Ordered spexificallywithout chip spice and when received at home was covered in chip spice. They don't listen to orders they just assume

We order from these every week and really enjoy the food. Would be 5 stars but they keep getting the orders wrong. (Missing bits what was ordered).

We have been using Pizza Hill for about a year now having tried all over Doncaster for a decent kebab. We found inconsistencies just about everywhere but since trying here we've never looked back. We get the Wrap deal and they're always absolutely packed, great kick from the Chilli Sauce and everything is always piping hot which is reflected in how quick the delivery is.

Phoned up for a delivery and they refused to deliver saying it was too far away yet my neighbour gets a delivery off them? Never mind I’ll order else where. I assume they have enough business to refuse some people.

Can't quote the food but I did judt recieve a call from this number it showed as pizza pizza but it was a foreign lady asking about my 02 sim card (I'm not with02) obvious scam happening here not sure why it's connected to a pizza place though 🤔 may wanna check your phone lines or summit 🤣🤣

What can I say, website says one price, when you order over the phone the price is different, what happened to trading standards when they should honour the advertised price, no they say place your order online, we'll honour the advertised price but when they come to get the payment it's the increased amount and they won't budge. To top it off, they offer a cheesy garlic bread for the convenience whilst the order is being prepared, but I say, just a garlic bread is OK and then they dont give you that either. Absolutely disgusted with them not honouring the advertised price, should be reported.

I hate to write this review as I have been a loyal customer and ordered from here regularly over the past few years. Me and my mother and my sister, ordered food tonight, she ordered a kebab with chips for my sister as she is autistic, and I ordered a pizza. In the notes section of your website, she but that she would not like rice but instead chips. Bear in mind we were not notified at all that this was not available. When our food arrived, she had neither rice nor chips. When ringing up to make the restaurant aware of this, the man on the phone was very rude, misogynistic and clearly uncaring of the customers. He used misogynistic language towards my mother and tried to belittle her. He seemed to not understand our clear complaint. When asking for this to be rectified, he offered that we order another portion of chips for £4.90! We refused and informed him that this was not appropriate customer service and that we would be leaving a negative review. We gave him change to rectify, but he declined and sounded like he was not bothered in the slightest. He seemed uncaring that he has caused my autistic sister a meltdown. Don't order from here if you have dietary restrictions, as they will charge you an absurd amount to rectify their own mistakes! Disappointed.

Ordered pizza and Peri Peri chips. The pizza was nice but nothing spectacular. The chips good portion size with just Peri salt chucked on. Honestly, you can get the same a lot cheaper elsewhere. The pricing was really expensive for bog standard takeaway food. For reference chicken shish kebab was £10. Smokeys does two Peri Peri chicken breasts and chips or rice in a huge tray for £7. Not promoting smokeys just comparison.

Tried a pizza burger for the 1st time and I was not disappointed the food was tasty well cooked the chips were nice and crisp on the ouside and soft on the inside best take away I've had in ages

You just delivered our food to the flats on st.James .The pizza is absolutely amazing. I have not enjoyed food like this for a long time from fast food. I would highly recommend this place.Service was a lot faster than they said and delivery guy was very friendly. The prices are also reasonable for the standard of food. Thank you very Much,we will be back.

Nice takeaway but getting very expensive.

Staff were so rude. Started swearing. Because at us our food was wrong when we ask them to put it right he told us to f off the food went straight in bin definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

One of the best takeaways in Doncaster, fast service, absolutely immense quality and a garlic bread pizza to die for. If I could only eat one more meal this place would be it.

Been getting food from here for over a year and it is one of the best, if not the best, takeaway in Doncaster. I've never had a bad meal, the food is usually early but always hot when it arrives. Its my go to takeaway for a burger or kebab.

