The food here is absolutely amazing - my choice of takeout Everytime! They even deliver the food far out (20-30 mins) to me in the Village - always still warm - always on time and always tasty. Never had a bad experience with them - fantastic shop 😄

Over 30 min late and the wrap we ordered had barbecue sauce on which we did not order.

We made a large group order coming to over £132 and everything was correct, hot and delicious. Even throw in some added freebies. Great takeaway

Really tasty pizzas, lots of toppings. chips could do with being in paper bags to stop them sweating. But, even so they were ok.

Food was ok, however sauce and salad was put on the cheese burger instead of the kebab, which then caused problems with my kids. Please check you’re doing the correct thing before putting sauces onto food. My receipt clearly states kebab with salad chilli and garlic and burger with no salad and no sauce!

foods normally alright but was luke warm at best due to being half hour late, probably give this place a miss going forward as it's the third or fourth time now.

food was really late but they said it had been delivered food didn't arrive until almost half an hour after the delivery slot time which was 25 minutes after they had said it was delivered.

For the past 6 months we’ve used this takeaway and we’ve not had one issue - food always delivered on time. Always hot and quality of food and cooked just right. Pizzas, burgers, kebabs are the usual order.

It could have been nice had it not been in the delivery car for quite some time. The burger bun had gone all sloppy and gross. The chips had gone soggy and mashed together. Was very sweaty when taking out the bag. Had obviously been left in the takeaway too long boxed, or too long in his car. Also 1 hours to deliver 5 mins up the road, will collect next time.

Ordered 2wraps at 7:35 it came at 9:25 no apologies given , 2 hours to make 2 wraps so not worth it 👎🏼

Got a family Donna kabab it used to feed me my wife and my lad but they was only anuf for one person salad was poor £9.50 is a rip off for a. Normal. Side donner (Kasimire) is one of thr best in hull a large dose me the wife and my lad and still loads left for the dogs the quilty of food is a different league. Crazy price for poor quilty

Delivery was early and yet the Doner meat was cold to lukewarm at best. This is clearly caused because your delivery driver does NOT put the food in a stay warm thermal bag for hot food delivery. I watched him drive up outside and get the food plastic bag off the front passenger seat (no hot thermal food delivery bag) Also, both sauce tubs had split all over the inside of the plastic bag, so could not be used. Extremely disappointed by this delivery today...

I have avoided this place for ages. Last time we had it was awful. Thought we would try again since it moved. Can honestly say it was the best pizza I have had in years. Chips, onion rings and garlic butter was belting.

Ordered a chicken and doner wrap, chicken was a bit spicy? not sure what marinade it was in but not good. paid extra to add cheese to the chips which come with the wrap so half a tray ish, and got a tiny sprinkle so that was disappointing. partners usual pizza "meaty one" has been taken off the menu so he ordered a cheesy cheeze pizza and was happy with that.

The food was luke warm when it arrived ,we ordered delivery for 5.45 & it arrived at 6.30. I called the shop to query where our order was & was met with an attitude by the gentleman who answered. We usually order once a wk as a treat,but after this delivery I'm afraid we won't be using them anymore

3 times I’ve ordered from this place and specifically asked each time on the notes about extra chip spice, it’s come with barely any on it and also the chips have been cold tonight. If you’re going to have a notes section at least read it and do as it says it’s not something that would need me to be charged extra so I can’t possibly see why such a simple request can’t be fulfilled

The food came in good time considering we ordered late on and the delivery driver was excellent. Pizza was very standard, food was decent enough but it doesn’t get any extra marks. Wouldn’t not order again but it was nothing to write home about, could have had a bit more umpf. Not disappointed all in all though.

Unfortunately the food came fairly cold and late. The salad consisted of soggy lettuce underneath the pile of meat and a single piece of cucumber thought would give it a go won't be ordering again

Order a takeaway, after 1.5hrs called to check they were still delivering the food. Was told that they hadn't sorted it and didn't know how long it would be asked for the payment to be refunded and I would order from elsewhere. The male started to shout and tell me that he couldn't refund the money and should just wait. I don't think the attitude they had towards me or if it was anyone else was acceptable. If they are a busy takeaway, they should think of employing more staff the handle thr orders coming in

Never had a bad takeaway from here, always spoilt for choice and good value. Probably the cleanest, tiniest takeaway kitchen I've seen.
