I would definitely recommend this places.

Very good atmosphere and they accommodated a big group on very short notice. I really enjoyed the Rustic Pizzas. There was great service from Sofia and Sashelle.

This was our first visit and won't be out last. The waiter was friendly and welcoming checking we were happy with the food. Excellent value set menu with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend.

The only decent item on our visit was the drinks tbh, and our server was very professional and attentive, not the one doing drinks and wearing gym shorts 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️….starters came average as calamari was extra fried so was quite crispy, gb w cheese I think only 1 slice actually had cheese on it, to go extreme, my pizza came over cheesy that turned into a soggy pizza that they had to cook twice because the 1st pizza was wrong, my GF had the soup,chicken and pancetta( I mean…Risotto but could find the difference) I don’t think she had any rice grains as the dish was so watery…. Ridiculous are they chefs? 3 tables at the restaurant and they could get 4x dishes right… Not giving this Zizzi any more chances

Lovely restaurant, very clean and everything looks pretty new. Staff were all fantastic especially our waiter who was nothing but friendly and funny, we missed his name however he was an absolute joy and made some lovely cocktails! food was quick and tasty and portions were very generous. I will hopefully have a chance to return in the future! Great value for money, highly recommend.

Absolutamente delicioso. La pasta estaba perfectamente cocida, los sabores eran ricos y frescos, y las porciones eran generosas sin ser abrumadoras. También probamos una de sus pizzas distintivas, y fue fácilmente una de las mejores que hemos probado en mucho tiempo: crujiente, cursi y llena de sabor. Gran ambiente, gran servicio y buena comida. Definitivamente voy a volver!

Every thing about our visit to leeds zizzis was Brill especially our server donna.

We just had an amazing experience here. We were a party of around 14 people, some who have learning or physical disabilities. The staff went above and beyond to make each and everyone one of us feel welcome. They accommodated all of our needs. A special thank you to Jas who was our main server. He was very patient and friendly and an absolute star! They knew we couldn't leave much of a tip for their service but still went an extra miles for us. Extremely satisfied! Will be recommending it to everyone I know.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Zizzi's in The Light at Leeds. We had booked a table for 2. The service was excellent, and very quick. The food was first class, and the staff who served us - Nick and Donna - were helpful and cheerful.

I haven't been to Zizzi for a number of years and I can't believe I left it for so long! We had a 3 course Mother's day menu. We had plenty of choices for the meat eaters and vegetarians! All portions were great sizes and well presented. We felt very relaxed and no need to rush in-between courses. We didn't have to ask for our next course, the staff were on it. The staff are friendly and always there to ask for anything / more drinks etc. The staff really look like they enjoy their job. Donna was so friendly and helpful! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

We enjoyed a 3 course Mother's Day meal. Absolutely faultless! Perfect presentation, generous portions, delicious food what more could you ask for! The staff were so friendly and welcoming especially Donna! Thank you for making it so special. Clean and very efficient restaurant. Highly recommend.

The service was really friendly and fast and the food was delicious. The rainbow lasagne is a fantastic veggie option and I would recommend the garlic bomb! The restaurant was clean and inviting, would definitely come again.

Had the most amazing lunch here on April 2nd, the gentlemen and lady on shift were so so lovely and we witnessed some very challenging customers who were super awkward and they didn’t fail to serve them with patience and a smile, I certainly couldn’t have! Pasta and pizza was amazing lovely seating but the service made it what it was I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you x

Had a lovely meal here with a couple of friends. Nick who looked after us was just great, friendly and attentive, nothing was a problem.

Last Friday, my friends and I dined at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great, especially since we could watch the chefs cooking, which added to the overall experience. After finishing our meal, a server cleared our table, and we continued chatting for about an hour to an hour and a half. Just as we were about to order some drinks, a staff member approached us and asked us to settle the bill and leave because they needed to combine our table with the one next to us to create a larger table. Although they apologized, the situation left a bad impression, especially since the restaurant was only about 70% full. We didn’t understand why our table had to be rearranged when there were still plenty of empty seats. What made this experience even more frustrating was that we had made a reservation, and the restaurant never mentioned a time limit for dining. If they had, we would have been more mindful. Since we had originally planned to order more drinks, being asked to leave felt quite disappointing. In the end, we decided not to stay any longer and just paid the bill. Overall, the food and ambiance were excellent, but the service could use some improvement. If the restaurant has a time limit for tables, they should communicate it clearly to avoid situations like this. Hopefully, this was just a problem with one particular staff member and not a reflection of the restaurant’s overall service policy.

Enjoyed a nice meal. The waiter was very chatty and always at hand if you needed anything. For starter I tried the Crab Aranchini which was tasty and for main course I went for the Calzone. A good choice nice flavours and plenty of filling. It was quiet but not a problem for us. The desert's were really tasty and not too expensive. We used our taste card, definitely worth a visit.

No puedo comentar sobre la comida ya que no llegó a comer. Esperé 40 minutos después de nuestra hora reservada para sentarse a pesar de las mesas vacías evidente. Pareja con reserva después de que nos sirvieron primera y siguiente mesa quejándose de la larga espera para las bebidas. Como teníamos entradas para el espectáculo de Arena decidió en equilibrio poco probable que pudiera comer a tiempo y se fue. Caos.

