I would recommend anyone to avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your monies . Everything is just so basic with a very slow service , we had 2 waffles they were really bland and 2 mock-tails ( the pina colada has an awful taste they barely know to mix ingredients to provide a decent drink , took ages to arrive after we had at the waffles ) there were 4 girls working there, you could see that they were so fed up of serving customers no working mood whatsoever , messy environment not clean and tidy at all ) . Never again !

Booked this through Buyagift, really easy to book, lovely restaurant and food. The only downside is the £15 service charge that is added to you bill at the end 🙄

I had a wonderful night here last night. Really good live music downstairs and then an amazing DJ upstairs. Our group had planned to leave after the live music but the DJ was just to good, he kept us all dancing. First ever visit, it won't be the last.

I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys, thanks to the exceptional service from Mohammed I. He helped me choose the perfect items that fit my dietary requirements, and I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail. Mohammed I. was incredibly friendly, and I noticed the entire staff was just as kind and welcoming to all the customers. The venue is spacious and comfortable, with generous portion sizes that leave you satisfied. Plus, they offer free peanuts, which is a nice bonus! Visited twice in two weeks. Given that the steak was very tasty, on the first visit, it was barely warm. The sauce and chips weren't much better. On the second visit, there was a slight improvement for the whole meal. My main issue was that I don't understand why they serve hot food on cold plates. Once the meal is ready, get it to the customer asap.

Absolutely great, burgers from another planet and the most polite staff who were very accommodating despite being busy.

I believe that the venue doubles up as a lunchtime cafe (when I visited) and as a bar for the Symphony Hall evening performances. Light and airy with efficient friendly service and some local specialities such as the Birmingham bacon cakes as seen in the BBC Hairy Bikers programme. Mostly tables and chairs, with some fairly uncomfortable seating at small booths - thankfully these had ordinary chairs as well as the booth style. There are short lunchtime concerts through the summer - on my visit for 20 minutes - which appear to be very popular

We called in around 6.30 on a Monday evening without a booking. They fitted us in and it got really busy. The food was good and the service was nice and friendly, the only let-down was that it didn`t have much of a vibe
