Five Guys in Birmingham

[Previously] One of my favourite places for a great burger & shake!🫨 I couldn’t eat it all in one go, the reheated leftovers were so…. Yummy 🤤 [Edit] Everything present and correct, all the flavours outstanding and working in tandem with one another. Sensational, down to every last bite. Thank you :) keep it up

Ordered a veggie sandwich where half the filling fell out. Not enjoyable to eat.

My daughter was part of a class of 7 year olds who had been let down by a local site for their class trip and were left with no trip destination. Their teacher came to your restaurant and asked if you would allow them to eat their packed lunches in the warm of your restaurant for only 20-30 mins, bearing in mind this was at around 11am so it's not like it was the lunchtime rush. You turned them away, which I find absolutely disgusting. I already thought you were just an massively overpriced basic burger chain, but you're lower than that. McDonald's or Burger King would've allowed them in 100%. You should be ashamed of yourselves both individually and as a business

Five guys is pleasingly consistent.

I ordered a burger with no cheese and although I should’ve checked in store, I got home to find out there was cheese. Due to an intolerance I could not eat it. I phone the restaurant and luckily kristina answered and got my problem fully sorted with a great attitude and service

chips were cold and milk shake didn't get delivered. My burger had mushrooms in it and I didn't ask for them. Overall mediocre

Went with friends after going to the theatre, bacon was as hard as a rock couldn't eat it, can't give any rating for service as there isn't any, place was almost empty and they don't do table service when eating in, they just shout, it may be suitable for others, but certainly not for me.

this order was 3 hours late, I did not accept the food when it arrived as it had been 3 hours and I had made other arrangements for dinner. I would like to have a full refund including the 30.00 credit that I used to make this order please. the communication on the app was poor, it stated order was being prepared when I called the restaurant they said they believed it had already been made and picked up, however the food didn't arrive for another 1hr and 20 mins approximately.

It is the cleanest Five Guys I have ever seen. The taste was so good but the price was slightly expensive. We enjoyed our experience though.

Friendly staff, quick service. Food is quite expensive, but tastes great. Clean and tidy, toilets were also clean. It was quiet when we visited only a few customers inside, though I imagine it gets a lot busier. Lots of seating available. Nice atmosphere. In a good location. Great.

Order was on time, hot and and as ordered, (apart from one hot dog that didn’t have ketchup on as ordered but that’s no problem as we had ketchup here!) all in all spot on!

I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys, thanks to the exceptional service from Mohammed I. He helped me choose the perfect items that fit my dietary requirements, and I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail. Mohammed I. was incredibly friendly, and I noticed the entire staff was just as kind and welcoming to all the customers. The venue is spacious and comfortable, with generous portion sizes that leave you satisfied. Plus, they offer free peanuts, which is a nice bonus! I highly recommend this location for the excellent service, great food, and welcoming atmosphere! Thank you Mohammed I.

First class service fantastic food

I mean, when you’ve just had the worse drive of your life, because the city itself is the worse place I’ve driven too, we were off to see a show at NEC / Utilitia, you just want food. We thought five guys, quick easy whatever. For 2 burgers,2 drinks and fries I paid a small mortgage (£40 plus) We were served in the bluntest way possible “what do you want” Then as we are looking what topping “TOPPINGS” Like we now my friend, want to pipe down , thanks , in the end because of how rushed and awkward, my partner said just order the exact same for me , so I don’t even know if that’s what he wanted. Very quiet no customers, yeah I know why now. I mean food is food we ate we paid we left, never to return.

This place is terrible. A couple of months ago I had burger from here due to my craving and ended up with intestine infection, cramp, diarrhea, nausea and stomach pain and lots of medicine plus GP appointments. I barely recovered in 10 days. It was all caused from the burger. I stopped eating from here but my husband bought two beef hot dogs from the same place last night as we just came back from the holiday and no food at home. He just got same symptoms and he is in very poor condition in the bed and he cant even eat. He has been vomitting. It’s terrible here and not hygienic at all. So I do not recommend at all.

Best chain restaurant bacon cheeseburger 🍔, recommend asking for the burger to have "all the way toppings" and hot sauce, cajun fries are good enough

i just order from mango milkshakes from uber eats taste was not good its just like we are drinking water with ice and one cup in just half filled

Went in tonight on 17th August. Was served by the beautiful women christina if I'm not wrong. Brilliant service and customer service. Very happy customer and will come back.

Ordered on uber eats and even if the courier came 5 minutes earlier the food was cold . Very disappointing when you hungry and see this

The staff's professional response was good, and most of all, the burger was very delicious. And this was my first time seeing the overflowing French fries that I had only heard about. Even if I ordered the small size, the portion was really large. Personally, the combination of Little Cheese Bacon Burger + Peanut Butter Milkshake + Little Fries was very good.

A little bit of a wait for food but it did seem like they may have been short staffed so considering that, the wait wasn't too bad. Very friendly staff and they apologised for the wait. We all enjoyed the food.

The staff were lovely but the food is not worth the amount they charge. There were loads of tiny fruit flies all over the place. They kept landing on our food. Something must be rotting somewhere for there to be so many tiny flies. There was no real atmosphere at all. We just wanted to get out of there ASAP.

Awful food, cold limp fries just thrown in a bag. The hotdog isn't beef it's a processed hotdog you would buy in a tin. It was half wrapped and soggy! First and last time I'll order from Five Guys! Just awful and not worth the cost!

I had the cheeseburger all the way, while my partner had the little cheesburger lettuce wrapped with large cajun fries to share , and as always we were not disappointed. 5* all the way No changes to my opinion

Forgot to take pictures. My other half had never had a five guys. We both had a hot dog, and both style of fries, he loved the food and I again loved it. Definitely value for money, great friendly service also.