Thought I'd give this place a try...and glad I did pizza was fantastic very prompt delivery so food was piping hot.Would highly recommend this takeaway ..and I will definitely re order from here in the future

Wow Pizza Hill on Thorne Road doncaster. Last time I use you (and used a lot in past) they delivered the wrong order. should have be fillet chicken burger pizza but they sent out beef burger, the person doesn’t eat beef. Then rang up first time to tell them ,they hung up. Rang 2nd time they sent the correct order out, but waited another 45mins to be told got to take wrong order back , I explained it was thrown away then to be advised I would have to get it out of the bin so they can take it back before they can give me the correct order that we paid for, i advised them to shove it up their ar&@

Fabulous and delicious takeaway best calzone ever so perfect. The calzone della was the so perfect the kabab and cheese, onion teased so perfect. The milkshake was so beautiful and teased so perfect too. The takeaway was expensive but was worth it. Best service they got my order right and not wrong. I am impressed with this service.

I ordered a wrap n found what appeared to be fluff inside of the salad I phoned up and they tried telling me it was a tomato skin when they finally showed up to look and give me my money back they wouldn’t give me a full refund DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE after bring told it was from there sponges he was confused on why I wanted my money back

The only pizza place we use. Delivery is always super fast, the meal deals are great value and don't get me started on the chicken kebab! Chicken, salad, rice and a lovely wrap absolutely perfection!

Just gone to pizza hill on thorne road doncaster, the food is absolutly gorgeous, and the staff were lovely and very friendly. It was lovely and clean and you can see all the food been cooked, thought it was a bit expensive but the portions are huge and will actually do me tea today and dinner tomorrow. Definetly 5 stars frlme me

I ordered 2 donner kebabs with chips. The order arrived after 40 minutes and I was happy. When I opened my food the chips were cold. The kebab meat was cold and tough and worse still there was no pitta bread. Disgusting, I'll never order from pizza Hill again

Just been for the 1st time and what can I say. Had the Hill grill special and omg I can honestly say the lamb is to die for. The lamb and the chicken was so juicy 💯 the best I’ve ever had. We definitely not be going anywhere else but here in the future

This pizza shop is one of the best pizza shops I have ever visited in Doncaster the produce is so fresh play have a great selection of fast-food meals variations from homemade pizzas to pizza burgers to chicken doner meat and lamb shish wrap Hill grill special which is served with rice lamb shish and chicken with doner and chips served with salad and a hot sauce and a 10-inch garlic bread with one bread and naan bread when comparing this pizza shop to major brands like Domino's Pizza Hut and Papa John's pizza Hill wins tenfold

Rude staff, placed an order for delivery, but website got it wrong, phone the shop and staff said not there problem and wanted me to order again. So ended up going to the shop ( after paying delivery ) and showed them the website was wrong and my order, to be told it not there problem and they would not fix it. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.....so no food and payed for it ....customer service for you .....I would recommend that if you want to get what you payed for to go elsewhere, as I am now out of pocket and the kids are hungry .

Ordered food at 8pm. Still waiting at 9pm. Called to ask for update and heard person answer the phone say to staff. Shall I just say it’s on it’s way? Waited another 15 minutes to then be told it’s just come out of the oven. If you’re busy just say you’re busy. Not available for delivery in 30 minutes!!!

Ordered food was told 45 mins for delivery. Rang after 55 mins to see how long it would be. The person was very rude and didn’t care was told it would be at least 20 mins take or leave. Cancelled the order don’t think it was even cooked. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!

Pizza hill has been taken over by the people of French gate cafe in town, the food has gone up in price and down in quality. It used to be great takeaway food was delicious but now your lucky if you get same quality week in week out , they used to paint pizza crust with garlic butter but thats stopped making them dry and boring, they fries are now cooked in big batches which means they sit there till needed and cold by the time you arrive home 🙄 the staff just mumble in their own language (ignorant) even the delivery guys step in to help get orders prepared to go out, there used to be young lass on front desk who was brill but looks like she even got sick of covering thier mistakes. Come on pizza hill buck your ideas up give us the takeaway we pay for 🤔

Absolutely shocking! We are regular customers and recently noticed a change in food on asking if they had been taken over they said no until recently food and Pizza is always Burnt and late not very pleasant on phone and driver is sarcastic laughing as he delivers food would not reconditioned we will be going else where in future!
