Little Dessert Shop in Birmingham

I would recommend anyone to avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your monies . Everything is just so basic with a very slow service , we had 2 waffles they were really bland and 2 mock-tails ( the pina colada has an awful taste they barely know to mix ingredients to provide a decent drink , took ages to arrive after we had at the waffles ) there were 4 girls working there, you could see that they were so fed up of serving customers no working mood whatsoever , messy environment not clean and tidy at all ) . Never again !

Nutella & Strawberry Pancakes were amazing , so fluffy and tasty. Cold drink hit the spot with the dessert. Came from London for few days and tried this place and loved it! :)

Absolutely disgusting place I seen rats in the kitchen. I’m pretty sure I seen hair in my dessert (milkshake).the staff was absolutely rude to me and my business partner absolutely disgusting place don’t come here has no hygiene what so ever.

Awful service, staff are very unfriendly and rude they could do with cracking a smile once in a while and not throwing plates and cutlery down on the table without a word. Unorganised and our food took a very long time to arrive with all the things coming at different times and cold. Staff were very rude. Would NOT return.

2nd time been here in kingsheath high street birmingham. Thought I will give them a 2nd chance again but they failed again having nothing on there menu available which these guys are famous for. Ordered a Spanish latte which again was not available on their menu. Also dirty knife and mint to with no spoon.

The food was horrible and the staff no form of training it is the worst place of ever been to I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to eat from there

Awful desserts & customer service. Ordered 2 sundaes - the ice cream in both tasted completely off, they were inedible. We raised this with the staff who agreed refund us but then another member of staff refused a refund despite us being unable to eat the full dessert. Never asked for a refund from a restaurant before - that's how bad it was - and yet they refused despite serving us ice cream that tasted of chemicals. Don't waste your money.

The food is excellent and really tasty but the service is just awful. Ordered a tea came with no spoon, was trying to get the staff attention and nobody came so i used the back of my plastic spoon that was meant for the cake to stir my tea. My friend got waffles and the waitress came with the cutlery and literally dropped it on the table as if saying ‘there’. Then we had no napkins, it’s a desert place you would think that’s something you don’t need to ask. So I went to the till and ask for some napkins. Was given a single napkin like really? I couldn’t even be bothered at this point so just split the napkin into two pieces. The food is really good it’s a shame the service was poor I’m not asking for a 5 star service but just common sense.

Went for afternoon tea and it was amazing. Loads of fresh food. So much we had to take some home. Nice and clean seating area and friendly staff

Always ordered from little dessert shop and they have been good. Always got our order right and a friendly bunch of staff. Highly recommend

had to call up at the hour and half point, told that my food was on its way, called back 20 mins after, told to wait another 10 mins. . Way to late to eat asked for a refund, was told they would bring cash to my door tomorrow, unlikely to see it as this was the exact same thing that they said the last time. This it the 3rd time the exact same thing has happened No idea why we did this again, at this it’s more of a scam than a food place at this point.

The staff were too busy talking instead of coming over to sit us down, I ordered my dessert and then come over and apologised and said we hadn't got any and was told to choose another, then they came again saying we hadn't got that one either. Surely it's not that hard to see what's available and what's not? The place isn't that big either. The cake that was then eventually brought over was really nice. However, there were dirty plates left and we were just magically supposed to know where to get the cutlery from. Definitely won't be back.

Although I have not eaten in this restaurant, I have walked past it a few times, On Saturday, I was walking past about 12pm and saw a mouse run across the floor towards the kitchen!! It is an absolute disgrace!! I would avoid this place!!!

Read the reviews and while I staying in Solihull for a few days decided to try. Wished I hadn't. Poor staff whose only effort was to hand us a menu and that was it. We had queries about the menu and had to go to the till where an extremely uninterested person said yeah you can have an ice cream only if you want. So we ordered two. Two scoops of ice cream costing £9.00. Arrived 10 minutes later in a glass bowl, half of the cream falling outside the bowl no decoration no wafer no nothing. The ice cream was full of ice bits so it had probably be refrozen at some point in time and we had to ask for utensils to eat this with.

Amazing ice cream and great value! There had a wide variety of flavours and staff were helpful ! Would highly recommend.

Visited for my daughters birthday she was very excited! To be honest it was so underwhelming considering how many people rave about it! The staff were meh i double booked by mistake and they just looked at me gone out when i tried to explain my mistake all i got was just take a seat LOL! 2 young girls one was ok the other prob needs to give her head a wobble! We ordered the dessert box with sauces! All i got was its prob not in stock i think weve ran out of boxes!
