Pedro was my server and he was really nice and the service was great. he made sure we had a good time and attended to us in the nicest manner

Came for bottomless brunch, Pedro served us he kept us topped up he was so lovely!!

Ananda provided an excellent service, very friendly and helpful and always checked up if anything was needed, enjoyed the experience

Great food, great atmosphere and great staff. The staff were very attentive but not too in your face. Food was quick to arrive at the table. It tasted great. Nice setting and not a bad price considering we were in the middle of Birmingham.

Had such a lovely time at Siamais for dinner. Such a beautiful ambience, delicious food and amazing service from Gabriel, they were so helpful and attentive. We had the seafood platter for starter and it was divine.

Food here is amazing, just a little bit in the pricey side but going once in a blue moon doesn't make it all thay bad. Ambience is good and the service is great, they are really attentive. Book in advance as they do get busy and they do need a non refundable holding deposit.

First time visit and thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent food and service, good selection on menu to suit different tastes. Quiet but we ate early evening. Will definitely return.

I’ve visited Siamais over 3 times in the past and have always enjoyed it. visited last night with a friend and unfortunately we forgot to make a booking (rushing back from work) so we thought lets see if they will except walk-ins. Once we arrived there it was half empty in terms of seats. The front of house staff informed us its an hour wait. So I made a booking on open-table whilst we were waiting and lmthere were alot of bookings available- this would make sense as the restaurant had so many empty seats. Went back in and told them we made a booking. All to be told - it’s still an hour wait and that he was not honest about something - which was confusing. So we asked why there’s availability online but his system shows that theres no table available. Alot of back and forth. Just felt like he just didn’t want us to come in. So he asked us to wait at the bar for a table and “to see what he can do”. I wasn’t going anywhere as there would be a £20 hold as I made the booking online if i don’t turn up. The bar area had no seats at all. We sat on a normal table and after 2 minutes there was a table available miraculously. To sum up, very nasty front of house staff, condescending and I only put it down to discrimination. Waiting staff were lovely.

Reine was incredible and provided the best service to us. We had such a swell time, enjoyed the food, loved the ant and the bottomless drinks at brunch was so worth it!

I so wanted to love this place. Visited during lunch service and ordered from the Lunch Menu - 2 courses for £18.95 The venue is lovely looking, soft tones, nice seating… The first thing that got me a bit unhappy was the waitress. She was friendly but super slow and looked like she is elsewhere in her mind. It took a while for her to take my order and the place was literally empty (me and two other tables). I ordered Spring Rolls and Beef Pad Thai. The food arrived quickly BUT two small spring rolls per order were looking rather lost on the plate. The Pad Thai was decent flavour but again really small portion. Upon paying they charged 12% service charge which for the service was really inadequate and £1 for a charity donation. I asked why wasn’t I told about this and the waitress said “it is on every table… Just not on yours”… it wasn’t on any table during lunch service so I am suspicious what it actually was. I asked for it to be removed from my bill. Overall, not impressed. It’s a nice looking place with ok food and not impressive service. Can’t say I’d be rushing to visit again…

A really lovely restaurant, great decor and atmosphere. We were spoilt for choice despite needing lots of vegan options. Every dish was tasty, lots of fresh ingredients and amazing sauces. Our server, Reine, was great - welcoming, friendly and attentive. My mum wants to shout out the bubble bath non-alcoholic cocktail she had, she was delighted with how fun it was.

The food and cocktails are always wonderful. I've now tried all the mojitos and the expresso martini and highly recommend them

Disappointing - like ordinary Pub food! We were looking forward to experiencing this place with friends. Unfortunately very little about Siamais matched the lovely location in the beautiful part of Birmingham, the Oozells Square, and not to forget the friendly service. Starters - Soft shell Crab - hardly had any crab in it, was mostly fried batter. Salt & Chilli Prawns - was okay. Mains - none of the 4 Mains we ordered was memorable. 2 of us ordered Seabass with tamarind sauce but they only had 1 portion apparently which itself was disappointing at the start. I can’t understand why since we were the first customers for Sunday lunch. They served the second seabass steamed with a tamarind sauce on the side which looked unappetising and too sweet. Food seemed to be deep fried or steamed quickly and put together with a random thick sauce poured over it. Dessert - the only encouraging bit of the meal - Caramel Soufflé was absolutely delicious. Coffee - served luke warm. Had to request reheating. Table was not clean, seat covers stained and old - thankfully all elements that can be worked on and improved. Finally, places shouldn’t be adding extras in the customer’s bill without their consent. It is unacceptable to snuck in extra costs on to the bill even if it is for charity!

The food was mediocre for the price we paid, and the service was disappointing. We were not informed that our table was only available for 1 hour and 30 minutes. When we tried to order desserts at the 1-hour 15-minute mark, we were refused because they were too busy and needed the table back. Although the manager later offered the desserts, the poor service had already left a bad impression!

