Had a takeaway delivered this evening initially sent the wrong pizza I rang them up and a really nice guy apologised for the mistake and promptly sent the correct one and told to keep the first the one always get a great service from these guys and the food is always excellent 👍

Pizza is normally good but the chicken “fillet” burger was diabolical basically a worse version of a Birds Eye chicken burger!!

Ordered on Deliveroo and rang the shop to add an extra. Lady on the phone took around a min to understand what I was saying, all I was asking for way mayo and onion on the chips! One arrived, the chips were OKAY. However my wrap was clearly undercooked by the raw pink look in the chicken. Delivery was quick, so that explains why however I’d rather have longer delivery and NO food poisoning thanks. Definitely better places around the area, much better.

My favourite takeaway pizza's are sometimes too soggy could do with cooked a little longer and also when getting a kebab we all don't like salad and sauce separate but other then that it's a nice takeaway 👍

Spent £18 on food to have hair in it I’m absolutely sickened by this for them to then deny this even tho I have proof and not willing to provide a refund DO NOT RECOMMEND

Something on my tuna (?) pizza tasted like it came out of the bin. Think I'll be tasting that for a while. It wasn't the garlic butter on the base because that wasn't there. Nothing was. Not even tomato. Nor were the extra mussels. More annoyed with Just Eat about that. Disgusting.

I was charged £ 11.50 for 3 very small pieces of chicken, naan and some salad and onions?! Unbelievable. It was the first and last time. I do not recommend this.

First time trying papa mo’s, we got a Meatfeast Parmesan, 1/2lb cheese burger and chips with a portion of chips. DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE WE PAID!! Amazing food and will 1000% will be ordering again!! Thankyou x 💯💯💯

Cold chips and pizza also dinner wrap cold not ussing again

Food was cold, overcook and tastes disgusting. Driver left food on floor of communal area in flats. When we called to complain the owner tells me that there is nothing that can be done about it. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY. EDIT AFTER PAPA MOs RESPONSE: Why would I give you another chance when it takes you a year to respond to a customers review? Thanks but no thanks.

Really nice pizzas, chicken Kiev and bolognese pizzas are excellent, would've been 5 stars but the chips were a bit poor. Chips were cold and soggy, it's OK though as these things happen, we live in Hedon so sometimes this happens, I love your pizzas and would highly recommend.👍

I was going to order until I saw the delivery charge. £3.50 just to bring a takeaway half a mile up the road. This was ordering through their own website.

We have recently switched from another local place through Just eat, papa Mo's pizza has been absolutely class every time we order. Good prices, an average delivery for 4 of us usually costs around £22 which I think is great for the quality of the food. Delivery is always fast and the food is always hot. Awesome place.

made an order i ordered above the minimum order value the takeaway cancelled the order they didint tell me they cancelled it i waited an hour wondering where it was looked on the app to see that its been cancelled i called them up and they told me its because the order wasent big enough even though i was above the min order value ordered from these guys loads ill just go elsewhere in future

Don’t recommend. Ordered through uber eats 2 wraps and 2 chips portion as an offer. It didn’t gave as an option to pick what meat and salad we want. They just put dooner in tortilla and send it to us.Chips were old . I paid 11£ for 2 tortilla with awful meat and nothing else in it. I had a taste when i got it because I didn’t knew it’s donner and had to spit it out.horrible. I rang the restaurant to explain that it’s second time when i order the same thing and the first order had what we wanted chicken and salads but the guy on the phone kept finding excuses about not having a phone nr which was clearly a lie and that we should have said. YOU DON’t have an option to pick or write what i want. Also asked to take them back to get different ones. People have a reason why they use uber eats instead of going themselves to get the food.just don’t waist your time and money .DON’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE better places to order your food than this

Had this place twice now food is an average takeaway what do people expect 5* meal never going to happen is it, its cheap and easy but I must say try there milkshakes there very nice worth a visit for one

Ordered a cheese omelette and got a plain one that tasted like plastic also a option to choose from what drinks u want I chose coke a cola and got Pepsi if that's what I wanted i would of vhose Pepsi gone right down hill

Very disappointed in order. Portions of chips very sparce ! Missed garnish on burger & failed to deliver Pizza we ordered.... Very poor service & how do places like this survive in business ! Get your act together Papa Mo's.

