Best pizza in the Isle. Always try and find an excuse to get food from here.

Pizzas took nearly 2 hours to arrive. My wife rang to see where they were after an hour and a half and the lad on the phone was exceptionally rude to her. Literally couldn’t care less when she was just asking where the food was. Pizzas were good, but service was bloody awful! We’ll be ordering elsewhere next time.

Fantastic pizza. It was my first time to order pizza from Benny's but definitely it last.

It was my time pizza from this place. I have very little hope for pizza ( and takeaway pizzas) in England. Normally it's very disappointing experience so I leaned to have my expectations low. To my surprise the lady on the phone was absolutely lovely. I didn't have to wait long time to collect my order ( less than 15 minutes) and I was so happy with my pizza. Tomato sauce was great, the dough was good and I soo enjoyed it. Next time when I'm around I'm getting pizza from there. Also fries with the chip spice were delicious!

Ordered from Bennys often but recently the service has been extremely poor. Who ever is taking orders needs some retraining, taking them wrong and calling back, calling when I haven’t placed one, and promise of a call back because line was down which was never received. Too many times I’ve been let down so won’t be using again.

If you collect you will have good food, If you get it delivered it will be late and very cold. Unless you are collecting I wouldn't bother

Absolutely rubbish now it's changed owners. Food is always delayed, items missing but still charged for them. Worst takeaway on the Isle.

Order was wrong and then when we got it eventually the chips was soggy, keabab was burnt, calzone was cold and all of it was disgusting, I’ll not be ordering again from you

The food is always great from here, the staff are lovely too. Great service would definitely recommend. They once sent us chicken burgers instead of beef and apologised, they offered us new burgers or free ones when we next ordered. No issue at all just a simple mistake. The food is always hot and delicious 😋

Just had a great pizza delivered from Bennys we had the Firenze and American and they were lovely. Fresh and full of flavour. Be ordering again and when we gave feedback said prefer a crispier base and they said will sort for the next order. Cant ask for more. Hubby is American and fussy about his pizzas and to him this is one of the best we have had in the UK.

Absolutely shocking!!!! Terrible service, tried to order they hung up, ordered on the app an cancelled the order 10 before it was supposed to be delivered. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! If i could give no stars i would

Only giving this one star because I'm not able to leave none. Food took nearly 1hr 45 to arrive on a mid week night, on a weekend I could accept this. Food was cold on arrival and so greasy the boxes were soggy where the garlic bread and pizza's had been sat. Food prices were extremely high aswell. It will take alot of improvements for me to use them again.

Wish I could give a zero Ordered food for 6.30pm got a call from them at 6pm saying where was I as my food had been ready for 10mins refused to cook a fresh one gave me a stone cold peice of s*#t that I wouldn't give to my dog Terrible customer service Terrible service Terrible food Never going back they need to learn how to read the order Do your self a favor go somewhere else

Poor Service they are on Food Hub but won’t deliver to Thorne even though it states they can absolutely shocking. Already ordered and paid for the delivery which was £6 to Thorne avoid like the plague

Love Benny's food, chicken kebab amazing quality chicken, best I've ever had. Garlic bread with tomato absolutely gorgeous. Wouldn't go anywhere else for this type of food. Great job guys, you all work hard.

Been over 16 years since I last went here. Did not disappoint .

Rubbish, everything wrong at food counter! You get half way round they ask you what hot drink you want then it's on end nearly 10 minutes by the time you get there to order your meal. Drink warm, no good! Jacket potato took an hour. Won't be going again.

Disappointing. Picked up two pizzas to discover that we had been given the wrong one when we got home. We telephoned to let them know and asked if they would replace the entire order ( happy to return all of it) as it was important to us that we could eat together. They acknowledged that there had been some confusion with orders. They said they would only replace the pizza that was the wrong one. This meant that my husband and I had to eat at different times. Very poor customer relations/service. Still awaiting replacement pizza now 30 mins later .

Absolutely disgusting. Been a customer for 9 years and watched a great take away go down hill to the point I have to comment. Ordered tonight (a Wednesday evening) and it took 2 hours to arrive..not a problem, we all get busy, but when it arrived..stone cold and chips covered in congealed cheese. Management not bothered so reviewed as a last option! Very sad to say I will never order from Bennys again!

