Always been nice pizzas from here, fresh ingredients. They aren't the cheapest though, and charge bit too much for delivery when I'm only 2 miles away. Nice food though. Be aware the foreign driver who delivered said he had a pound less only for change....... Hence them picking a £ for themselfs. Nice food shame bout driver not giving full change.

Me and my boyfriend ordered food. We always order from here but today was different. The delivery driver was extremely rude on arrival, telling us off because of the name of our house??? The food had not been served as asked, I put a specific note on & they did not comply. It’s a good job it wasn’t a note about an allergy or let’s just say it could have been a lot worse seems as they didn’t bother to look at it. They forgot our 2 cans of pop, bare in mind these are £1.80 each when you can get the same thing for 65p in the shop. Order was also delayed/late. The only good thing about today’s food was the kebab meat and the girl who was on the phone, whom none of this review applies to and was extremely apologetic and polite. Personally I think she should find a better place to work as I am APPALLED at this service. I have worked in takeaways myself and have never once made as many mistakes as Bella Pizzeria did in this one order. 2/10, 1 point for the kebab and 1 for the lady on the phone. Please bare in mind we are extremely loyal customers, orders every/most weekends, and this takeaway has officially lost our loyalty. Disgraced, Dissatisfied, but more importantly, Disappointed.

Ordered from here for the first time last night having recently moved to the area. The pizzas were delicious - hot, fresh and delivered really quickly. A bit pricier than the takeaway we usually use but the pizzas are really nice. Will definitely be ordering again.

Amazing! I’m very picky about food/takeaways but this pizza was so nice. It tasted fresh and wasn’t greasy one bit. They were very accommodating and even read the note I left when I ordered. Will definitely be ordering more often from here.

Absolutely disgusting customer service paid via card over the phone as was told couldn’t pay cash on delivery like all other takeaways. The order took 1 hour 30 mins called to find out where it was and was told if it came cold it would go back… it came cold sent back with driver called up requested refund or fresh food sent manager made a complete refusal and hung up the phone. I have never known a business speak to customers or treat them like this absolutely disgusting. My husband has had to go down and demand a refund and has been made to wait for the driver to return with the food. Avoid !!

Food was hot arrival, delivery driver was pleasant, food was full of flavour and really tasty at a decent price. Even sent me a mini garlic bread on the house.Never had an issue with these guys. Would recommend :))

Why is there only two reviews for this place! This place was recommended to me by my sister. I took her word for it and I’m so glad I did. £13 for a kebab, curly fries and Dr Pepper…. With the current cost of living crisis I wasn’t expecting it to be so large. I don’t understand how they make profit to be honest. It could have fed a small family it was absolutely massive - and very delicious. Kebab meat was very tasty and chips were perfectly cooked also. Top quality food. This is the best takeaway I’ve had in a very long time. Majority of places seem to be going downhill and not caring serving cold and poor quality food, not this place. I am a good 10 min drive away from the restaurant and it was piping hot when it arrived. Don’t normally write reviews, but this place deserves the 5* review. Well done for keeping a high standard which can be hard to find in the area. Highly recommended. Will order again for sure when I’m in the area (unfortunately is not very often but I will definitely be adding this place to my list of priorities when I am)!

Ordered on Uber eats, delivery was late - when phoning the takeaway we were told that the food was just being passed to the driver. Around 7 minutes drive down the road and the food was clap cold! The chips had clearly been microwaved and were chewy and rubbery. The pizza, clearly a pre made pizza base with a bit of puree and cheese put on top. Not nice in the slightest and will not be ordering again

After being a long time customer with this establishment I am extremely disappointed with the companies customer service. After using their own app to place an order I was charged but received no food. After calling the restaurant I was told that they had not received an order from me. I explained that I had made a payment and was willing to show proof of payment. I was told to contact a customer service number with the issue. No food and money taken from my account with no help from the restaurant left me disappointed. I will not continue as a long time and regular customer due to this.

Was ok delivered early not very tasty only ate half of the meal as did not enjoy at all. Last few meals have been lacking flavour just not worth money. Could not eat salad due to then using iceberg lettuce.

