Loving the BOGOF offer on SFC. We've just had the family bucket x 2 and it was so super fresh & delicious 😋. The chicken burgers are spot on too.

The wrap and burger was lovely, but the chips were stale and freezing and with the wrap we barely got any compared to normal. Not sure if it was close to closing. Doesn’t put me off as order from here all the time and this is the first order we’ve had that hasn’t been to upto standard.

terrible service. food arrived 2 hours late with little apology and freezing cold despite the kitchen being based 20 minutes away. driver called kitchen spoken in own language ( understanble to myself ) I was told ro cancel order for a refund. JE t&c state if its cancelled a vendor can "charge" upto the full amount. complaint raised instead.

food was cold, the naan was hard all on the outside and some of the meat, the fudge cake that I paid £4 for was a disgrace not what I'd advertised the piece was tiny. if I hadn't of had 25% code to use it would have cost me nearly £50 and was not worth that or the £30+ pounds I paid.

Food overall wasnt bad but my main thing is the buy one get one free on the chicken because I got a box of 3 chicken pieces and 3 spicy wings (no real spice)so I was expecting the same again in chicken but nothing so where was the buy 1 get 1 free?

Terrible. Bland. When you give no option to add sauce or salad to the kebab meal deal you would expect it to automatically come with it but this did not. Would do better to put as much effort into the food as the packaging, worst takeaway I have had in a long time unfortunately, greasy and tasteless.

the driver could not find the address, he had to ask a lady on the street where the holiday park was and then I had to wait outside on the holiday park road just to make sure he found us. the food was luke warm to cold at best and we have had to leave half of it as it went stone cold almost immediately. they should not offer delivery to this area if they cannot deliver in the time frame given.

Jesus christ! How on earth can a takeaway get away with charging prices like these guys. Ordered once the food was very average really greasy, But the prices 😡 check out some would definitely go elsewhere if I was reading this

I have been getting food from here for the last 12 months on and off and can honestly say its one of the best in the area. Good food, fast delivery and as far as the price goes tell me somewhere that is cheap nowadays. Thank you Tokies and please keep up the good work 👏

Food was that cold it had to be thawed out. why on earth is this takeaway even able to deliver to a different county, be warned if your not near pontefract don’t order was surprised they even delivered it that far. delivery driver was pleasant and food was alright after been recooked but this establishment shouldn’t be able to have a radius that wide and try and provide a hot food service IMPOSSIBLE

Sorry I cannot review the food as I haven't ordered however what I can review is the drivers. I have just nearly come off my motorbike becuase of the driver of the black Toyota yaris, I had just joined the road and he drove straight off the curb without even looking, I wouldn't mind but I had just got inline with the rear of the vehicle so should have seen me, I stopped less than 1 ft from his car and what did he do .... smiled and waved, the bloke behind me wasn't impressed either he was screaming something at the guy. Listen I know parking in that area isn't great and you do take over the road but if your going to park all 4 wheels on the footpath please double check before driving straight onto the road especially right next to a junction, I hope the owner saw it happen tbh. Please look twice for bikes, if you can't see a big white motorbike with lights on and a rider with a bright white helmet that sits higher than your car how the hell would you see a small child crossing the road or on a pushbike, please pay attention before you kill someone.

The food was such a small portion, I was over charged! I got charged £5.75 for delivery which is disgusting and I didn’t get told/ warned about other wise i obviously wouldn’t have gone through with the order! They are refusing a refund as I didn’t send the food back! It was my sister who answered the door and paid and I had eaten the food before she’d told me the price it’s embarrassing. The customer service is an absolute joke. I wouldn’t waste your time ordering from here.

The large Shawarma and chip used to be really nice. I don’t know if Tokies has changed hands because what I got last night was disgusting. It also cost me over £20 for a kabab and some cheesy chips. Absolutely dreadful.

We order from the same place every time, however our normal place was shut so we thought we’d try here. It was just as nice as our usual. Will be ordering again from here it was delicious. Came very quickly, and very hot.

60 pounds for 2 regular pizzas , kabab meat n chips , 2 cheese chips , and a chicken burger. Top wack prices for a takeaway and it was flat cold . Complete waste of money.

Ordered from here regular as used to be a decent takeaway. Each of the 3 times I’ve ordered lately the food it has been worse every time. The amount of grease dripping from a burger and a tray of donner meat was unbelievable. It seeped through tray, foil and their own packaging into a puddle in the bag. I’ve had to phone every-time about the milkshakes as they have started coming like water because they’ve been sat so long they’ve melted. They were thicker in the summer. It’s really gone downhill and tonight was the last time I will be ordering from here as it’s a waste of £30 a time.

Food is cold or luke warm not the best for a takeaway, I asked for chip spice on my chips and when I called the shop to tell them that once again my order is wrong after a few seconds they hung up no explanation no nothing, very poor customer service

Food quality was excellent as usual, and even though the delivery was slightly late, I had an updated time without asking for one and the delivery driver was extremely apologetic.

I called the shop to cancel my order (two 11inch pizzas) as it had been fifty minutes, meanwhile the order was still being prepared. They claimed on the phone that it was on its way and that the driver had left the shop ten minutes prior to my call. Twenty minutes later it arrived, with no update that it was on its way through the order tracking. I’m disappointed, the order arrived cold so it wasn’t eaten after waiting an hour and a half.

Over 2 hours to deliver. Told 30 mins prior it was on its way (live 8 minutes away). Had to call twice after that. Chips were sweaty, chicken tasteless and inedible. No refund offered as they ‘didn’t know how to do it’

I have never but 3 stars before,It has always been 5 Reason being... the mixed kebab had hard pieces of chicken cut into tiny strips and had to be left on the plate! Won't be buying this again... but will stick to kebab meat only which has always been very satisfactory.

Part of our order was missing. They did bring it after our meal which was pointless ...but I had paid for it ....the chips were luke warm too. Have to say the burger was that big I couldn't eat it all.

Fantastic value for money chicken shawarma kebab, would easily feed two people, like an idiot we ordered two, bonus being we still have a full one left for tomorrow !! Very clean shop with very friendly staff.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a “Shawarma” 3 years ago which wasn’t a shawarma and gave us food poisoning. And since then has been sending unwanted text messages without my permission. Never asked for permission to opt in. I have spoken to them so many times over the years and every time I speak to them the staff are so rude their response is “ go speak to the owner not my problem” and hangs up on you. The man who comes to the phone when you ask for the manager has been so rude and hostile every time I have tried to explain what they are doing is illegal. Never gives you the name. If you ask for his name he starts mouthing you off saying he will not give his name to some stranger. Even though the staff keep saying speak to the owner, the manager, refuses to give you contact details/ email address to complain to the owner. I have once physically gone to the shop although we don’t even live here anymore to make it stop, the owner ( who was friendlier than the “manager”) assured it will be stopped. But it hasn’t. I wonder if the owner is even aware about the hostile way his staff talk to the customers. About two days ago they have added an out out option - even though you opt out using the unsubscribe button they still send you messages. We have spoken to the Information Commissioner’s Office. They will issue fine them if they carry on like this. If you don’t want to be harassed with unwanted messages from this company send them a letter and report it to the government of their utter disregard for rules

Delish 😋 I’m a fair distance away but all food was tin foiled and then wrapped in tokies paper so was still hot. Delivery driver was really nice too. Will definitely order from here again.
