Llegamos agradable y temprano sin reserva. Nos sentaron y nos dieron menús, incluyendo el menú establecido. El servicio fue muy amable y eficiente. La comida era deliciosa, muy bien presentada. Zizzi es una gran comida a un buen precio. Tener la cocina abierta significa que puedes ver al equipo que trabaja duro. Le da una apreciación real del esfuerzo que se dedica a su comida.

Ordered through Deliveroo, I order from zizi via Deliveroo a lot, However this was my first time ordering from this location. Food took 2 hours and was cold. This I could forgive as I ordered on a Friday night. What I couldn’t forgive was the fact that some of the food was inedible. The chips were uncooked and the garlic bread was a flat undercook piece of dough, nothing like what I have received from other zizi locations. The pizza itself was fine, however it was missing the normal extra touches, such as the basil. The only thing that came as expected was the sweet potato fries. I understand that the restaurant is busy, but if you can’t handle Deliveroo orders, don’t do them.

Lovely family lunch, the team were very accommodating, quick service and delicious food. Thank you to Donna who dealt with our booking and made us feel very welcome. We will be back again, Merry Christmas xx

Tardaron media hora en llegar nuestras bebidas y una hora en llegar los entrantes. Luego nos ofrecieron nuestra alimentación mientras comíamos nuestros entrantes, que rechazamos ya que habrían estado fríos después de comer nuestros entrantes. A pesar de esto, todavía se llevaron a la mesa, así que tuvimos que enviarlos de vuelta, lo que fue un inconveniente. Nuestras tuberías tardaron una hora en llegar después de los entrantes. Ni siquiera nos ofrecieron una disculpa por esto, a pesar de entrar al restaurante a las 7 y no comer nuestra red hasta pasadas las 9. Si el restaurante estaba ocupado yo habría entendido esto, pero fuimos los últimos en ser servidos a pesar de que estábamos allí primero.

Was served by the beautiful Rowan! She was super attentive and fast. The food was great will definitely be back.

Food was brilliant and Rowan served us and was so polite and hard working getting around to us and fellow customers.

Visitamos un domingo por la noche no mucho antes del cierre. Normalmente usaríamos Prezzo, pero estaban cerrados. Pedimos una pizza y un plato de pasta y algunas patatas fritas. La pizza era muy sosa y la pasta bastante insípida. Las bebidas eran caras y en general fue una experiencia muy pobre. La única gracia salvadora fue el camarero que era muy agradable y a pesar de la calidad de la comida sentimos la necesidad de darle propina por el servicio que prestaba.

Came to Zizzi's on a Sunday evening with the kids. Our waiter (Nick) was super friendly and attentive and the food all came quickly and was delicious.

Nice place with friendly staff. What I liked the most was the care taken over allergens. If you have one you are served by a specialist staff member with a full list of potential allergens. They make sure to understand your individual needs. The salmon risotto was well made and the right portion size for me.

Very friendly and the attention applied to food allergies was most welcome! The mushroom risotto was excellent and the cherry refresher mocktail tasted just like you want cherryade to taste but doesn't. Service was swift and efficient.on the whole an excellent light meal ahead of the concert we were going to.

Great service in a timely manner, Nick our waiter and Donna the hostess were great.

The waiter Nick was super friendly and so was Donna the host, slightly empty as it was a Sunday night but food was great and tatsecard gives a great discount.

I had a wonderful experience here, as always. The food is delicious. I had a very small appetite and ordered from the kids menu. The staff are really friendly, inviting and helpful. The restaurant is really clean, the bathroom is modern and clean, it is a lovely atmosphere. They have colouring for the kids and high chairs. They cater for disability access.

We came on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate my sister 25th birthday. Our server was Donna emmit and this woman was amazing. Couldn't of done enough for us.. food was beautiful amd she even brought a brownie and sang happy birthday to my sister. I would highly recommend this place

Perfect for gluten free. I was attended to by Donna, who catered for my dietary requirements professionally and with great care. Service was perfect, I felt safe and confident eating here and will definitely be back. I had the non gluten bolognaise, highly recommended.

Fantastic meal last night with friends at Zizzi’s at The Light. Food was really good, we had a antipasti sharing board to start as there was 3 of us, I would particularly recommend the crispy prosciutto carbonara which I had for my main, whilst my friends had some really tasty looking pizzas! And I couldn’t resist ordering the honeycomb cheesecake to finish which was delicious. Restaurant was busy but service was spot on from Grant who looked after us and was so friendly and attentive! Will definitely be coming back again soon!

Had a really good pan fried seabass with excellent mixed vegetables. husband ate calzone chicken and leeks also enjoyed his. Accompanied by very nice glass of red wine served with a smile 😃 by Donna, thank you.

I recently visited here with friends and we all had different pasta dishes. My lasagne was perfect, very hot and really tasty. We were served by a charming young man Grant who was lovely and chatty and also very informative. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Great service and delicious food

We have eaten here for the first time today, we were looked after by Nick. Nick was an excellent server, cheerful and attentive. He gave us the time to choose our food without any urgency and was attentive. The food was actually surprisingly good for a chain and we will go back to see Nick again.

We were served by Nick, he was super friendly and the service was really quick! Food was gorg, I always come here after a shopping trip or cinema night!

Poor service from the moment we walked in. Had a booking for 5 and we were seated on a table for 4. Took a long time for the order to be taken. That's when things went downhill even more. People coming in after us and getting food and eating before we got our starters. We complained about the sevice and low and behold the starters turned up. Mains Didn't take as long but absolutely appalling service. The staff obviously realized the service was appalling as they gave us 50% off the bill. We will never visit Zizzi again, anywhere.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The starters are lovely and the pasta is sooo fresh!! This was my first time having Italian food in a restaurant and it was an 11/10 for me! I went for a cheeky catch up meal with a friend and the service was lovely!! Zizzi’s is actually beautiful, it’s got the cutest decor that’s perfect for aesthetic pictures! Definitely the best place for a lovely meal out! Special shoutout to Donna and the kind chefs who took care of us - Everyone was always smiling and happy to help! I’ll be back for sure!!

We had a meal with a family of 4 last night. The service was great! My king prawns as a starter and calzone were delicious. The rest of the family enjoyed their food as well. It was a calm and pleasant atmosphere.

The restaurant design looks like late autumn. 🍂 I took carbonara pasta for myself, it was very tasty, but there wasn’t enough meat. My husband took the sticky pig pizza and it was very tasty and aromatic. We will definitely come back here again to eat this delicious pizza. The staff is friendly.