Very disappointing. Been using for years but last 4 times the order has been short or not hot enough, and the pizzas seem to be smaller every order. Wont be using again. The move to the larger premises has effected the service.

Came here tonight for the first time and have to say the impressions are good. Friendly smile from the lady on the counter. Great big clean kitchen, aroma from outside and the food packaging is brilliant. Got home a few miles away, and noticed straight away my stuffed crust pizza is home made and not bought in which I appreciate very much. Nachos on a pizza was a first for me, and was still crunchy when I got home. Great taste from the bolagnaise. JD burger was brilliant!! And for the price... Think I've found myself a new burger place to come!! Juicy burger, lots of salad and crispy fries... If anything... I wouldn't mind a slight soggy chips...But I also understand you don't want the customer to get soggy fries and this is my own preference. Chicken parmesan was great value and huge!!! Love that the components all came seperate and I could out it together on the plate myself. Overall great new take away a little distance from myself. Highly recommend...Specially the burger... If you can go in, go in to to order!

Ordered our take away from here tonight and it is the best take away we have ever had, the pizza was lovely no grease and the pasta was amazing the sauce was beautiful, we will be ordering from here often! We loved it, thank you! Would highly reccomend, delivery was so fast too and we don’t live close by! Thank you once again!

The last six orders I have placed 5 of them when delivered had mistakes, ranging from the wrong dish delivered, no naan when ordered, wrong drink when ordered the list goes on! This order I asked for a mixed kebab with naan bread. I asked for the order to be read back so there wouldn't be a mistake and yet when it was delivered another mistake!!! What gets my goat is the mistake gets redelivered with a smile and no apology, which prompted my first ever negative review on google. Shocking service, avoid if you want to receive the dish your ordered.

Ordered this evening at 10:20pm... got a message saying that I was on its way but it never turned up. It was due at 11:05 and still nothing, the takeaway is now apparently closed and have tried calling several times but no answer.... £30 wasted for nothing! Cheers guys.

Absolutely shocking how they justify their prices now...when I pay £20 for 2 burgers I’d expect the food to be warm when it’s travelled the 2.5 miles from the shop. I also expect to get what I actually ordered too!

Extremely slow delivery, second to last time food was cold, last time food was hot but only because they previous time it was cold this time ordered at 7.15, by 8.10 they was only just cooking apparently extremely busy on a Monday, hinesrky don't believe that, real shame because it's nice food you just don't wait till your hungry to order by the time it comes hungers passed

I ordered a Calzone, kebab and chips which qualifys me to get s free garlic bread. No garlic bread, wrong pizza and no chips! I rang to tell them and he just said they were closing now so basically sod off! Not happy. Still took the money though, no refund! Don't bother with this place.

Ordered from here on Uber Eats. Our order would have been around £30 but was around £15 as I had 50% off. Out food arrived late, both pizzas we ordered were burnt and very tasteless. Very little topping. The base was hard and like cardboard. Very disappointed with it. Wasn't worth £15, never mind £30. Will NOT use again. Ever.

Just ordered. Amazing food. Burgers were juicy and not oily. My husband said the apple pie was amazing. Kids meals are big, which is good. All round amazing. Definetely ordering again.

The food they got right was nice, but, my partner ordered sauce with his kebab and that didn't come, I paid extra for stuff crust and ended up with just a thin pizza. Slightly dissaponted that they just blatantly ignored the extras. Probably won't order from here again due to incompetency.

This place really is a disappointment. Ordered from here a couple of times, first few times it was alright had no problem but now they have gone down hill. Ordered tonight and the delivery guy was rude and shoved bag into hand then walked off. Then they missed a few things off the order - missed dips, 2 cheesy fries and didn’t even put grilled hollumi on the burger! Rang them up and second order came but yet again stuff was still missing! Forgot dips and the cheesy fries! Not happy with the service at all! Ordered a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream and it’s just ice and mush so being stored in a really cold freezer! Defiantly not ordering from here again - ruined the night and ruined their reputation!

