We look forward to our visits to Asia Asia foodhall to eat from Bangkok Cafe. The taste and quality of food is better than any Thai restaurant. We are regulars here and enjoy every visit. Thank you for the best green curry and papaya salad in Midlands!!

So pleased that somewhere like this has arrived in Birmingham. Genuine Thai food cooked and served completely fresh. Best Thai food we have had outside of Thailand. Includes some specialities from Issan region which is a really special find outside of the country!

Great informal eating in a South East Asian style food court next to Bullring and the markets. At Bangkok Cafe then everything seems good and of course tastes good as well - even the 'non-Thai' offerings such as Singapore Fried Rice. Friendly and smiling staff as well - even at busy times.

The bangkok cafe is one of several kitchens in the asia asia food fall. They serve authentic thai food much closer to what you get in thailand than other thai places in birmingham and it's really tasty at a very good price. The open seating area shared by all the kitchens has a fun atmosphere and bar is well stocked. I love coming here and will visit again and try it's neighbours too

Amazing value and authentic Thai food based in The Asia Asia food complex facing Edgbaston Street car park. We had three dishes a king prawn Panang, chicken Massaman and a King Prawn Pad Thai all fresh, flavourful and authentic. It's the best Thai food in Birmingham. Total bill £25.95... Tip you have to purchase a card on the first floor to get credit to eat at any of the eateries. Bad area on first floor also. The Bangkok Cafe is on the second floor.

This Thai gem is part of Asia Asia food hall, a place that I'll be going to a lot!!! I had the Laos version of the teen Papaya Salad and the friendly woman asked me if hot was ok. It was and it was hot!!! And sooooo good. I've never tasted a papaya salad that good. Go! Quickly! You'll want everything on the menu. I do.

Really not sure what's happened to Tiger Bites Pig since their move. Let's start with the good. The beef shin and salted egg yolk bao still slaps! The white cut poached chicken bao is served with a gargantuan amount of delicious chicken. Now for the bad. The ordering system sucks. Paid up via the QR code and zero notification from the app that our order was made. Sat at the pass not a single "hello" or "what are you ordering?" from the chefs, didn't see the front of house lady til service bell was rang by the chef once I'd asked have you got our order. How is it possible for your chefs to be so engrossed in prep, texting, and frequently walking to the fridge next to the pass to not even acknowledge the only two people sat there? Why were your chefs using bottles of D10 surface spray to weigh down raw meat in marinade? Why were your chefs using blue roll to clean your cured egg yolks? Why did your chef shurg at my girlfriend when he dropped uncooked rice on the floor? Why is your front of house only positioned to work upstairs? Why did your chefs work with buckets of raw meat next to cooked meat that they were chopping to serve? Why is it only QR code order when you have front of house staff and the payment app isn't playing ball? You guys used to be class down by New Street, I even bought your tshirt during lockdown as I wanted to help keep you going. I know it's a new move and you're finding your feet, but step it up please!

Just by living 30-40 minutes away, you can reheat and still enjoy the food without the texture loosing it’s place, why complain about it? This would be my main typical junk food from now on, no more blunted lazy and unbothered fast food restaurants to even go near by.

This was my first time ordering takeaway from this restaurant, and I was quite pleased with the experience. I discovered that Sylvia provided exceptional service—she was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu. I would definitely rate her service as five stars!
