Decent food, prices are a tad higher than other places but I guess that's the cost of living these days, I would recommend their pizza's.

Absolutely shocking, shouted at multiple times for asking why they charged us for a meal they never sent,refused any sort of help annd refused refunding and ended phone on me when I asked him to stop shouting at me and my family absolutely disgusting food so soggy, Will never be returning here.

Food is always delicious, never had a wrong order, my go-to place for good food after a rough day or for a party you don't want to cook for. Bought one pizza and came with a free one! It's just as good after 15 mins in the oven the day after ;)

Got to say I'm very disappointed as this take away used to be my favourite place to order from , I ordered pizza tonight and was burnt I rang and was sent another, iv sent all back and won't be ordering from here again . Also the person I spoke to about my complaint was very rude . However the delivery driver was bang on

LaPitza is VERY hit/miss. Sometimes it's spot on, sometimes not so. BUT any ossue/s we've had we ring em up & they're quick to rectify any issue/s we have. Delivery drivers friendly/happy apart from 1, maybe that's just how he is

The food is always sooo good. Piping hot and cooked to perfection, and they always have good deals on the menu. We won't get pizza from anywhere else. We have never had a bad experience from Lapitza. The staff are really friendly and professional, they put in a lot of effort to get things right for the customer. Worth every penny !!

Best takeaway round rawmarsh, gorgeous food, great service. I even ordered for delivery by accident instead of collection and they did me everything fresh. Brilliant all round

Absolutely lovely food always hot and delivered way before the estimated time, we always place a big order so sometimes the odd error/mistake is made but they’re always happy to rectify. Tonight was just missing a pot of garlic Mayo but the free garlic bread more than made up for it

Amazing pizzas and kebab! Ordered late on a Saturday so delivered a few minutes over the expected time but they sent a free pizza so amazing customer service :D Great portions, great food, 10/10 highly recommend 👌

Food is good, but lately if we put in a family order there is always a few items missing even though the order has been read back over the phone,,,, the items have been sent out later,,, but what has arrived of the meal is over by then,, & it's happening more often🤔

Ordered and collected!!! Cheese sauce freezing and didn’t look right! Stoggy!!! Had chicken with chips and chicken breast was dry and hard like a dinosaur skin!! Chicken strips was bland and tasteless!! Was good years ago seems to have slipped/slipping! Won’t be ordering again 16.00 thrown in bin! Oh well once bitten 2 shy! Won’t happen again!! Goodbye la pizza!!

Ordered tonight a mixed doner kebab.what was delivered was a LAMB and chicken kebab.lamb was tough,chicken was dry,salad was all cabbage and pitta bread was tough.we won't be ordering again.waste of money and horrible food

Always well made, fast delivery, nice drivers!

The food is amazing and keeps you full up to 2-3 days and the delivery is quicker than it says the only downsides that I have to say is that I have ordered chips with paprika 3 times and the chips have come plain no paprika in site also that one delivery driver makes me uncomfortable in particular so maybe make delivery drivers less intimidating.

Ordered and didn't show up. So I stayed up for nothing and people have to go to work early so I hardly had any sleep because of this disappointment.

Lovely food regardless of what you order, wouldn't definitely recommend the Tasty Box.

Absolutely a disgrace tonite only ordered a burger with chips and a side at 8.30 and 10pm had to make 2nd call to see where it was. To say I like 1 to 2mins away. Taken 2 calls to say first not got my order then keep saying its with driver but no one can be sure. I understand they busy but its taken over 2 hours to get my burger and chips with side. Really bad customer service with excuses too to say they taken my money quick.

ordered a naan donner, it came on a tortilla wrap instead of a naan bread. Donner meat was chewy with a strange after taste. Also ordered a piece of chicken and chips, chips where nice, again the chicken had a very strange after taste. Our meals where pretty disappointing and put us off all together, first and last time for us from ordering from here.

Always ordered from her but the last few orders have been an hour to and hour and 15 mins delivery time, no update and then when food arrives items are missing. Its gone right down hill. Will never order from here again!!

Ordered a calzone got the order wrong ordered again coz the order was wrong 30 mins later supposed to of changed the order and the order was wrong again got thrown in the bin will never order from this place again👎Spent 35 pound n the food was cold👎

My go-to takeaway for the last three years since I moved just down the road. Food is always spot on and delivery is super fast. I see this place has received a bit of flack recently but my order last night was probably the best I've had! The chicken off the grill was unreal.

Reyt got 2 wrap meals other neet took hour n half to deliver, came lukewarm aswell we only live 5 mins down road, what's crack.

Usually enjoy but tonight did not. Was cold and over done. Not enjoyable. Biggest part went in bin. Will not be ordering again, money wasted.

We changed to lapitza for the freshness, had a few now that have been cold and soggy and delivered well after delivery time, so not very happy with it now.

This place is going from great to very poor. Ordered today and requested no mayo on the chicken burger (it came with mayo), ordered cheese on the chips (it came with no cheese), ordered a bacon cheese burger and guess what? No cheese. NO CHEESE ON A CHEESE BURGER. How can they get the order so wrong, unfortunately this is not the first time it has happened. This place used to be spot on every time but it’s going downhill. I won’t be ordering from here again which is a shame because when they get it right the food is great.

Best local takeaway hands down!

Ordered 2 DIY specials, both with Bolognese, neither actually came with Bolognese! 1 had a ridiculous amount of chicken, literally all that you could taste. Previous times have been the best, great pizzas! But this one really missed the mark by some way! Hopefully if I go back they will redeem themselves, time will tell.

I've never had any problems with with orders from here placed an order tonight and got told the cheese garlic bread I ordered was part of the tasty box even though I ordered a cheese garlic bread separate I'll never go here again very poor service and considering I ordered the garlic bread separately the lady on the phone said it was part of the tasty box don't waste your money this place is worse than a joke

Did an on line order today to collect at 20:55 When I got there the order hadn't gone through. I was served on the premises with my order within 5 mins. Great service, great food. Will definitely be ordering again 😋

Wish I could of given it less that one star! No one order from la pizza in rawmarsh again 😡 had an order sent out twice as I asked for no onion on my burger when I first placed my order online. When I rang the second time as this was the second time my order was sent wrong I got told that no more food would be sent out and I wasn’t getting a refund. At 16+ weeks pregnant I’ve had to drive to store to argue with the owner and the two lasses that work there two and be told I shouldn’t of ordered what I did if I didn’t want onions. They now say they won’t be accepting any more orders from me. Good I don’t want two!

2hours late delivering my order I phoned them after 1hour late and they claimed that they couldn’t find my order disgusting service when we finally got our food the garlic bread was cold in the middle I will definitely never be using them again NOT HAPPY AT ALL

This was one of my favourite take away. But after tonight I'm not going go give anymore of my money to people who don't care about the customers. My partner and I order over £20 worth of food. It took over a hour and 15 minutes to arrive, but when it did it arrived flat cold, I phone them up and asked if we could have it again but hot. They told us no but we could have a refund and the manager was a rude.