Went for valentines tonight, put us right next to the door which we were freezing all night, the waitress who served us was friendly, however she didn’t have any knowledge on drinks/food and seemed really confused at requests, maybe not her fault if the restaurant hasn’t up-skilled her, also forgot our jug of water, she did say she was new so was a bit slow, why put a new staff member on a Friday night when it’s busy due to being Valentines? Food was nice but the website is so confusing which I explained this to the manager that their website for the valentines menu states “sharing menu for 2” and then underneath gives you the price of £60, we clarified this with a waiter before we ordered and he said yes it’s £60 when we asked if it was for a couple, I’m unsure if he was confused but we got charged double then what we thought plus they added £40 extra tip to the bill without asking, I asked for this to be removed which they did, I found this to be cheeky to even ask as we aren’t in the US! Manager didn’t offer no solution and didn’t care when we told him about the waiter telling us £60 for a couple and we had no choice but to pay ,no reasoning at all for their misunderstanding. Not worth the money at all and will not be returning, service was disgusting. If you want a nice restaurant I recommend TATTU, there prices are displayed correctly as well! How hard is it to just put “per person” on the website or menu?

Very average and set menu on valentine's night very limited with no prior mention of this!!! The first waiter eventually came over and just stood there , when I looked at him rather than ask if we would perhaps like a drink just looked back at me and said are you okay sir (retraining needed immediately) now considering I couldn't have what I really wanted to have this evening and the fact that the management have clearly drawn up these set menus as a very overpriced and lazy money trap, I will never return. But hey guys reading this review please make up your own minds , there are way better restaurants!!!

She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. It’s rare to find such exceptional service, and Kelis made our brunch unforgettable. You can tell he’s passionate about his craft and genuinely cares about providing top-notch service. Whether it’s a busy night or a quiet evening, Daniel ensures every customer feels valued. Highly recommend stopping by and letting him mix you a drink – you won’t be disappointed!

Arrived on a weekday where it was relatively quiet. Food was fine - nothing special, staff were miserable, not once did any of them smile - the manager in the suit could have made a little more effort, it felt like he didn’t want to be there. Even though the restaurant was empty the manager wouldn’t let me sit on a lager table that was slightly in the corner as I was a solo diner. Instead I was placed right in the middle which I wasn’t really comfortable with. I was charged a service charge for someone bringing me food - there was no service that warranted the charge. They also apply a charity donation that they do not make you aware of but add to your bill - very very cheeky for an establishment who also charge for service (giving barely any service) and overpriced food.

We attended Siamais Bottomless Brunch today and Ashanti made our experience unforgettable. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and ensured we were well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Her warm and friendly personality created a wonderful atmosphere, and she really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Ashanti truly deserves a pay rise or a promotion for her exceptional service! Highly recommend both the brunch and her fantastic hospitality!

We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and were seated quickly and looked after well throughout the evening. Authentic Thai cuisine and believe me because I’m Thai and not related to anyone working here. We enjoyed all the dishes and desserts. Would definitely come back again when in Birmingham.

Went for the first time and everything was perfect from the interior, customer service and the food 😘 🤌🏾 We were served by the lovely Gabriel who made us feel comfortable and welcomed! I highly recommend the seafood platter if you are a seafood lover like us! We will definitely be back!

Everything was great, food, service and atmosphere. The only thing to watch out for is the service charge which you can ask to remove and pay separately, were were told a few tall tales about it not being a part of the total but the maths was not correct based on the fact we only booked the bottomless brunch which is not for only brunch time. The place is great for starting out the night. Apart from the minor issue with the bill the team were great, they advised us drinks will only come put once the previous is finished. Our time was only booked for 1.5 hours when we assumed 2 so drinking quickly is required. Cost was fair and anything outside of the brunch is to be paid separately. The food was tasty and the drinks were made nicely.

Siamais is an absolute gem! The food was exceptionally good, and every dish we tried was bursting with authentic Thai flavors. The service was fast and super friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The Drunken Noodles and Massaman Chicken Curry were simply outstanding—perfectly balanced, rich, and flavorful. To top it all off, the Mango Thai Dessert was a delight; truly mouth-smacking! I would highly recommend Siamais to anyone in Birmingham looking for the best Thai delicacies. I'm not a fan of thai food, but this was delicious! We asked for the curries to be spicy and they added spice without it overpowering the flavour. The curries were rich and warming, cocktails were great and friendly and helpful service.

Lovely food and excellent service from Kelis

I had a lovely time at this restaurant. The atmosphere, vibes and food were brilliant. My server for the night was Reine, and she was simply amazing. She gladly answered any questions that I had about the menu, etc, and also provided me with useful information about the Birmingham nightlife scene (it’s my first time in the city, so I appreciate it!). Kudos to Reine for her fantastic work ethic and dedication. She is a credit to her profession. I will definitely be back again soon!

Well well well, what can I say about this place. First and foremost the service was immaculate - GABRIEL looked after us like we were kings and queens. It literally made our whole day and is the main reasons will be a returning. Secondly the quality of the food and VALUE FOR MONEY. Also big shoutout to PEDRO who I noticed was a quiet workhorse who I think people wouldn’t notice but it very very important to the success of a 10/10 bottomless brunch
