Our server Agnes was excellent! Very attentive and great knowledge of the dishes

I recently went for a bottomless brunch, and it was absolutely wonderful. The cocktails were fantastic, and the food was delightful. Grayce provided some of the best service I've ever had. She was always available to refill our cocktails and made sure our experience was enjoyable. Truly, she was the highlight of our visit! Amazing job, Grayce - keep it up!

Slightly to loud. My husband is slightly deaf so felt like I was shouting. That aside it was very vibrant, lovely decor. Will definitely come again.

The pasta and the Cesar salad was good, the Tiramisu was delicious,and best which I had tried. The server Agenes guide us and serve well & friendly.

I loved the service it was perfecto miso and the food tells another story it was excelente especially the kids brownie and I also want to give some feedback on Maria thank you for always informing us about my pizza and she also delivered it in a decent time and also I want to recommend the big fake but beautiful olive tree plus the cafe looks exotic when you enter and I would totally say that if you come here you will have an amazing experience.

Sadly the evening was disturbed by an extremely noisy table next to us. Shame, as the food and service were super.

The food was good but I thought it was over seasoned. Paulina, our waitress was lovely. Perfect balance of friendly engagement with letting us get on with our own party. Good sized portions. Overall, a very pleasant weekday business dinner.

I think it is taken by reservation but they had availability around 20.30 on weekdays so we didn't wait. We ordered calamari, tartar, pizza, hummus (a bit salty in my opinion), cheese filled ravioli, dough petal. All of them were very tasty. The blonde woman who took care of us was very sweet and helpful. We told her we don't consume pork products and they helped.

I was surprised how quiet it was for bank holiday! I've had a lovely and romantic evening with my partner. The food was divine and the staff were attentive and polite. I really enjoyed myself, thankyou for the lovely meal!

Went yesterday for my 40th birthday for a bottomless brunch. The staff were Amazing. Ben the manager on the day and Paulina our waitress were brilliant. I’m quite fussy as I have a restrictive diet but they went above and beyond for us. The food was exceptional as were the drinks. Nothing was too much effort for them. I’ve been going to this restaurant for a long time and have never had a bad meal. Highly recommend

Great restaurant and food. Staff were very professional, we were served by Agnes who was a complement to the restaurant. It was very busy when we visited (and noisy), do definitely worth booking in advance!

We visited Gusto for Valentine's Day and had an absolutely amazing meal. As a vegan, I was thrilled to have my first ever vegan steak—it was utterly fantastic and presented so beautifully. Every detail of the meal felt special, and the quality was outstanding. The staff were brilliant too—so friendly, kind, and welcoming, which really made the evening even more memorable. I honestly can't wait to come back again. Thank you, Gusto, for such a wonderful experience.

Visitado ayer en un día libre raro. El vino era un poco ‘gasto’ con una Rose de la casa a £ 35 la botella, pero dado que es una ubicación premium, ¡acerta! Aparte de eso, la comida era deliciosa, porciones generosas, de sabor muy fresco y de alta calidad. El servicio fue genial, muy amable y cálido y altamente profesional, realmente lo disfruté y sin duda volvería.

Terrible experience. Came here to celebrate a birthday and was met with awful service — completely ruined the mood. Food was disgustingly salty. Never coming back and strongly advise others to stay away.

We were looking for a restaurant with a varied menu and a peaceful ambiance. We found that at Gusto, and even more. Not only was the food absolutely delicious and the wine list excellent, but we were also extremely pleased with our waitress, Louise. We asked if we could dine at a slower pace with more time between courses, and this was no problem for her at all. She allowed us to set the pace ourselves. We were given all the time we needed, and she kept a discreet eye on us without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

Buscábamos un restaurante con una carta variada y un ambiente tranquilo, y Gusto superó todas nuestras expectativas. El atún rojo fue uno de los mejores que he probado, y la carta de vinos fue excelente. Nuestra camarera, Louise, hizo que la velada fuera verdaderamente especial al permitirnos marcar un ritmo relajado entre los cuatro platos, sin hacernos sentir nunca apresurados. Su equilibrio perfecto de atención y discreción nos hizo sentir completamente a gusto. Fue una velada maravillosa que recordaremos con cariño.

Me reuní con amigos para almorzar, los cócteles eran agradables y los pétalos de masa estaban deliciosos, aunque la mantequilla parecía congelada. La lasaña era mucha salsa y no mucho contenido alguien con un apetito decente se decepcionaría. El cerdo tirado especial estaba delicioso. El servicio era decente.

Possibly the worst place we have ever eaten! Service was absolutely shocking. We were left at the front of the restaurant waiting to be seated for 10 minutes. 30 minutes we waited to order starters, the starters arrived and were finished before our drinks. Waited almost an hour for our mains, and the carbonara was inedible. I advised a member of staff of this and she simply advised that it is made the ‘traditional’ Italian way. I’m fairly sure Italians do not like to eat pasta so dry that they actually struggle to swallow it! Very poor food, even worse service!

The place, food, and staff were all nice. But there's a HUGE DOWNSIDE, which is that everything you order, even as little as a dessert, takes so long forever. At the moment, I'm waiting on my dessert, whilst also I waited about an hour for the food, I'm so disappointed that I don't want my dessert anymore and just wanna pay the bill and get out of this place. Will never return, will never recommend.

