Waited 20 minutes for food and they got order wrong. Told me I hadn't ordered garlic bread (which I paid for took the food home and it was cold by time I'd served it up.

Orders through just eat waited li 1hr 15 min rang them apparently driver had tried to deliver and contact us ( no way) as on main road in front of windows so in dispute with just eat will never order again 👎

Large kebab was very small... cold greesy pizza...

the food was delicious, however I ordered garlic sauce to be put in the wrap and it wasn’t, and I made sure I ordered over £8 to get a free garlic bread which also didn’t come! great service and delivery time though. Would recommend and would eat again

Delivery was a bit late but the food was worth waiting for. First pizza my husband actually didn't complain about.

Multiple times they have forgotten the garlic bread when we have spent nearly twice the amount needed to get one! I also requested no chip spice and they were absolutely covered, need to read the comments as this is a pretty expensive place and this is not really acceptable!!

I've used papas for a long time as they have some of the best pizza in Hull usually. This wasn't the case this time unfortunately. I ordered double meat (extra pepperoni and extra spicy beef) but this wasn't delivered. My order came to over £13 mean free garlic bread right...wrong. this was also missing from the order. When I rang them up about the meat and garlic bread I suggested as a compromise to send a cheesy garlic bread and we'll forget the whole thing. Fair right? He point blank refused and then became angry and hostile at which point I hung up as I won't be spoken to in such a manner. Out of principal I refused to eat the pizza and will be chasing a refund for the whole incident. Really disappointed as papas have always been a staple for good food and good service. Not this time.

I ordered a choice pizza and chips from papa's with a garlic yoghurt and a tub of chilli. The pizza was fine taste wise and hit the spot however it was a little under cooked for my preferences (base not crispy). The chips were good, a bit sweaty when they arrived. The dips and sauces provided were sub par. There was no garlic mayo option and the yoghurt needed some mayo added. The chilli dip was unsalvageable and we used basically none of it. All in all, I think there are better options out there!

Ordered two diet coca cola but got two full fat cola (in Turkish, Import)

kebabs were basic. some chicken over done and dry. not much donner meat. chips soggy

Absolutely delicious food and a friendly delivery driver too. :) The King Burger is not to be underestimated, and is very good value for such a huge and tasty burger. This was my first time ordering, and I can strongly recommend them.

1 hour 30 mins for 3 x chips usually ok but this was really poor when we received the order we had to throw away as it was so soggy. won’t be using again

ordered donner meat and chips, chips was unbearably salty. No fork i had to eat the chocolate cake and the donner meat with my bare hands!!!!!!!!

food tasty very good but 14” seems be small like a 14” size, dont even fit to whole box should be much bigger in my opinion and no free garlic bread, i ask driver he tell me he forget *.* .

fast delivery. tasted ok as long as you like pizza dough. I had a calzone and the dough was about 3 times as thick as the filling. I think I had 3 pieces of chicken in a 14”.

15 minutes late just recieved pizza. Was cold and considering we ordered a meat feast wheres the meat? Looks and tasted more like a marg. don’t expect our custom again. Thanks bye

Excellent food and service, spicy beef on the pizza was a bit spicier than I expected but definitely added a nice zing to the meal!

Food was amazing Chicken peri peri kebab grilled to perfection and seasoned perfectly plus Burgers better than anywhere else rated 10/10

Tbf the wrap was ok but the pizza was so cold and didnt taste good, very unhappy, waited a total of 1.45 hours its 2 mile away.

Chips was lukewarm and soggy and the donner meat was nasty - it taste like it had been warmed up in a microwave from the night before, no way was it fresh. Also the breadcakes was hard ie stale.

Very rude, the pizza was cold and didn't get the free garlic bread. They said you had to request the garlic bread in comments and said that we should learn to read English!. Even offered to pay for delivery of the garlic bread and they refused.Disgusting customer service.

I called the restaurant 15 minutes after the food was to be delivered and was advised it was on its way. It did arrive 15 minutes later but the kids meal was missing the chips, drink and lolly.

Not a place I would normally order from. The delivery was early, which was good, and the pizza was exactly what I ordered. No complaints.

Had an operation 24 hours prior, had been unable to eat and was absolutely starving, the boyfriend suggested ordering from here and it was my first time. Was a little sceptical because they delayed the delivery time twice, however, the food was delivered earlier than the first delivery time stated. I've never had a silent boyfriend, even when he's eating and he ate the lot of what he ordered. The kebab was gorgeous and not even the slightest bit greasy, it was the perfect way to end what had been a complicated day. Will definitely order from here again, only complaint I have is that we spent well over £8 and didn't get a free garlic bread! Hope this mistake isn't made again, I live for garlic bread :')

delivery never even showed up. ordered at seven thirty, had to contact just eat directly by nine thirty as no show even though the phone app said the order had been delivered?!? would rate zero across the board on all scores but was not given the option to do so, avoid this place - unreliable.

first time ordering from this place, don't really like trying new places but thought we would give it a try. food was okay, not brilliant.... had better and did not receive the free garlic bread when you spend over £8 we spent nearly £20. delivery was quick. don't think we will be ordering again from this take away.

Second time it was missing something! This time it was the salad requested to be included with the mixed kebab. Last two time it's gone wrong, new member of staff?

Food was cold and the burger was over cooked and hard. It was like it had been sat on the oven for half a hour. Delivery time was good though. Usually nice food from here so will put it down to a busy night

I prepaid for order but was asked for money on delivery. The driver said he should have checked the ticket first. When I opened my order I found that my salad and sauce were missing so I was left with just donner meat and chips which spoiled the meal completely. I called and the missing items were sent with a very apologetic second driver but my meal was cold by then. The portion size of the chips was extremely small considering I ordered the large meal. If the first driver had only bothered to check the ticket before leaving the shop and on arrival the rating would be considerably better and I would not have had such a disappointing experience.

Was sent two 330ml cans of diet coke when i ordered 2x 1.5lt bottles. There was no garlic sauce. They took back cans and replaced them with correct order along with garlic sauce. But didn't have salad after the delivery man had rang about the diet coke and garlic sauce. Normally been ok from here.

Ordered 14" pizza with beef burger with salad and garlic sauce, and chips. I asked in comments for garlic sauce to be in a tub (as I like to put it on myself) and they said they could not do that? After asking politely 3/4 times they did agree to do it this once. The pizza was faultless, however the beef burger came as a cheeseburger, which my gf is allergic to!! (did manage to scrape off). Was very disappointed as we are regular customers with previous orders being lovely but will not be ordering again!

Very disappointing, ordered a hot shot pizza - bolognese pepperoni and jalapeños. Although there wasn't any bolognese on my pizza at all. Late delivery so food was cold.

I can happily say the steak wrap I had was fantastic. A lot better then I was expecting it was a present surprise I will be going thier again.
