Very good food, well cooked and the atmosphere was wonderful. Would love to come here again, and I must say the waiters were truly wonderful with their service.

Alison was the loveliest server ever. Made the experience wonderful!

As usual food was delicious. We chose the sunday set menu but my favourite dessert was not listed. Thankfully, after speaking with staff they were more than willing to accommodate and allow us to swap. Thanks again Alex! We will definitely be returning.

Went for lunch. Managed to get a table without a booking, but would recommend that you do book as it was busy. Excellent service from Amber who was very attentive and made sure everything was covered - great work. Food was very nice and definitely good value (we had the fixed price 2 courses lunch menu)

I went there with my family on Mother's Day. The meat was delicious. There were different sauces and side dishes to choose from so I could eat it however I wanted.

Came in on a Monday evening. Was served by Aaliyah who was so lovely, very polite, and gave us great advice about the food and the cocktails. We had the offer of Steak and Cocktail which was good value for money. Food was lovely. To finish off we at the chocolate sharer.

We were served by Raj a great guy very friendly and helpful a great asset to the restaurant. We both started with mushrooms covered with cheese, very tasty. Then we had lamb excellent and perfectly cooked, complements to the chef's. I definitely recommend a visit.

Amazing service from Alex today. We were a group walk in of 7, we were made to feel very welcome. Alex told us the best item to choose and the kitchen also suit me needs by changing a few items. Steak was great. All the door are a little to squeaky to my liking, but with a bit of WD40, it would not stop me from telling all my friends and family about this place. Thank you ❤️

Came in as part of a wedding celebration .. our server Raj was amazing - very attentive, polite and charismatic. The food was really good and great value for money! Also thank you for the manager for the free bottle of Prosecco on arrival.

As a regular customer who has celebrated several significant occasions at your establishment, I expected a higher standard of service. During my visit, I ordered two wedges but received only one. My partner had to request hers separately, and the response was a simple apology for the oversight. Additionally, I ordered a medium rare ribeye steak, but I was served a well-done steak instead. When I requested a replacement, I was assured it would be addressed. However, the manager approached me, insisting that the steak was medium rare and that I was wrong. I clarified that I wanted it medium rare, like my partner's, but the manager huffed and walked away , stating she would prepare a rare one instead which we did not ask for . Ultimately, I received a rare steak. Furthermore, my partner ordered a peppercorn sauce, which was delivered only after she had finished her meal. Absolutely shocking service and rude staff.

Coming to M&C Birmingham was a great experiences. Alex attended to us and he was the best Waiter ever. He had a great smile, very courteous and respectful. Though the food was great, Alex made our experience very special and pleasant.

All of the staff were amazing The bartender Amy made me and my parter lovely cocktails and our server grace was very attentive and entertaining and beautiful and which made our experience more enjoyable. Could not recommend the steaks and cocktails more.

Visited with a group of approx 20 people, a few of the meals were cold and had to be returned. They bought all mains out then the sides which meant we either ate the mains before the sides or our mains were cold by the time they got the sides out.

Visited early on a Friday evening with my son before an event nearby. Staff were friendly and attentive, taking our order promptly and checking periodically with us that everything was OK, despite the place seeming fairly busy. Food was really good, and the young persons menu was good value. They are clearly aiming for a higher standard than a lot of chain restaurants, but we still felt relaxed. Would visit again.

Este restaurante está justo al lado del buzón, nos recibieron con una sonrisa y nos mostraron a nuestra mesa, nos atendió Raj un gran tipo muy amable y servicial, nos recordó de nuestra última visita. Tuvimos Calamari seguido de ron de cordero ambos cocinados perfectamente y excelente y muy sabroso, otra excelente noche. Sin duda volveremos, recomiendo encarecidamente una visita.

Really enjoyed the aged beef steak here, it was yummy. The set meal to me was more worth it, we could select more. Meats were cooked well, seafood was also done well, desserts were a little too overly sweet. Environment is nice and comfy, lighting is abit too dark, people are quite rowdy, but overall it’s nice.

Steaks were cooked to perfection. The butchers block was to die for. Service was on point and fast 5*****

Starter was nice, however, they completely ruined the steak. I ordered medium and the thing arrived beyond rare. What awards did they win for that? because I wouldn't even award them a Blue Peter badge. The guy offered to cook it more, which meant when it was returned to me it was tougher than a boot from Chernobyl. I spoke to the manager and he didn't seem too bothered tbh, like it was my fault the chef can't cook! You charge that much for steak...get it right. Thoroughly disappointed with the service and the steak and it ruined my evening tbh. Thanks for ruining the night.