This is one of my worst experience in five guys. Horrible taste with my Bacon cheeseburger. The Burger just kept falling apart while I was eating coz the Burger wasn't even assembled properly. The meat tasted like my uncle's shoe, old and dry, and smelled a bit weird. That Burger I'm sure wasn't made to order since how bad the texture it was. The cheese wasn't even melted in my cheeseburger and it came cold. I swear if I've ordered more chips the US is going to declare war on me. Every single fry was soggy and soaked in oil. Some of the fries were not even salted. Given I've paid for my food here, I expected some quality food. Yet, I'm greeted with pig slop that has been in the oil tank for decades. Do not recommend.

First time in a Five Guys tonight. The burger was excellent and the topping choices made it very customisable. I was warned you got a lot of fries ... But I didn't listen and went large. I have as many fries left over now I have finished as I have eaten. I went for the spicy and they were quite hot (more than anticipated) and very filling. Drink is very expensive, but you get free refills. You really need to get a refill to make it any sort of value. Overall it is expensive for what you get, but the food is good. Maybe do it for a treat occasionally.

Until O.P.M. opened it was the best sit down place to eat a burger in Brum. At the time of writing this it's probably 3rd or 4th.

First time at a Five Guys. Food is expensive but you do get loads of Fries. Staff and environment really nice and corporate

One drink missing from the order

Bacon cheese burger was delicious. Just what I wanted, tasty, cheesy, and ultimately, very satisfying. Had some of my mates fries, they were decent too. It's definitely not cheap but I really enjoyed it.

The peanuts at the beginning.... Very Good Burger I recommend the experience.... and the potatoes 👍👍👍

Left our drinks we didn’t recieve them. Meant to have 2 Dr peppers. Chips were stone cold and driver didn’t come to the right collection point. Disappointed.

A really good place, clean and tidy and the food is of highest standard and excellent customer service from Rob who took the time to talk about his work which he is very good at.

Great 5 guys standard food, the place was immaculately clean through out and the staff were really friendly and made the experience stand out from the usual. If the staff read this I was the bloke who brought his own hot sauce.

Food and service was brilliant! I'm a slow eater but I devoured my burger in 5 minutes. Easily the best burger I ever had. You were able to customise your burger and add the perfect toppings for you! Person taking orders was nice and made sure everything would be perfect for us. The bacon was too crispy, like crackling and it was have been better with paper plates. There was a security guard which made me feel less welcome but it was brilliant 😊

Great food served while lovely and warm!

They mess up my food without fail every time. It's gotten so bad, im just going to stop ordering. The uber driver took the wrong food, but when we called up to explain the situation she kept insisting that my food would be with him. It wasn't with the driver because I checked with him - the driver made a mistake of thinking two bags was two orders, but actually one order was in two bags. In other words the driver never picked up my bag - but would the representative at five guy's listen when we called up and tried to explain? No just kept repeating the same again and again your driver has your food - he doesn't have the food because I checked - just reading from a script like a parrot shoddy customer service. Heads up if you want your food on time and the right order - DO NOT order from here every single time they will mess it up trust me. On previous orders they get wrong items (which cannot be blamed on the driver). The fries are also always cold and it takes ages for the food to come. Really poor customer service!

Food is cold the chips are hard 😫 how am I supposed to eat it

Wanted a quick burger before a concert. Had to wait twenty minutes to get food as delivery services were before. More a fast food depot for delivery rather than restaurant. Many people waiting and frustrated.

Visited this one for the first time for quick lunch. The service was fantastic- friendly young lady on the till. Food was fresh and tasty and those monkey nuts are just the icing on the top

I didn’t get my order??? Why is it delivered?

Order was delayed by over an hour and arrived by bicycle so by the time it arrived was stone cold. Expect it to at least arrive hot when paying the price for five guys

What can I say? Yet another typical Five Guys shop serving the same food in the same standard. You get the same burger and you get the same extra scoop of fries, and same tasty toasted peanut free of charge.

I really love it. It was my first time at five guys, and I enjoyed the meal. I like how you can easily pick what goes on your burgers, and the milkshake was deliciousssss. You can have different things in your milkshake also. The environment was neat and quiet, and the staff were really friendly.

We come here before movie. The restaurant is a mass. The burger is great but it is challenging the definition of fast food cos we waiting 20mins so my film is already started. After that I find they forgot my beer

Visited last night with my son. The place was a complete mess! The poor staff were so short in number. A few tables were occupied but almost all of the others were full of rubbish. I had to clear one myself. The floor behind the counter was a disgrace. Burger came without the ordered salad and Luke warm chips dumped over the top into the bag. Accompaniment of a load of surly Just Eat delivery men hanging about. Cold. Slow. And filthy. £15-18 a head is expensive . Could learn a lot from their famous competitors who are superior in every way. Apart from serving beer !

We really like the veggie burger, and it is our go-to since that's the only vegetarian burger on the menu. Also, their milkshakes and Cajun fries are just FABBB, out of the world. I have never tried such tasty and flavourful milkshakes earlier.

Delivery man was really nice and patient

The fact that the delivery came on time but the order was freezing cold is baffling. Taste like my food had been sat there for 10 minutes!!!

First time I've had five guys and been still hungry. Got the little fries because the portions are usually good, got half a cup of fries. If I'd known I would have gotten the bigger size. Guy serving did not say a single word to me. Just stared at me waiting for me to order. Literally, not a single word. Weirdest interaction I've ever had at any food place.

Half of the Chips were dumped into a paper bag, if I ordered 2 regular chips and 2 plain chips they should be put in separate containers..
