Shawarma King in Leeds

Yoo!! Don’t know who made it but flip me .cold,the smell but I tried to ignore it and just eat , until the smell got to me and my stomach started hurting it still hurt can’t sleep took 1hour and 17 minutes to arrive maybe is not your fault but cmon man I have had shawarma my whole life and please don’t come at me saying I don’t know what I am on about I am from Iraq and what we it is shawarma if you don’t know but flip me the only thing that was good was the Pepsi and also in the picture and description I thought it was 2 shawarma but no ti was just 1 smelly one sorry about it is just I am really upset because I haven’t eaten for a while and I ordered some food and is just really disappointed me

Second time we have ordered the chicken kebab meal which states with chilli sauce and arrives With no chilli sauce my son was pretty disappointed on both occasions won’t do delivery with them again

3 strips not 4 no coleslaw also did not state was spicy (bought for a child so won’t eat) pizzas are very good driver dropped bag when he finally arrived and it rolled over 3 times so pizzas upside down but it was hot which makes a change with these drivers obviously that’s not restaurant fault

Food was flat cold and quite dry

the driver delivered my food to the wrong house. when i called the takeaway to say this i got told he is too busy and said bye and put the phone down. we didnt get our food and the guy on the phone was very rude.

The food was tasteless, it was served cold and the guy who served doesn't know how to do customer facing jobs.

Phoned me to say they missed a wrap only oredered 2 wraps said I would get a free wrap next time !

Only closes between 6 am to 10 am, very convenient for night shift workers, chicken and meat shawarma with chips or naan, pizzas available too, a few seating options, delivery available too.

I had chicken shawarma from shawarma king. Quantity wise it’s good but the chicken was like gravy and it was salty too.

Terrible delivered wrong order left us waiting for 2 hours to bring right order never rectified it kept waiting for driver waste of £30 and still went to bed with hungry belly’s don’t no how to run a busy can not understand you on phone poor service

Ordered some food online about 40 pound and they brought two wraps after contacting them to ask what they could do about the mistake they pretended to not speak English then ignored the phone absolutely shameful

Very disappointed with food my mix Donna was definitely left overs and reheated from last night was so dry and had a funny smell.also I ordered curry sauce but did not receive and ordered Diet Pepsi they even got this wrong.

Went after a gig. Food and customer service was terrible. Order pizza with pepperoni on top so crispy, it came with underneath. Quarried it may as well have thrown the pizza at me for asking. Very rude bad customer service. Tasted awful and soggy. Garlic was more like mint flavour. Asked for chips cheese and garlic. Got a small portion of skinny fries with cheese and a pot of garlic. Would never go back,

Best Halal food take away in. Center. You cannot go wrong with their chicken shawarma. Portion is big and taste is amazing. Open till 6 am and above all its pocket friendly. A jumbo chicken shawarma plus fries and drink costed me 7.99 pounds.

Rubbish Service! placed an order and it never arrived, yet the message I received said it had been delivered!

The food was delivered over one hour later than advertised. When it arrived it was cold. I am not a person to complain however I feel only necessary to do so on this occasion. Typically your service is excellent

Asked no chili sauce, not only gave a pot of chili but also put it in the wrap.

It was a very bad experience. The chicken was not fresh; it was obviously from the previous day or even older. The worst part was that there was a piece of chicken skin among the chicken. I can't believe it. It was the worst experience ever.

half my order didn't turn up, rang them up and they blamed it on the business been busy, asked them to bring the rest of what I'd paid for for them to refuse saying its too busy, then had the cheek to say if I buy something else they'll bring what I'm owed 😂 definitely won't be ordering from here again

Food pushed back on delivery time by close to an hour, the food was almost cold when arrived. Chicken kebab was full of grease, don't think I'll try again.

the food was nice but they got it wrong. I ordered a margarita they sent donner meat my child won't eat it so she's still hungry also missing a portion of chips what I paid for I received 1 portion which was included in my meal. cost me £25 I'm not happy.

