Hemos estado visitando Bella Italia Leeds durante muchos años y desafortunadamente con el tiempo la calidad de la comida ha disminuido bastante significativamente, lamentablemente la visita de esta noche será nuestra última comida de mala calidad, sin embargo, el servicio era bueno y el vino era encantador, es una pena, pero la comida no es lo suficientemente buena.

Anna is great, everything we come she remembers our kids and is so good with them. We've never had a bad experience in the 14 years we've been going to Bella Italia, it's our 'go to' place with the kids.

Over £100 for 3 pizza's, ribs and chips and 4 drinks, all of which were mediocre at best. Was a first visit and won't be back. Our local Italian is nicer, cheaper and better atmosphere and service.

Found a long hair in the middle of my pasta. Paid and left. Never had this issue at the other restaurants so maybe just this one.

This was the first time at the restaurant and wow was I surprised. Looks great/staff are so friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. One of our party smashed a glass and the staff member cleared it away so quickly and just made a joke about putting it on the bill. The quality of the food is excellent. The place was spotlessly clean as you would expect. I have no complaints at all and I will be back very soon. I have all ready recommended the restaurant to my two sons. Good job guys.

Visited for our son’s 15th birthday because it’s his favourite restaurant. Always great food, warming atmosphere and friendly service. Can’t beat it for a family meal.

I visited last night with my husband (no booking) & we were seated straight away. The food was great, fast to be cooked and super tasty. Portion sizing was good too. Our server Mel was lovely and very friendly. The restaurant had a warm cosy vibe (especially as we had been out walking in the rain) making it easy to relax and enjoy our food. The pricing is very reasonable too especially for the quality of the food. I would definitely visit again in the future 👌🏻

Popped in for some food for my Grandma's 80th. All the staff were super accomadating and friendly, The food was spot on and arrived quickly, atmosphere was top notch, and all this while the place was rammed without a free table in sight! Genuinely some of the best service I've ever recieved. 🙌

La comida aquí es excelente y abundante Su Carbonara de Navidad Festiva con brotes y cerdos en mantas bien vale la pena tener. Si usted tiene la aplicación entonces buenas ofertas se abren a usted, lo que le asegura obtener algunas grandes ofertas. El personal es siempre amable y accesible y eficiente, sin embargo, no me parece ver ningún personal italiano en estos días, mientras que hicimos antes de covid!

Qué gran experiencia A veces es bastante difícil encontrar un restaurante que atienda a personas alérgicas , o bien es un caso de que puedes tener lo que hay en el menú que no tiene gluten o podrías obtener un par de comidas sin gluten para elegir, así que qué cambio refrescante ir a algún lugar donde una porción masiva del menú se pueda atender para tu alergia específica y no te sientas como una molestia . Gran opción en oferta , todo el personal parecía muy bien informado y la comida era realmente delicioso . El personal era muy amable y el ambiente era encantador, sin duda volveremos. Bien hecho Bella Italia , otro restaurante debe tomar nota !

Came across this restaurant on a day trip, 5 ladies from the north east, lovely warm welcome from the staff, food and drinks excellent, hot and tasty, value for money 2 course special menu we had.

We were really looked after by Mel during our meal, very quick service and the food was delicious. We will be back. Thankyou to all the staff

La mesa en la que me senté para empezar era literalmente ideal para la decoración que se observa y mi Italia Snow Ball era un clásico - cremoso, delicioso, cosa cólica que adoraba. El cóctel era de ocho libras cincuenta - valor para todo monetariamente. El jugo de arándano era helado&pungent&re fresco. ¡La bola de masa de ajo fue una cosa que me dejó decir! La salsa y los bocados estaban llenos de credenciales. Ciabatta de ajo estaba lleno de masticabilidad / crujiente / masticabilidad que me encantó. Goat Cheesiness era oo la la!

Very busy Saturday evening but served very quickly and efficiently by Gaia, who was delightful. The food was very good but the evening was made special by the service. Great!

Great food and excellent service

The food was average, nothing special and brownie is a bit bland. Richard, one of the server is not welcoming. I booked a table and upon arriving, he wants to put us on a corner seat. However, my husband ask for a bigger seat and we were told we can only have a single table just for two. People arrived after us and they were given bigger tables though they are company of two as well. Very disappointing! Won’t comeback and will not recommend to our friends.

Waitress was incredible. Very bubbly, friendly and informative. First visit to Bella Italia and it won’t be my last. Waitress name was Kayleigh, she deserves a raise.

