I am a little upset that I have spent so much money on my last 3 orders and not received any stamps for them, the shop clearly states it's a stamp order.

Excellent pizza, great service and always a friendly welcome.

Food was late and cold. Was told it was delivered when it wasn’t and was 30 mins late.

Called in for a large kebab. Charged more than the advertised price and it was very small.

Poor food was cold, very disappointed. wont be ordering again.

Delivery driver who delivered order was rude and didn't even apologise for order been late

Order from here every week the donner pizza is absolutely gorgeous and the milkshakes definitely one of the best. Keep it up guys :)

Absolutely shocking chicken burger never will I order again

Kebabs had no flavour or spice at all, and the burger was way too greasy.

this is the last time I order. there were no vegetables and sauces. high prices, thank you

Once the food had got to my house it was slightly lare and food had gone cold

probably the worst kebab I've ever had. and it cost £16! soggy inedible naan bread. a meagre salad slopped on top which had gone grey due to the heat. a pathetic excuse for a chili sauce absolutely covered everything. meat and chips were both cold and had to be eaten. I had to throw away the top of the naan and salad. delivery was as advertised. partner enjoyed her donner meat and chips.

Foid was red hot tasted beutiful and the milkshake was devine

Ordered first time this eve . £10.64 for 6 little pieces of chicken and less than 20 cold chips . I have never seen such small.portions in all my life .

Pure greasy sharwarma meant to be xl more like a medium. The children's donner and chips was swimming in grease. I would not even give it to my dog. Chilli sauce isn't even Chilli .Ferrero cake was a chocolate cake with half a Ferrero on it! Our order was £29 for 4 items with 40% off very over priced, fuming and discussed with what was sent out! Only good thing was chocolate fudge cake and custard and food was hot 1⭐️

The order arrived around the estimated time however The pizza and chips were cold and we had to reheat them. These tasted fine the chicken kebab seemed like it had just come out of a microwave. The salad was steaming and terrible. Normally the food is spot on from here.

Delivery was super fast however the pizza was a bit too greasy for me, but it was a decent temperature.

For the price it was really good! And to say it came from Pontefract to Barnsley, and was still hotter than most takeaways nearer is outstanding!

food did come earlier than stated but was cold which i found odd how can food come earlier than expected but be cold, not one to complain did try and ring the shop multiple times there was no answer so unfortunately had to request a refund.

The xl kebab had no taste to it and was barely any meet. Chips were soggy pizza was ok i suppose. Nothing to rave about. Wish i had listened to the other reviews before ordering :-( overall, overpriced tastless food 😒

Really standard and tasteless. Don’t pay for the XL donner meat, it isn’t XL. It came squished in a polystyrene box- extremely greasy. Spent quite a bit of money here, but not so happy with the quality. It’s a no from me.

What’s with the small portion sizes! Wow £5.50 nearly for about 8 wedges small tray which plenty of room for more in, you get a large tray elsewhere for £3.50, pizzas were ok but it is starting to get a little expensive you can’t have a 40% off offer on and then increase prices to make the offer balance out…

Made a call to order food they picked the phone up and all I got was hello yes 😳 like they was answering a personal call what do you want disgusting customer service

Deal - buy 1 get 2 free - i think they forgot add 1 free. 9.5pound for 6 nuggets...

There was a tiny bit of salad which was underneath the kebab and was soggy and warm. No chilli sauce or yogurt came with it naan bread was hard won’t order again

Never misses - absolutely amazing food

Disappointment would be putting it politely. It was overall inedible and flat cold meaning I was forced to reheat it. Taking away from the convenience of ordering a takeaway in the first place. As well as that being over priced was the cherry on top. Will definitely not be ordering anything from here again. Bright side the dogs enjoyed it.

Was on early but part was cold chicken tikka kebab look like it was chucked in I couldn’t lift its out as the bread was so soggy and the paper was stuck to it and it was all in ripped bits was eating paper salad was soggy and brown first order too

My order was cold with soggy chips

Just had a tokies delivery ... what's happened to this place.....got a mixed nan kebab and a peri burger....... there burgers were worth paying a bit more for because they were special and gorgeous..this was flat and below standard..the nan kebab wasn't actually a nan like it was ....more like a large pita....filling wasn't as full and quite tastless.....£3 on top to deliver, less than 2miles away,...tokies to Nevison ... you've definitely lost a customer here.....

Didn’t label which burger was which, because i ordered a vegetarian burger and we couldn’t tell which one was the vegetarian burger.

It was my first time here, and I walked in to the smell of waffles! I had one while waiting for our food, and it was delicious. We ordered a mix of food—burger, kebab, and pizza—all tasty and reasonably priced. The place looks clean, fresh, and new. Definitely worth a visit!!

Donner Meat with chilla sauce - it never lets me down

Just orders a family sfc box....The amount was more then expected big portions, chicken was spot on. An rest was spot on bargain for £18.50... Puts KFC to shame... 100% recommended

Loving the BOGOF offer on SFC. We've just had the family bucket x 2 and it was so super fresh & delicious 😋. The chicken burgers are spot on too.

Garlic bread was solid, couldn't even cut through it.

So we had a late order. Came home hungry and decided just eat was the answer. Placed the order on the app. Got a call to confirm a request (instead of just guessing) and what seemed like minutes later was a knock on the door. Packaging was smart and perfectly presented. I had the Donna pizza. Superb. Topping stayed on the slices. The crust was perfectly cooked to a thin crust and toppings were placed appropriately rather than piled on. Son says second best burger he’s had (his mum came first).

Ive ordered from here many times but i will never order a kebab again. Awful, food was cold and tasted horrible. 2 kebabs and nachos completely smothered with sweet chilli sauce. Kebabs should be chilli, not sweet chilli and absolutely smothered

The wrap and burger was lovely, but the chips were stale and freezing and with the wrap we barely got any compared to normal. Not sure if it was close to closing. Doesn’t put me off as order from here all the time and this is the first order we’ve had that hasn’t been to upto standard.

terrible service. food arrived 2 hours late with little apology and freezing cold despite the kitchen being based 20 minutes away. driver called kitchen spoken in own language ( understanble to myself ) I was told ro cancel order for a refund. JE t&c state if its cancelled a vendor can "charge" upto the full amount. complaint raised instead.

food was cold, the naan was hard all on the outside and some of the meat, the fudge cake that I paid £4 for was a disgrace not what I'd advertised the piece was tiny. if I hadn't of had 25% code to use it would have cost me nearly £50 and was not worth that or the £30+ pounds I paid.

Food overall wasnt bad but my main thing is the buy one get one free on the chicken because I got a box of 3 chicken pieces and 3 spicy wings (no real spice)so I was expecting the same again in chicken but nothing so where was the buy 1 get 1 free?

Terrible. Bland. When you give no option to add sauce or salad to the kebab meal deal you would expect it to automatically come with it but this did not. Would do better to put as much effort into the food as the packaging, worst takeaway I have had in a long time unfortunately, greasy and tasteless.

the driver could not find the address, he had to ask a lady on the street where the holiday park was and then I had to wait outside on the holiday park road just to make sure he found us. the food was luke warm to cold at best and we have had to leave half of it as it went stone cold almost immediately. they should not offer delivery to this area if they cannot deliver in the time frame given.

Jesus christ! How on earth can a takeaway get away with charging prices like these guys. Ordered once the food was very average really greasy, But the prices 😡 check out some would definitely go elsewhere if I was reading this
