A wonderfully intimate culinary experience! Only a handful of tables so a really special feeling, service is extremely attentive and the waiters knowledge of the food is impeccable! The kitchen is open so you can see the hustle and bustle, however it isn’t noisy or at all uncomfortable - highly recommend!

Easily the best coffee you can get in Brum! Great service and great vibes, make this a worthwhile trip when in Birmingham city centre 🙌

What a wonderful place with beautiful food, atmosphere and views over the canal. I had never been here before but I will most definitely be going again. I had the set lunch menu with cauliflower and onion soup with bread for starters which was absolutely delicious and I would recommend it to anyone. And for my main I had the steak, I never eat steak out as I find its never cooked to my liking but on this occasion I have to say I was proven wrong and it was absolutely delicious, I'm a convert lol. The lovely Marco was friendly and polite and looked after us extremely well...thank you

Recientemente descubrimos Neo Café cuando nuestro lugar de desayuno regular estaba cerrado, y que agradable sorpresa fue! Esta acogedora cafetería, con solo un puñado de mesas, ofrece un ambiente cálido e íntimo. Ambos optamos por el desayuno inglés completo, y fue absolutamente lugar en. El tocino era particularmente increíble, y los precios eran increíblemente razonables. El personal era encantador y acogedor, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Sin duda volveremos!

Decided to visit this establishment as an overdue Valentine’s Day meal with my girlfriend following some great reviews on trip advisor. Unfortunately, it did not live up to its expectations. There were only two members of staff on (who you could see were really rushed off their feet so we did feel somewhat sorry for - they were evidently trying their best). However, an hour and a half wait for nice but cold food was a bit far. During that time nobody came to offer further drinks or to check on us. We were served the meal without cutlery (by the chef?!), which again we had to wait further for. Nobody checked that we were enjoying our meal (or even returned upstairs), if they had, we would have informed them it was cold. Our second round of drinks 2 hours after the first arrived with the wrong drinks order. The decor is lovely however upstairs was cold and there was no music. The establishment certainly has the potential to be great but our experience was very much the opposite to that otherwise described on here.

The waffles were alright, but the ice cream was amazing it was really good!!

Tienen pagué mi primera visita al para enseñárselo hoy mientras trabajan en un viaje de negocios en el centro de la ciudad. Es un hotel limpio, ambiente luminoso y ventilado y la comida estaba llena de sabor. Las mesas están bien espaciadas ambiente suficiente para permitir una conversación personal mientras que mantiene un café. Tuve el flan de pimiento asado que fue divino, acompañados de una mezcla de ensaladas caseras (la ensalada de lentejas y remolachas vinagreta de frambuesa - sidrería era impresionante). Un placer encontrar este lugar y volveremos a probar más.

Gran café, grandes ofertas, muy popular. Ambiente es simplemente genial, gente muy agradable trabajando allí, un agradecimiento especial a Kisha, mantener el buen trabajo que son absolutamente fabulosos.

I spotted this on the way to work and had to try it. The service was efficient and the staff were polite and helpful. There are a lot of options which is great. It is reasonably priced at around £5.20 for 2 fillings, so it’s cheaper than many of the chains. The cans are only £1 which is great for a lunch meal deal. The food was really tasty and was clearly fresh. I will definitely be making this a regular lunch stop.

Every visit here is excellent. The service is second to none. The menu is not extensive but is adaptable and the food is always of the highest quality. The coffee is excellent and prices are remarkable. I don't understand why it is not busier especially as the atmosphere is suitably chilled.
