What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Customer service absolutely fantastic (Jas) went above and beyond any service we have received when dining out.The lunch time menu is such value for money £9.99 per person, such a great choice to choose from, something for everyone. My daughter had garlic bread and pizza, the size of the pizza was unbelievable, myself brushetta and spaghetti bolognaise both so enjoyable. Service was quick, product knowledge excellent and genuine. Wheelchair friendly, no issues at all, l felt very comfortable and was fuss free.Jas even gave me a sample of the beautiful balsamic glaze to take home.l think this would be an affordable, and realistic restaurant for students to visit, after all supermarket prices would cost the same as the lunchtime menu,and taste less enjoyable. Big bonus, no washing up..keep up the good work.

Tested out Zizzi Leeds before a gig at Leeds Arena. Although it was packed with pre gig diners, service was swift and efficient. I found drinks a bit pricey, Peroni 0% £5.30 a bottle and the red wine I was served, did not taste great. My husband had the Lasagne, which was very nice with a beautifully rich neat sauce. I wanted a gluten free choice, but choosing this was not made easy because I was handed an A4 file with differing allergy free dishes on a variety of pages. Why not just give the customer a gluten free menu card. I had the Scicillian Lemon Salmon pasta dish, that was delicious, but the piece of salmon was tiny, hence the 4 stars. Because we had a bare hour, these were the only dishes tried, but I would certainly give Zizzi, Leeds another try.

The vibe was very authentic Italian and the food matched that. Good portion sizes and lovely flavours. I would definitely come back again! Sophie was a great server and looked after us well.

Lovely food, two dairy free options for deserts which is great - you don't usually get that. You could also get three courses for £26 which was great value.

Came with some friends for a meal, good service and a friendly atmosphere. I am gluten free and found there was a good choice of pizza and pasta on the menu, with most pizzas being able to be made gluten free.

Llegamos agradable y temprano sin reserva. Nos sentaron y nos dieron menús, incluyendo el menú establecido. El servicio fue muy amable y eficiente. La comida era deliciosa, muy bien presentada. Zizzi es una gran comida a un buen precio. Tener la cocina abierta significa que puedes ver al equipo que trabaja duro. Le da una apreciación real del esfuerzo que se dedica a su comida.

Nick our waiter was great he didn't rush at point and checked we Happy on a number of occasions but not over the top .Can definitely tell Nick as a passion for customer service

Uniformed that this place is cashless

Ordered through Deliveroo, I order from zizi via Deliveroo a lot, However this was my first time ordering from this location. Food took 2 hours and was cold. This I could forgive as I ordered on a Friday night. What I couldn’t forgive was the fact that some of the food was inedible. The chips were uncooked and the garlic bread was a flat undercook piece of dough, nothing like what I have received from other zizi locations. The pizza itself was fine, however it was missing the normal extra touches, such as the basil. The only thing that came as expected was the sweet potato fries. I understand that the restaurant is busy, but if you can’t handle Deliveroo orders, don’t do them.

Great service and perfect for families. Straight after arrival we received pencils and colouring in pictures. Lots of space.

A very good restaurant in the center of town

We had booked a table for Monday 23rd December at 5pm for 8 people (two kids included). We had a show at 7:15 so arrived slightly early and asked if the table was ready. The server said it was and showed us to the table however, the table was set for 4 with two chairs missing. The server was nowhere to be seen and I don’t think even realised there was an issue, so we found two chairs and added them. There were four napkins and sets of cutlery missing. We asked the server if we could have some cutlery and they told us they will bring it when they set the tables and then walked off. When the server took our drinks order I asked for some water for the table which they said was fine. They dropped a bottle of water on the table and didn’t bring any glasses. I waited to see if she bought them in case she forgot but 10 minutes went by so I asked for some. The server then brought over 3 glasses? After some confusion we moved on and ordered our food. After an hour of waiting we asked where our food was as we had to get off to the theatre. They said it would be 10 minutes and that they would get a round of drinks on the house so we said no problem. Another 25 minutes passed before our food came out giving us 10 minutes to eat and get to the theatre. As we left they tried to add a £60 device fee onto the bill which is clearly way over 10% (we had 7 pizzas, one kids meal and one round of drinks). Fair to say a really shit start to our night and we were extremely dissapointed from start to finish. Will never return.