Mujer corredor de comida fue simplemente grosero, decidió apartarse de nosotros al hacer una pregunta. No tenía ningún condimento ofrecido o en la mesa, tuvimos que levantarnos y encontrar a alguien para conseguir algunos nosotros mismos. Inicialmente las bebidas se compraron en la mesa equivocada. Luego llegamos a la comida. El pesto Rosso era insípido y seco. El cerdo pegajoso no tenía crepitaciones ni llovizna de miel caliente. Los calamares estaban húmedos, todo lo contrario de crujientes. El pan de ajo estaba bueno. Seguimos dando oportunidad tras oportunidad y no estamos seguros de por qué. Al final la camarera grosera arruinó nuestra experiencia. Entendemos que estaba ocupado, pero no hay excusa para una falta básica de modales.

Enjoyed my meal today with my sister. The reason I’m writing this review, however, is due to our waiter whose name I did not catch. He really went above and beyond with his service, my sister felt unwell and he really tried his best to ensure we were as comfortable as possible and had everything we needed. He was a ray of sunshine!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Customer service absolutely fantastic (Jas) went above and beyond any service we have received when dining out.The lunch time menu is such value for money £9.99 per person, such a great choice to choose from, something for everyone. My daughter had garlic bread and pizza, the size of the pizza was unbelievable, myself brushetta and spaghetti bolognaise both so enjoyable. Service was quick, product knowledge excellent and genuine. Wheelchair friendly, no issues at all, l felt very comfortable and was fuss free.Jas even gave me a sample of the beautiful balsamic glaze to take home.l think this would be an affordable, and realistic restaurant for students to visit, after all supermarket prices would cost the same as the lunchtime menu,and taste less enjoyable. Big bonus, no washing up..keep up the good work.

Tested out Zizzi Leeds before a gig at Leeds Arena. Although it was packed with pre gig diners, service was swift and efficient. I found drinks a bit pricey, Peroni 0% £5.30 a bottle and the red wine I was served, did not taste great. My husband had the Lasagne, which was very nice with a beautifully rich neat sauce. I wanted a gluten free choice, but choosing this was not made easy because I was handed an A4 file with differing allergy free dishes on a variety of pages. Why not just give the customer a gluten free menu card. I had the Scicillian Lemon Salmon pasta dish, that was delicious, but the piece of salmon was tiny, hence the 4 stars. Because we had a bare hour, these were the only dishes tried, but I would certainly give Zizzi, Leeds another try.

Came with some friends for a meal, good service and a friendly atmosphere. I am gluten free and found there was a good choice of pizza and pasta on the menu, with most pizzas being able to be made gluten free.

Lovely food, two dairy free options for deserts which is great - you don't usually get that. You could also get three courses for £26 which was great value.

Pedido a través de Deliveroo, pido mucho de zizi vía Deliveroo, sin embargo, esta fue la primera vez que hago un pedido desde este lugar. La comida tomó 2 horas y estaba fría. Esto podría perdonar como ordené un viernes por la noche. Lo que no podía perdonar era el hecho de que parte de la comida no era comestible. Las papas fritas estaban sin cocinar y el pan de ajo era un pedazo de masa plano poco cocido, nada como lo que he recibido de otros lugares de zizi. La pizza en sí estaba bien, sin embargo, le faltaban los toques extra normales, como la albahaca. Lo único que vino como se esperaba era las patatas fritas. Entiendo que el restaurante está ocupado, pero si no puedes manejar los pedidos de Deliveroo, no los hagas.

Great service and perfect for families. Straight after arrival we received pencils and colouring in pictures. Lots of space.

A very good restaurant in the center of town

We had booked a table for Monday 23rd December at 5pm for 8 people (two kids included). We had a show at 7:15 so arrived slightly early and asked if the table was ready. The server said it was and showed us to the table however, the table was set for 4 with two chairs missing. The server was nowhere to be seen and I don’t think even realised there was an issue, so we found two chairs and added them. There were four napkins and sets of cutlery missing. We asked the server if we could have some cutlery and they told us they will bring it when they set the tables and then walked off. When the server took our drinks order I asked for some water for the table which they said was fine. They dropped a bottle of water on the table and didn’t bring any glasses. I waited to see if she bought them in case she forgot but 10 minutes went by so I asked for some. The server then brought over 3 glasses? After some confusion we moved on and ordered our food. After an hour of waiting we asked where our food was as we had to get off to the theatre. They said it would be 10 minutes and that they would get a round of drinks on the house so we said no problem. Another 25 minutes passed before our food came out giving us 10 minutes to eat and get to the theatre. As we left they tried to add a £60 device fee onto the bill which is clearly way over 10% (we had 7 pizzas, one kids meal and one round of drinks). Fair to say a really shit start to our night and we were extremely dissapointed from start to finish. Will never return.

The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. (My only complaint was that I asked for Lager and Lime and I have since found out that I was served Lager and lemonade which was totally incorrect. I should have received a Lager and a measure of LIME cordial. Please would the person responsible for the drinks make a note of this for the future. Many thanks.) Otherwise all was excellent...