Wouldn’t order from this take away again especially when there are far better options just across the road - the pizza had a very funny fish like smell and we didn’t feel very well the next day

Easy to order on the web. Delivered on time, but it wasnt to our personal taste, not saying that it's not nice, maybe if we ordered something different next time . Reasonably priced compared to the other places we have tried.

First time ordering from here came within 45 minutes however on arrival two teenage girls no older then 14 delivered my food being real fussy and giggly they dropped the bottle of coke which exploded everywhere and upon opening our pizza all the topping was stuck to the top of the box and looked like it had been thrown around

Firstly I would not even give this a 1 star rating it would be a 0. I waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for my food to arrive, however during this period of time I rang the takeaway 3 times. The first time I rang, it will be 5 or 10 minutes I then rang 20 minutes later which he then said it’s on its way, after a little more time had passed I rang again which at this time it had been 1 hour 50 minutes he then said it’s still on it’s way, which then meant the food had been sat in a bag in the car the whole time. The food then proved this when it arrived, the chips was soggy rank potatoes that tasted like they had been in the microwave. Secondly the pizza was not great at all it was cold and soggy too, this food was immediately put into the bin as I could no longer look or think about this horrid experience at this takeaway. I wouldn’t have had any problems if the guy just had said over the phone they was very busy but I did not get told this.

Chips must of been warmed up at least 3 times this place is gruff dont waste your money

Arrived about 40 minutes late, chips were cold, asked for a wrap with NO SALAD, took a bite in and had tomato in my mouth, was filled with other vegetables, just awful if you ask me !! NEVER AGAIN!!!

i came to hull to visit family and ordered from here after hearing good things from friends that live in the area. To say i was disappointed is an understatement. i specified no mushrooms on my calzone and when it arrived there was more mushroom than any other filling. It was stone cold and when we rang for a replacement i was offered a free one next time instead. when i explained that there wasn't going to be a next time he agreed to replace the order. when the replacement arrived yes is was bigger than what we originally ordered but it was so overcooked that only the filling or lack of filling was edible. i most definitely will not order from here again..

So I ordered food last night and after stating that I did not want mushrooms on my pizza it still arrived with loads of mushrooms in it my pizza was cold, we rang up and he asked if I wanted it next time was like no I ordered to eat now not next time when my pizza arrived again it was so baked up and not even edible, really would not recommend this place at all poor food standards and seems that's they dont have a clue how to cook a pizza.

My order was 1 hour late, the pizza was disgusting and cold. The delivery driver had no money to hand me so I had to go and look for the correct amount, I will NEVER order from here again.

I dont get takeaway often. The last time I did was a month ago and was from here. It was very good! But must say, after this time wont be using this takeaway anymore. 1 hour late and food was cold! Disappointed!

I’ve never had any problems before with the takeaway and have ordered a couple of times. This evening however, I ordered some Gravy and Chips for my Nan and the gravy was like mud, all stuck together, salty and completely ruined her meal. I will not order this again. Really disappointed.

Shocking ordered and still wasn't ere after two hours called 3 times each time was told it was on it's way rang a4 time and ask were it was and was told it was till on way again so see is that definite as if not I was to cancel and order else we're and the person on the phone told me very stottly to order else slammed phone down on me

The doner meat was dry and salty, the garlic sauce was weak and seemed watered down, the salad was lettuce/shredded cabbage and onion, the fries were over cooked as was the garlic bread when went straight in the bin...good money wasted....4/10.
