The best restaurants serving Asian food in Ladywood Birmingham West Midlands

El fin de semana pasado tuvimos una estancia de amigos, así que vine a reservar una mesa y Lisa explicó que era Año Nuevo chino y tenían un menú especial para toda la semana. Habíamos visitado 3 veces antes y nos encantaron los ingredientes frescos y la bienvenida amable de Lisa & Pann. Nuestros entrantes favoritos son los rollitos de primavera y el Karipap Pusing, pero para la red eléctrica mi hijo y mi marido siempre eligen su especial de fin de semana, pero mi favorito es el arroz frito con carne de cangrejo. Sin embargo no podía creer mi suerte ya que sería una comida realmente especial. Bueno, ciertamente no decepcionó. Había 5 entrantes pequeños y 5 platos principales para compartir más arroz. Todos nos encantó todo y fue un comienzo increíble para su fin de semana en Moseley. Sin duda voy a reservar en la mesa en el Año Nuevo Chino en 2026. I loooove Impression. The variety is amazing—you can do ramen, stir fry, dumplings, and any other thing you could be craving. They’re always so sweet, as far as service goes. I visit Birmingham once in a while and I go to Impression every time. Highly recommend the pork belly steamed buns. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

Excellent food that goes way beyond Bao from previous location they had. Really enjoyed a date night dinner here!

Absolutely top notch food served with precise attention to detail. Individual flavours are distinctive in plentiful proportions. I'd certainly recommend the ALOO GOSHT MIRCH to anyone. A suttle dish to begin with... tender Lamb and fresh potatoe that allows a kick of warmth to end this delight. It is slightly hot...but great! Quick service, and helpful staff. Cocktails are also splendid. The night starts well... and I'd look to book for next time, and very soon I feel.

Wow!! We called in here for lunch as neither of us had tried Vietnamese food before. We chose the small plates, the idea being like tapas. From the moment that we arrived the service was excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble. We ordered four plates and some egg fried rice. We were totally blown away by the food and I think I, certainly, will never look at Chinese food the same way again (it pales in comparison!). The food comprised some of the tastiest dishes I have ever tasted. Unbelievably delicious spare ribs, chicken drumsticks and crispy prawns. We weren't as enamoured with the bao bun but I would travel to Birmingham again (or further) for those spare ribs and prawns again! Amazing!

Very Friendly and good people's

This is the 2nd year I was visiting Birmingham, and Topokki. I absolutely loved their homemade food and ambiance, but this year I was highly disappointed by the staff. The waiter literally bullied a friend of mine when entering the restaurant to book a table and eat. We were so looking forward to it when the waiter just unwelcomed my veiled friend. "Are you aware all our meat is not Halal?" I will eat vegetarian. "All our food is cooked with alcohol!!!" 😳 Really?! All of it?! Edamame, gyozas and the rest of it! Come on! I still insisted to be seated because we are not to be bullied when walking into a restaurant but my friend felt unwelcome and left to find the Vietnamese round the corner welcoming us and being very friendly!

The place is closed. It’s another bar that isn’t registered on Google.

Omoh, Wagamama is always dope for me. But I had to wait longer to be served food. Maybe because of the time of the day, Kinda of noise.