Nice pizzas made with quality ingredients. Nice crispy base with semolina flour. Staff were helpful and friendly. prices are very reasonable. Would recommend

This is by far the best pizza/kebab place in epworth,the other one I'm always sick from and the staff at Benny's myself and kids have always been friendly with for years....only a couple of issues last recent orders, the chicken kebab,give us option of having it all in pitta,I prefer mine done already I don't want a cardboard pitta on top of the box if I order a chicken kebab...nah I don't wanna spend 10minutes making it,I'm paying you for that....and tonight I ordered 2chicken kebabs(yes,the pitta issue!!!!) A calzone and two cheesy chips ....no cheesy chips even though he repeated my order back to me,two bags of dirty chip spice chips, can't stand those!!! So went to waste,expect to get what I order and have paid for, especially if repeated back to me.....

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had, dough was perfect, sauce was great, fresh aswell, highly recommend this place if you’re new to epworth.

SHOCKING SERVICE.First time I ordered from here we had a 3 hour wait with no apology. The food was nice so tried them a month later and it took 2 hours this time and the order was wrong.

Won't let me put no stars for no food 😪 We have gone here for years, but think owners must have changed and need to STAY AWAY from now. Ordered nearly 3 hours ago and just keep being told it's in a car???? Very unhappy and sad at family going unfed !!

Would recommend going to pizza hot rather than bennys

My favourite pizza place, visit here at least once a week, pizza always cooked great and taste fantastic, would recommend and reasonably priced and friendly staff. Always pick up and the wait time is usually 10-15 minutes which is great.

Once again they say 45 minutes and now it's been over a hour, honestly if your thinking about ordering a delivery from here I wouldn't bother and >WHEN< it does come sometimes the food it cold no money knocked off for the waiting time neither absolute joke

Bennys does not even deserve one star! I have just ordered what should have been a £23.10 order and actually got charged £41.10 I payed it but then double checked what we should have paid, so I rang them to say they have over charged me and they where really rude and told me that they couldnt do anything, I am actually disgusted, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Delivery times are like train times. If it's going to be a hour fair do, but don't lie. When 1 hour turns into nearly two and you get more lies when you ring for a update and get fobbed off. Not good on the customer relations front.

Delivery driver crashed into the planter and smashed it and drove off - contacted shop to report it and have been ignored We Try to support a local business and the attitude and lack of interest from staff is unnecessary - such a shame

Prices keep going up and up since the establishment changed hands. Now get my takeaway from green tree cuz it's cheaper even tho it's further away. Also quite greasy pizza compared to others around the isle. Used to be great around 5 years ago but has gone down hill ever since

Made an order delivery was quick, pizza and chips not a problem but a mixed kebab for 9 pounds and it says large portion but has 6/7 little bits of chicken and about 8 medium stripes of donor meat definitely isn't worth 9 pound plus donor meat was dry after 1min of opening it I would order again but only for the pizza as there nice But the kebab should of been classed as small not large

Our order contained food allergies which were ignored!! We called Bennys when realising this fact after our original order had arrived to be told another pizza would be delivered on the next delivery run. An hour later we called back to enquire about the replacent pizza to be told it was not being delivered. BUT we could have another pizza when we re-ordered in a different date! Shocking!! Terrible service from people who clearly don’t care :(

The pizza is the worst. I asked for a pepperoni pizza. They didn’t ask me what size and gave me an 11”. It also came with peppers on. I haven’t even removed 1 slice or touched it as I’m allergic to peppers. And the crust is VERY well done. Will NEVER come here again. I’ve had to waste an 11” pizza through to allergies.

Have to say the pizza I ordered tonight, was the first time I have had one from bennys, and it was THE most bland, tasteless and horrible pizza I have ever had. I never finished one slice of the pizza and ended up throwing it away. It was awful. I will not be ordering from there again, that's for sure

Poor service, sat waiting for chips while our pizzas were on top of the oven, then other customers walking in and getting served chips before us, we were already 15 minutes past the specified pick up time, got home and my calzone was wrong, won't eat there again

Pizza tastes great delivery is quick

Phoned for some food at 18:57 and food arrived after a further 2 phone calls at 21:30. Was told food would take an hour. It took two and a half hours. No apology from manager and no money off gesture for the bloody awful service. I used to buy from here 2 or 3 times a month. I won't be anymore.