I recently had an amazing experience at Bella Italia, thanks to Kayleigh! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. She was attentive, friendly, and had such a warm, positive energy that really made the dining experience special. Kayleigh recommended some delicious dishes and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and she truly made our visit memorable. We had a fantastic meal for a large party. All food was delicious, our waiter was patient and attentive and food came out within a reasonable time and was devoured by everyone!

Went in for a date night, staff were friendly and polite. Took allergens seriously, and explained how to find more info. Ordering was swift and was quick to arrive even though busy. Food was amazing, absolutely amazing. Only thing that could have been better was payment, took a tad too long. Waiter to had to take my phone to there terminals to process my Tastecard - should be brought to table etc. Otherwise, cannot fault it.

I would just like to put this review to express how good of an experience this has been. The service was impeccable. While it was a weekday so wasn't as particularly busy, it meant the FoH and our waiter, Craig, was so eager to make our meal as good as it was after we mentioned it was my partners birthday. As a managers courtesy, they even offered my partner some prosseco. There was no reservation, and to have this service and good food at the end of the day really made mine and our partners evening. Would highly recommend. (Especially the dough balls!)

My wife and I both ordered the two-course set menu. The set menu was reasonably priced and definitely worth trying. All the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. The meatballs were flavorful, especially with the tomato sauce. The pizza crust was light and crispy, and even finishing a whole pizza on your own didn’t feel too heavy. The pasta paired perfectly with the cheese. We will definitely come back again.

I want to Bella Italia for a dinner with my children to enjoy the Italian taste, but there was not nothing to make you feel like Italy. Tipical English athmosfere. As starter I ordered bruscheta. Mamma mia, it was not a bruscheta, only bread with chooped tomatoes. Scandal! Anyway, I ordered Lasagna, but it was not Lasagna. It was just cream of tomatoes souce and beshamel, mixed up together, just 2 pieces of Lasagna pastrey. So, very bad food quality. I, better buy a Lasanga at Lidl and bake it home and it is veryyyy delicious and authentic italian food, not at all like Bella Italia Lasagna. I will never go back there and I don't recomand as a good restorant in the centre of Leedd and I will tell to everybody I know to not waste the money on this place. The staff was not that friendly, he was pushing me to order immediately without having a look at the menu first. Before to cook the italian dishes, please be sure that the chef knoes the italian cousine and coulture, be sure that the chef have tasted befire the italian fabulous cousine. Thank you!

Como entrada pedí bruscheta. Mamá mía, no era una bruscheta, solo pan con tomates picados. ¡Escándalo! De todos modos, pedí Lasaña, pero no fue Lasaña. Era solo crema de tomate, souce y beshamel, mezclados entre sí, solo 2 piezas de pastel de lasaña. Muy mala calidad de la comida. Yo, mejor compro una Lasanga en Lidl y la cocino en casa y es muyyyy deliciosa y auténtica comida italiana, en absoluto como Bella Italia Lasaña. Nunca volveré allí y no recomiendo como buen restaurador en el centro de Leeds y le diré a todos los que conozco que no malgasten el dinero en este lugar. El personal no era tan amable, me estaba empujando a ordenar inmediatamente sin tener que mirar el menú primero. Oh my goodness! The three course set menu was absolutely delicious. We had dough balls, Chicken Milanese and tiramisu. We are overly impressed with the quality of the food, wine and staff! Bella Italia Leeds is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal!

We unexpectedly dropped in without a booking and were greeted by Kaley, the manager, and one of the servers working the evening. While ordering and eating, everyone was beyond accommodating, incredibly polite, and well informed about their food, and the overall dining experience was lovely. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

I work as lead chaperone looking after children performing for an opera production taking place at Leeds Grand Theatre. As a treat for the kids during the long rehearsal days we took them to Bella Italia for food! Everything was fab, the staff was super friendly, allergies and intolerances were dealt with perfectly, the food came out promptly, and the kids absolutely loved it. Many thanks to those who looked after us while we were there!

I think I had the greatest experience here today I was with my fellow colleagues celebrating and received kind service from mel and Gaia and they offered shots for free which was a kind gesture I would recommend this restaurant to everyone

This is my favourite branch of Bella. The food is as good as you would expect (rigatoni followed by affogato today). What raises this Bella above others for me is the particularly excellent staff. My server this evening (Kayleigh) was absolutely terrific and she is most definitely an asset to this branch.