The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful. (My only complaint was that I asked for Lager and Lime and I have since found out that I was served Lager and lemonade which was totally incorrect. I should have received a Lager and a measure of LIME cordial. Please would the person responsible for the drinks make a note of this for the future. Many thanks.) Otherwise all was excellent...

Don’t bother. Booked a Christmas meal here for work, barely anyone in the restaurant so not a busy evening. Food was dry at best, were told that 2 of the preordered desserts they didn’t have which was 6 orders from our group. Changed our orders and reordered other stuff to be told they didn’t have another of the desserts, were told they had enough cheesecake to fulfill the preorders but not the changes, then next minute told they only had one left altogether. Asked for water 4 times and didn’t receive one glass. Absolutely shocking experience would not recommend at all.

Had the most lovely experience at this restaurant in Leeds. Nick was super helpful and friendly and so polite which makes the experience amazing when people make you feel welcome and happy. The pizza itself!! Wow!! It’s been the nicest one I have eaten at any Zizzi’s. Beautifully presented and had all the toppings and nothing burnt like other experiences I have had in other zizzi venues. This is my new to go to place and the atmosphere and the friendly staff make it so worthy while. A big thank you to the staff at this restaurant.

We went on 7th December for our third date had been previously for our 1st date. The food and atmosphere was second to none. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Tardaron media hora en llegar nuestras bebidas y una hora en llegar los entrantes. Luego nos ofrecieron nuestra alimentación mientras comíamos nuestros entrantes, que rechazamos ya que habrían estado fríos después de comer nuestros entrantes. A pesar de esto, todavía se llevaron a la mesa, así que tuvimos que enviarlos de vuelta, lo que fue un inconveniente. Nuestras tuberías tardaron una hora en llegar después de los entrantes. Ni siquiera nos ofrecieron una disculpa por esto, a pesar de entrar al restaurante a las 7 y no comer nuestra red hasta pasadas las 9. Si el restaurante estaba ocupado yo habría entendido esto, pero fuimos los últimos en ser servidos a pesar de que estábamos allí primero.

My first time ordering from this Zizi, my usual location is much better than this one. I received raw chips, a pizza with a short black hair on it and a very disappointing garlic bread. However the sweet potato fries were great. So glad I was able to enjoy 1 of the 4 items I ordered.

We have been a few times as a group of work colleagues but this last time the service was just pretty poor compared to the previous visits the food this time too was below par coming out at different time under cooked for one colleague and another one colleagues started was drenched in balsamic vinegar to the point it couldn't really be eaten. The tomato sauce in my meal looks watered down and unappetizing. Drinks took ages there was zero mention that cash payment were not accepted too. The food is average for the cost of it.. I often visit the Bradford branch with my partner and their food looks completely different to yours and tastes better when the same items it's strange I was also told I couldn't use my zizzi rewards I had a 25% off which had previously been awarded

I'm sure the food is nice but the service is terrible on the doors today the sign said open from 11am but this wasn't the case I looked on Google and it said 11:30 me and my mum came back but the door was shut with a queue outside of 8 people the person opening up still want ready by 11:50 so we all left the chef offered to help and this was refused by the staff member I'm guessing out front by 11:55 we all left very disappointed why advertise a time of you can't make it won't be back Prezzo did a lovely of accomodating us all!!!!

Visitamos un domingo por la noche no mucho antes del cierre. Normalmente usaríamos Prezzo, pero estaban cerrados. Pedimos una pizza y un plato de pasta y algunas patatas fritas. La pizza era muy sosa y la pasta bastante insípida. Las bebidas eran caras y en general fue una experiencia muy pobre. La única gracia salvadora fue el camarero que era muy agradable y a pesar de la calidad de la comida sentimos la necesidad de darle propina por el servicio que prestaba.

Came to Zizzi's on a Sunday evening with the kids. Our waiter (Nick) was super friendly and attentive and the food all came quickly and was delicious.

Food was fantastic and service was best we have had anywhere in a long time. Our server Nick W was an asset to the restaurant. We will definitely return again.

Nice place with friendly staff. What I liked the most was the care taken over allergens. If you have one you are served by a specialist staff member with a full list of potential allergens. They make sure to understand your individual needs. The salmon risotto was well made and the right portion size for me.

Very friendly and the attention applied to food allergies was most welcome! The mushroom risotto was excellent and the cherry refresher mocktail tasted just like you want cherryade to taste but doesn't. Service was swift and efficient.on the whole an excellent light meal ahead of the concert we were going to.
