer service. To add to this they wanted us to pay for the full delivery after only the first half was received which we refused, which then worried the delivery driver who upon ringing the takeaway to advise them of this was told if any payment is short it will all be taken out of his wages. So now if someone refuses to pay for their poor service they take it out on the delivery driver rather than re assessing their business approach/customer service skills.

Ordered food and stood at the gate for 20 mins and they never came when I phoned to question they had taken it back to the shop because they had been waiting “15mins” (they hadn’t) they refused to refund me and refused to re make the food meaning wasted money and cold food. Will not be ordering again

Their food is great but I find something iffy about a business that only takes cash these days.

It’s been a while as we’ve had some bad experiences with miss orders and food not as good as it used to be, and gave poor reviews, however, what a meal tonight. Thought we’d go for their special kebab with all the meats, salad, chips and two pita breads. What a meal, meat was very tasty and cooked well, a huge portion (think I will be having it for the next few days….) great value for the price, tasty and for the price you could feed a family of 4 for a Saturday night treat.

First time ordering and absolutely spot on! Good portions, decent price and delicious. Kofte was tender and mildly spiced with lots of fresh salad, my Turkish grandad would be proud! Fried chicken was juicy and plump with crispy batter. Chips were crispy, light and even more glorious by adding garlic & Gino's is the only place for miles that serves Mozzarella sticks! You can't go to a Pizzeria without having pizza so we'll save that for next time! We're well and truly in food heaven right now with a food induced coma sure to follow! Well done Gino's!!

Excellent food, good selection on the menu. Can be difficult to call as so busy but that shows the food is good!

We orded for first time last week we had calzonie an a pizza it was beautiful so we've orded again t nite chicken an chips it was the best chicken IV ever had from a takeaway and it was boneless as well it was beautiful

Order was ready on time and the staff were good, however, the pizza was no nowhere near as nice as it was before Gino retired. I think its the cheese thats different as it had no real flavour. Shame

I order from here on a recently regular basis and this time had a Problem with order as in delivery time and amount, however this was quicky taken care of with a phone call and a new order delivered. Very good service polite and friendly. The best takeout in conisbrough

We had pizzas one Hawaiian and one mastisa and chips and dips they were deep pan and were the best we had tasted

If I could have given no stars I would. Got spaghetti bolognese and a kebab. The 2 minutes journey home and the bag had broke due to all the grease and I had grease Allover my car. I have had to drain the fat and water off the spag bol . The kebab wee cold and had put the wrong sauce on. Absolutely shocking service. Staff stood around talking with one peeling carrots . Absolutely disgusting place . I use to order from them ages ago. I definitely will not be going back.

I used to love Gino's but yesterday I ordered a Hawaiian burger but it was just gross the bread buns were just not nice and the pineapple didn't go well with the burger. I also had the chips with cheese and bolognese on top but it just left me feeling sick the only good thing was the chicken and mushroom pizza :)

Used to love Ginos chicken burgers but now they've changed since Gino retired. Now it's just cheap formed chicken. Average at best. Increased prices do not reflect the quality. I'll go elsewhere in future.

Gone down hill since gino left n price inflation is ridiculous 4 pound on top of usual order.. new owner is rude and ignores customers.. bring back gino.. boycott at all costs

'Gino' is a legend and makes the best pizzas by far. Happy retirement, Behdad. Can't believe you've been here so many years. Pizza in Conisbrough just ain't gonna be the same.

I got my take away from you, as I was highly recommended to try your food. But then I did , I noticed your kebab meat was actually gross , cheap and frozen and the worst ever I had from any take away, it so poor and the quality is low . I wish I stick with Roma pizza , as they are actually nice kebab and u guys called ur self a pizza place , it isn’t worth the money I payed for this trash I got , the chips was not fully cook and a garlic Mayo wasn’t home made, so I rang the restaurant and ask if the meat where frozen and the laid on the phone, went and ask the manager or whoever and they was talking and in the background I could hear she saying could I tell him it frozen yes or no , like they wasn’t gonna say owt , it seem most of them reviewed on here seem fake , so I thou I put one up that legit. Am very disappointed in this meat, it over priced for what u getting and the quality is poor, this make me wonder if all ur food is prepackaged and just cook on demand, as my Donna meat taste like the microwave meat. 2 star out of 10. I won’t be coming back

Wow had pizza from here last night and as my husband is so fussy regarding pizza I wasn’t sure he would enjoy it however he said it was the best pizza he has had in years! Would defend recommend, delicious

Waited 85 mins for a delivery which should have taken within 60, Wrong burger arrived then we were told it can be replaced within 25mins but the wrong 1 gas to go back, nothing wrong with that other than we already waited well over an hour! The right burger eventually arrived 50mins later... tut tut....i did phone again to ask if Gino was actually working, surprise surprise he isn't. Gino sort your staff out or you may lose yr business. I certainly won't order again.

Always get your order wrong, don't waste your time... Usually simple things like wrong toppings or garlic missing from chips but it is every visit

The best pizza ever and the staff are really customer friendly. Also they do the best cheesey chips ive ever tasted. Really good on prices too
