Food is fab but always always late just so frustrating and never offer to compensate in any way..just a well practised 'sorry'

Usually fantastic but this time it was bland and burnt so much. Over £30 wasted as most of the pizza binned!

Delivered 15 minutes than the final estimated time and had to phone to ask.

Since finding this little goldmine I've never gone anywhere else for over four years . Not only have I enjoyed their excellent quality for myself , I've ordered and sent out pizza's for my children and grandchildren and the quality has never faltered. Highly recommend 👌

Food was stone cold you should deliver to 1 address only no excuses for cold food

The pizza used to be so cheesy, that’s what made it so nice. Now there is hardly any cheese, plain bread for much more than the crust. Very disappointing

Crap service everytime food is average always late even though given an hour to prep..always the same excuse 'we been busy' yes you may have been but you said an hour and it always hour and half! Not good enough!

Easy to make an order - Store contacted me regarding my delivery request - food arrived hot even though I’m out in the sticks! Will order again :-)

AVOID!!!! Ordered two pizzas and garlic bread at 6.30pm through ScunthorpeEats. ETA 7.30pm. Call at 7.45pm to be told it's next order out. As we're 10mins away I called again at 8pm to be told it will be going out in 5 mins. Asked for a cancellation as not able to wait any longer and was told no cancellation is possible. So took the money and still no food. Got told they're busy which is understandable but they didn't explain anything on the first phone call, only that it would be next out which was clearly a lie. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Hopefully will be able to get a charge back through CC company or ScunthorpeEats.

Best pizza in the town. Service on delivery very poor. Currently an hour late despite been told 30mins ago it would be here in 5 mins.

Usually when we order from here the food is hot but unfortunately this time 2 of my 3 items were cold and tasted awful.

Best take away in Scunthorpe by far, pizza is not your normal pre made doe. Burgers are nice and thick not your little thin horrible things. The garlic mayo is to die for 👌. Can get a little busy so wait times can be about a hour but other than that can’t complain.

Was just driving by and spotted this place, it looked good so just popped in cause I'm not from the area but was hungry. Will now be travelling the 45mins to come back again. Worth it like loreal

Food was nice but the pizzas aren't the size you order they come loads smaller in the box. I feel cheated 🧐.

The cheesy chips were terrible, pizza was okay but cold aswell as the chips, was not worth the 1 hour and 20 min delivery wait. Will not be ordering from this place again

Pizza's always on point, one of the best in Scunthorpe, delivery can be hit and miss at times but worth the wait.

Football is on, so i understand a later delivery although I allowed plenty of time. Pizza stone cold, also had a horrible taste. Is your delivery driver a smoker or uses vapes? Inedible. Why would food delivery people smoke and cause food to take. on there habit. Shocking

Amazing 🤩 we asked them if they could do spaghetti bol ..nd wow it was loads absolutely packed with very fresh pasta and the sauce and beef was perfect .. This was a quirky order and they smashed it .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not good ordered 2 cans of coke only brought 1 , large chips is more like super small chips and calzone was undercooked and very soggy , delivery time also poor would not order again

Good pizza, fries an absolute rip off. Mega small portions for £3.20, told by staff he reduced scoop size. Absolute rip off. Save your pennies. Just buy pizza.

Ordered exactly the same food from previous orders but this time sent wrong food and not what we ordered. Ring to explain, all I get was a lady with attitude and no help with replacing food or an apology. When your spending £28 on food it isn't acceptable. Will never order from here again and will make a full claim through just eat.

Really friendly staff, will sort you out if you have any problems, the food it s really good pretty nice portions on the kebabs and wraps they are not shying away from making them full of meat and the vegetables are always fresh as they throw away the remaining of the old ones and prepare new ones beforehand for every shift opening. If you don t believe me you should at least try it one time before taking my word. About the takeaways they are on time almost always beside rares ocasions when they are maybe really busy wich it s understandable.

the 11 inch pizza only measured just over 9 inches which was very disappointing. I feel cheated.

Why do you have to pay 50p to have no sauce on a burger?

I placed my order at 6pm by my confirmation said delivery would be 7.05pm by 7.30 my order had still not arrived so I called them up and was advised it would be 10 minutes, and that they would give me a free garlic bread as an apology. My order finally arrived at 8.20, it was cold and there was no free garlic bread really disappointed and won't be ordering again

The food was freezing cold it felt like me and my family was eating a rock the garlic bread was rock hard the delivery driver needs a raise

2.5hours late child's drink missing food cold when arrived really not happy I used to work for hosain and was always fantastic that's y I have kept going back but now I think it's time to stop shocking

If you’ve got a spare 3 hours to sit in on a Friday evening then order from this place, if not don’t. Absolute joke, 3 hours 5 minutes to be delivered, 1 hour 30 mins late from when it stated it’d be here, think they’ve actually sourced my kebab from turkey. I receive packages from Temu quicker than these cowboys. Won’t be ordering again even with the offered discount. Not a chance.

Food very very very greasy! My daughter had a bite and she left all rest. I haven’t finished too as it was really greasy and cold!!

Cheese burgers are amazing as always don’t go anywhere else but here for burgers and milkshakes

Best pizza we have ever had. The deep pan dough is so good. The tomato garlic bread was excellent, as was the garlic parmesan fries.

Burger was absolutely drowned in a sloppy mess. Far too much sauce. Waste of 13 quid.

Food was late and no fries when I rang up they said sorry and they would send fries out 40 mins later no fries this is becoming normal when ordering from just eat 🥵

Absolutely disgusting not usual Sicilians quality at all. Ordered from here for years and years and it just seems to have gone down hill. Coleslaw was yellow and stale, pizza was cold and had zero flavour what so ever. London kebab had barely any meat in it and didn’t come with the peppers as advertised. Will never order here ever again.

I ordered the lasagne with a garlic tomatoes bread and as per usual, did not disappoint!! I even had the leftovers for breakfast!!! 😋

This was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Had the Disco Volante. We also had side of chicken nuggets but they was more chicken strips, tasted amazing. All did, our new favourite place for Pizza etc

Waited over 45 minutes after estimated arrival time, food came cold and the pizza was disgusting. Chips were burnt and stale. Do not order from this place unless you want to waste your money. Will not order from here again. Disgraceful

Ordered as soon as they opened just after 5. Phoned at 6.40 to be told that it had just left the shop. Phoned again at 7.20 and again it’s on its way. Turned up at 7.50 and wasn’t even the correct order. Wrong food / 3 hours delivery !!!!!! In the end they cared more about laughing at me being angry about the situation rather than doing anything about it. Been going here 20 years and they just couldn’t care less.

Scicillians is always good. Ordered a calzone for the first time and it was exceptional.