Food was excellent and hot on delivery. One small thing - ordered diet coke - can of pepsi recieved instead. Nearly 5 stars.

I wanted a big mixed wrap with chips and a drink for cheap, I got exactly that. The wrap was well made and not falling apart, the order was prepared with care and nothing was missing, the chips were good as well, the wrap was spicy but not too hot, would use again, thanks!

We had a chicken shawarma wrap that was good. We are from India and from many days we are in search of some spicy and halal nonveg food. We found this shop and we are happy to eat the shawarma.

Asked for a large donner meal. Asked if they could do mixed donner and chicken, ended up paying £1 extra for no reason, doesn't state it on the menu, once challenged they just shrugged it off. Used these guys for years an now all of a sudden been ripped off... Will think twice before using again.

Tried to order online to get a burger but the only options were as a meal or as a meal … tried ordering over the phone and they kept ignoring that I was saying it doesn’t work online and hung up on me …. Food might have been nice but I’ll never know because of the lack of customer service.

Absolutely awful Portion size very small for the price & the quality of the food was not great. I ordered kebab and chips and the chips were soggy and not seasoned. The kebab has lots of gristle in it, I can not eat this.

I didnt even receive half of my food… When I called back politely, the guy said the shop was closing. The shop closes at 12pm. It was only 9pm. After putting me 5 minutes on hold, he cut the phone off on me. I called back and he cut the phone off again. I am just really disappointed they do this to people and make a living off of it.

Come from London ( was staying away ) , top service , food 10 10 everything fresh, everything fresh , fairly priced . Would deffo recommend

I have been in shawarma king twice, the food quality and taste was amazing. I eat in and I bought some pizza for take away. I definitely recommend this shop. I will come back again.

These guy at the front thinks his a gangster or a drug dealer has a stink on his attitude no smiles nothing Says fresh nan wrap only £5.5 That wrap he used is the thin premed from asdas very expensive for what they selling and they lie u have to be really drunk to walk in there

Ordered on deliveroo, got wrong order and no drink so rang them up and they were refusing responsibility and would not send another driver out.

Ordered food shortly after midnight and app stated delivery by 1am Called at 1.15 to be told the driver refused to deliver but the shop didn't even have the decency to call to inform me. I can only imagine the Uber driver refused because we don't tip up front. How are you going to tip before receiving a service? We always tip on receipt. Hope I can give zero stars. Don't waste your time!

Shawarma King is the best place in the world. No debate. Jokes aside this place has the best shawarma in Leeds and their food never fails to satisfy my hungry stomach after a night out.

Boss here was mad nice , got my order to a tee and was juts lovely throughout , ugh Ly recommend.

So this comes with an utter disappointment...this was the worst shwarma I have ever eaten in my life. So dry, with no authentic sauce. The meat inside the shwarma is very chewy and the naan bread they used was very cold. I felt like I was chewing some rubber honestly I couldn't finish my swarma and they only have a cash system which I didn't know after food, I again had to run to the atm to withdraw money. The service was very bad. They only deserve 0.

The lamb is not Shawarma it is doner and a very poor quality one as well. You can taste the cheapness of the "meat" Chicken shawarma was nice but there are 3-4 other places in the area that are levels above so I probably won't be back.

I tried meal from them for the first time, it was pathetic, wastage of money, not at all recommended, the burgers are too dry and even the prices are high. I dont mind paying high for tasty food but this one was really awful.

Perfect place after a night out for 3 hungry Chefs, one of the best kebabs I have had. A must visit if you are nearby and hungry.

Bad salad to sauce ratio, the guy but too much hot sauce when I only asked for a bit. The kebab was unedible and too saucy to eat. It was cold and the salad was rubbish. It's only saving grace was the nan bread it was served it.

I had a chicken shawarma wrap that was good. Nothing to write home about and nothing to complain about. However, despite eating inside and despite the takeaway not being busy (there were clearly no other customers or takeaway orders being prepared) I was served stone cold chips. At the very least they could have thrown the half cooked yellow fries back into a fryer to heat and crisp them up