Honestly a horrible takeaway. When the place first opened it was fantastic became my favourite place instantly but haven’t ordered since as I’ve been living further away. Tonight I ordered a small amount of food to be delivered and it still hasn’t arrived even though it has been 2 hours. I have worked in REAL restaurants and the food hasn’t taken this long at rush hour I don’t know how they can call themselves a fast food establishment. Also disgusting customer service from the person answering the calls

For a independent retailer producing a great menu with variety of options for every one, is just amazing, the freshness of food and the service is just fantastic . I recommend the Berlin kebab, and a typical italian dish Saltimbocca.

First time we have ordered as we fancied a change from the places we normally order. Delivery time was fine but the Pizza, chips and garlic bread where cold. However the burger was nice and the Kebab was average. It was more expensive than our regular places by about £3, we Also got 50p charge for booking it on their own app.

Terrible, ordered a ham and pineapple pizza it came with no ham or pineppine, get better from Asda.....

Mixed platter for 2 at 6 pound consisted of 2 onion rings, 2 potato skins with no potato and 15 pieces of dry popcorn chicken!! The new Orleans calzone priced at 7 pound looked like a small omelette.. Over priced for what you receive. Do not recommend

We loved this place at first. Had orders regularly. One weekend we ordered stuff and it didn’t turn up for over an hour so we called and the guy said the delivery man had been at our door/ calling us and hadn’t got an answer. We paid and used the app every time so all the details were correct. We asked him to come back which he did and my partner found him Knocking on the wrong door again and when he asked to see the number he’d been calling it wasn’t even ours. The food was frozen so I called back and spoke to the manager. At first he said he would resend the order but I said I could warm it and he offered £7 off next time. After a bit of debate he agreed to £11 back from an order of £22. He did however call us liars and say that we hadn’t answered the door which I explained wasn’t true. Why would we do that if we paid? Anyway, tonight we’ve rang back (like he said we should and not use the app) to at first be told it wasn’t in credit. After a bit of agruing he finally said oh yes 50% off this order. I said no, that’s not what u agreed. You said clear as day £11. This went on for some time before I gave up. I don’t care about the money but we were loyal customers and to be called liars twice is ridiculous. He was rude and had no customer services or people skills. Good luck. Wouldn’t eat here again if you paid me.

Good value for money and the delivery man went above and beyond when it was bad snow. He parked at bottom of hill and walked up to deliver. I hope the owners appreciate his efforts.

Zero Stars for this take away but unfortunately it would not allow me to post without clicking on one! After ordering just half a dozen times, we have had only one order arrive correctly! Ordering just two main meals and a drink is not rocket science even at busiest times? Manager very unprofessional and unhelpful in trying to solve the on going mistakes! Last chance this evening when main meal misssing again! Returned the food and will never order again.

After travelling all over Cas to find a shop that served mixed kebab with chips, we settled here! Shan't be going again. I had mixed kebab, hubby had chicken kebab. £11.80 The menu says fries included. After asking if they where actually included, we where assured they where. Well we didn't get any. The rest was cold. Chicken could have done with a bit more cooking too. I would recommend they get a sharp knife to cut into the pitta bread in future, not just tear into them. Fancy new premises that are being paid for by too high prices. Wouldn't mind so much if the meal had been any good.

Just seen one of the staff members from this place kick a woman's car, who works in the hairdressers next door, because she asked him to wait 2 minutes while she cut someone's hair before she could move it. No idea what the food is like but I won't ever be giving them my money.

Ordered 2 cheese burgers without salad as i cant eat them . Went and picked them and came home to find both burgers and chips cold and salad on . I rang up imediatley to explain that there had been a mistake only to made out to be liars and hung up on when i didnt raise my voice once. I think the manager needs to be more proffesional in his job . The food is nice but the way iv just bin treated is disgusting and bella pizza will never get any of mine of my familys buisness again . I am going to notify all the 1400 people on my facebook on how iv bin treated and hope they avoid this shop
