Wow, absolutely delicious. We all had different dishes and sides, palak paneer and naans, all delicious, all tasted individual, a warm decent spice heat not too hot to eat. Naans were best I've had. 100% recommend! Staff were lovely too. Thanks, we came from Cornwall and weren't disappointed!

Excellent service, excellent food. We were there for a family birthday with a range ages, tastes and spice tolerance. Everyone loved the meal. Particular mention for the Kadai Kurchan with lamb which had spice and depth of flavour. We also really enjoyed the Coconut Panna Cotta with mango and passion fruit. Highly recommend you visit this restaurant.

The ambience and decor creates a wonderful dining experience, matched by the excellent customer service and hygiene. Im still relishing the mouth-watering taste of the soft subtle flavours, infused into the tenderness of our meal. The aroma, lingers as a reminder of fine cuisine brought together at an affordable price. Definitely on my favourites to be visited again.

Excellent food, beautifully presented and served by really nice people. Particularly good vegan choice and the staff were on the case, understanding straight away that I didn't want cow's ghee. Delicious puri starter followed by a really tasty veg khari with a brilliant sag aloo. Thoroughly recommended.

This restaurant was very accommodating, although fully booked they were able to promise us a table with a minimum of wait time. Once inside the staff are super friendly and helpful and the decor is very light, contemporary and welcoming. We ordered starters and mains and a bottle of wine. All the food was delicious and arrived promptly. The portions are just enough and not overwhelming which some restaurants can be. We came across this restaurant after a busy day at the cricket but we were able to relax and enjoy the lovely food and atmosphere. A great place to dine!

My sister booked this restaurant for my niece’s (significant) birthday 🎈 Table was booked 5.15pm:- we was warmly greeted with a smile 😃 Seated to our seats (8 of us) - Service was good. Food was lovely and of a good size portion (including, Staters). However I am rating this restaurant a 3 stars for the following reason:- Over charged us for an extra bottle of wine, that we did not have. Given it was my niece’s (significant) birthday, we felt rushed to finish our meals and to leave the restaurant; which was a tad disappointing, given my sister generously, paid the service charge of £35.00. We had to send two of the dishes back, because the food was “not” even moderately warm - one of the member of staff tried to convince us, that the meal was hot - until he eventually took the meals away, (clearly tried it) and came back and apologised for the meal not being edible enough to eat. 25 minutes later, they brought our meals back; Although, we was offered two complimentary desserts - when asked if we could have a coffee or herbal beverage instead of the desserts we was told “no” Will I or my sister (who resides in Birmingham) visit this restaurant again probably not.

We were staying nearby and took a chance on this place. Very professional and efficient service, nice ambience and delicious food. It is definitely one of the smarter places to eat in Chinatown and I can confidently recommend it. Although with all these stand out reviews, I hardly need to!

What can I say this is an absolute gem. Fantastic. The food is unbelievable and the service and ambiance is unreal. We were served by Soyel. Couldn’t do enough his knowledge of the menu and his intent on making our visit special was unreal. If you want first class Indian food served in great location and to be spoilt by fantastic staff this is the place to go.

Came here for dinner and Soyel was absolutely amazing made us laugh all night. The food and atmosphere is really nice and the service top tier. If you are looking for good food and a good laugh come see Soyel.