Gusto is a lovely place, Grayce our waitress was accommodating and approachable, food was delicious as were drinks, the only downside to our experience is it was a bottomless brunch but we didn’t get to order that many drinks in the hour and a half sitting. Other than that, fab!

Had a wonderful time there for my birthday! Grayce was absolutely fantastic, it was an incredibly busy Saturday but at no point did she ever rush us. Thank you so much Grayce!

We booked for an 8.45pm sitting, the place was still full and had plenty of atmosphere. Food was amazing and our waitress was very attentive and happy.

Thanks to Agnes for her great service. We visited at a really busy time which showed a little in the time things took, and slightly noisy vibe. But I'd happily eat there again.

This restaurant is a lovely date venue and the food here is worth returning for! We had a wonderfully friendly lady called Agnes help us out today! We had a good laugh with her!

Estaba cenando solo y sentía que nunca habían tenido una cena sola antes. La persona que me saludaba en el escritorio me preguntó “¿estoy en lo cierto?” como si fuera raro. Luego me colocaron en una mesa grande para 4 personas que estaba limpia de todos los cubiertos, excepto el mío, para enfatizar en gran medida mi soledad. Esperaba que las luces se atenuaran y que un foco se centrara en mí. Me siento cómodo cenando solo, pero otros podrían haberse sentido bastante incómodos. La comida estaba bien, nada especial. El entrante de arancini estaba claramente frito y sabroso crujiente y aceitoso. La principal (lubina) estaba bien, pero de nuevo bastante aceitoso. Habrá mejores lugares para ir, pero elegí un nombre que conocía pero que desearía no haber conocido.

Grayce was a complete superstar. Very attentive and professional. The only downside was that the restaurant was very noisy.

I attended for a work meeting. Notably Agnes was a fantastic waitress. She was very attentive to the group, always checking we had drinks, but also very quietly so as not to disturb the presentation. The service was great. Food was delicious. Loved the atmosphere of the meeting room.

Our waitress AGNES was excellent. Prompt at taking orders. Pleasant. Food arrived swiftly. My wife’s bruschetta was good. Dough on my pizza was a bit rubbery. Prices not cheap but I suppose par for city centre. Wood panelled walls - looked nice but contributed to it being a bit noisy.

Great restaurant, very busy and vibrant, maybe not one to visit if you want a quiet meal but it was Saturday night. Paulina our waitress was the best, very professional and efficient whilst also very friendly. Thank you for a lovely evening .

A disappointing experience for our first visit. Not an ideal seating table for a couple. Very loud and busy. Overpriced starter. Served with no base plate or dish and no cutlery. A bowl of water for finger washing after eating prawns was needed. The waitress was efficient and kind in sorting out a free drinks offer for us in the bar.

Wow! waitress Agnes was phenomenal! So friendly and welcoming, executed a perfect steak tartare at the table and couldn’t have been any better, if you have employee of the week/month then she gets our vote

Food was okay, I had the mushroom risotto and crab fettuccine which both lacked flavor, the highlight was the mushroom starters! however the service and especially Agnes was brilliant! She was very attentive and really looked after us.

Dreadful experience. Seated, given a menu and then basically ignored for nearly 30 minutes, not even offered table water or a drink despite me making it very clear that I was ready to order. The only time I've ever got up and walked out in a UK restaurant. Went to San Carlo which is a proper Italian restaurant (where I should have gone in the first place)...go there if you want sublime service and amazing food, not here.

Lovely service from Agnes -thank you! Came here for a work get together not long ago, sea bass was delicious and thought to bring my partner with me next time. The sea bass, once again, did not disappoint!

Fillet steak was terrible, I do not believe it was fillet, it was two pieces of incredibly thin meat, overcooked and covered in some weird melted cheese. At £35, this was way overpriced and extremely disappointing. I was with a client so unfortunately was not in a position to complain and cause any fuss so had to chew through it. Service was ok, atmosphere was mediocre. Definitely will not go back.

Had a Sunday evening meal here, and would definitely recommend. However, whilst the food, wine and general atmosphere were excellent, as is so often the case, it was the service from Paulina that made the whole evening that much more special. We had a lovely evening, and given how nice it was, it was also superb value.

Recently visited the Birmingham branch of Gusto and had a beautiful meal. Food is always really good and the service is always exemplary and friendly. Special mention to Paulina who is so lovely and welcoming every time we visit.

Muy decepcionante, no volveremos. La comida era solo mediocre - la lasaña no era tan buena como compro en Tesco - y el ambiente en el restaurante era muy pobre. Estábamos sentados en una sección en la que no nos habíamos sentado antes, y las mesas estaban apretadas juntas y el ruido de las otras mesas era horrible, no es lo que espero en una comida cara con amigos. Simplemente no podíamos escuchar lo que alguien decía. Evita este lugar si esperas poder tener alguna conversación con amigos. Me siento totalmente estafado.

It was really loud within the restaurant. I had crab pasta and there wasn't much crab within the dish. It wasn't very flavoursome either. If there hadn't have been fresh chilli and chunk.of lemon I would say it was bland. The 10%tip that was added to the bill was in fact, nearly 15%. We were in a rush otherwise I would have complained. I will not be returning.
