Good food, nice atmosphere but expensive for drinks!

Honestly can’t emphasise how amazing this restaurant is! 10/10 would recommend visiting, everything from the food, environment and the staff was amazing. Raffaele, the Chef, was so hospitable and welcoming and made us some really incredible and authentic Italian food. The service was just so incredible! Definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. It’s such a hidden gem! Wishing the restaurant continuous success and prosperity in the future, will definitely be revisiting! Thank you again!

Visité Riva Blu por primera vez y me decepcionó mi experiencia de un restaurante tan altamente calificado. Estábamos sentados en el bar justo antes de las 6 pm y después de haber estado con el menú y la carta de bebidas durante al menos 15 minutos, solicité que alguien tomara mi pedido, a lo que me dijeron que estarían enseguida. Pasaron otros 7 minutos antes de que volviera a preguntar. No me dieron una disculpa de cortesía por el retraso solo un grosero "bueno estoy aquí para tomar su orden ahora" cuando le expliqué que había estado esperando al menos 20 minutos para pedir una bebida. Finalmente tuvimos nuestro pedido y pedido de comida tomado justo antes de las 18. 30 . Las bebidas llegaron relativamente rápido, un peroni y un martini pornstar sin alcohol, sin embargo, el trago de vino espumoso sin alcohol sabía a sprite o limonada. También nos preguntaron si queríamos un poco de agua, pero luego no recibimos el agua hasta que pregunté de nuevo después de nuestra comida, una vez más recibiendo solo una respuesta contundente en lugar de una disculpa rápida. Como nota más positiva, el ambiente era encantador y muy adecuado, aunque algunas de las elecciones de canciones eran inesperadas y los baños eran estéticamente agradables, aunque no totalmente limpio. La comida en sí era agradable y llegó rápidamente. Aunque el enfoque principal de esta revisión es la experiencia general en este lugar que esta vez fue desafortunadamente decepcionante para un negocio tan altamente calificado.

Visité hoy con amigos. Eligieron el lugar y yo no sabía nada de él de antemano. Como universidad me encanta lo que hacen, como café he luchado. 4 tipos de baguette, todos vegetales, dos con pesto que no me gusta, uno con hummus que no me gusta y otro con halloumi, que no me gusta. La sopa estaba condimentada, lo que adivinaste. No me gusta. Los pasteles se veían bien, pero eran todos veganos o sin gluten. Al final tuve dos pasteles, que eran bastante agradables. Me pareció un menú muy limitado para un sábado ocupado a la hora del almuerzo. Me encanta el edificio, la falta de música, es un ambiente agradable, el personal es amable. Me hubiera encantado ver pizza o queso Mac n, si tiene que ser vegetariano. Acepto que soy un comedor bastante quisquilloso... pero las críticas son opiniones y esta es mía.

Dinner here with a good friend of mine and we had a lovely time, atmosphere and vibe is very relaxed and the food is exceptional 😁 save this place as a treat

Staff clearly don’t know what customer service is. We had reserved a table and went to the restaurant and the staff were standing around chatting with a few of them on their personal phones, not even taking notice of customers entering the restaurant. We stood waiting to be greeted to no avail so I had to walk across to the other side of the restaurant to get someone attention and interrupt the personal chat. I said we were waiting to be served but no one was bothering to help. I was looked at like an alien and then shown to our table by a waitress who was giving off major attitude. Not good. We went to sit down and decided this was not the type of establishment we would want to stay in so I asked for the manager ‘Michel’ and spoke to him about our experience. There was no apology or offer to rectify anything and I just got an ‘ok’. So off we went. I would never recommend anyone to visit this restaurant. Customer service is non existent.

I have been dining at Laghis for a long time. This was probably my last time though. We were told the restaurant was closing down soon. This is a sad news for me. I have had so many nice memories of good dinner with dear friends in Laghi's.

We went to ask Italian as a group of 6 at around 5pm. We ordered a few garlic breads, some pizzas and a number of pasta dishes. I feel for the food and drink it was a little expensive for what you get. The food is nice enough but I felt £175 was quite expensive for what we had. In addition we had an hour wait for our food which seemed excessive. The food was ok and seemed fresh and tasted good. The atmosphere seemed a little chaotic.

The staff and food were excellent, we were a table of 10 and we got sat before all our party had arrived.

I booked online and for some reason i had a email telling me it was cancelled so re booked, anyway welcomed with a smile and shown to our table, last week it was Kully great guy very friendly and helpful, great asset to the company this week we were served by Alexandra lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful another great asset to your team, our starter was calamari perfectly cooked my other half had meatballs and i had meat feast pizza 🍕 both well cooked and very tasty, another great visit definitely recommend a visit we will definitely be back.
