We ordered here this evening for the first time. Need to say we are also peaky since we lived 20 yrs in Italy. The pizza is ok, not wow. Unfortunately would not order again. I ll not make extra comments on quality an so.

Amazing food. Every time. Only down side is I ordered at 6.40ish and it arrived 20.45ish after being even later than its delayed arrival time. Food amazing and understandably busy on a Saturday but accurate ETAs would be appreciated so I know what to expect.

The pizza is good pizza, traditional style, but the prociutto was actually just regular ham which was disappointing, I was really looking forward to prociutto. Mine (Tropical Pizza) also had some yellow pepper on that I think made it on by accident. The Rocket salad was nice.

Said 25-40 minutes delivery time on just eat before I ordered, then said 1 hour to 1 hour 20 after I ordered. Finally turned up after 2 hours and 5 minutes stone cold! Restaurant said they would refund me but haven’t!

Been passing here for two years and I haven't been let down at all 😎 Friendly stuff and very communicative. With one member of stuff I'm practicing my Italian skills, as I use to lear a little bit when I was 12-14 years and since then, I never had the chance to speak with a native Italian person anymore. Getting back to the food 🍕 It's good, tasty and plenty for the money. I recommend Quattro Formaggi Pizza for who's in love with Cheese 🧀 They got good wedges and chicken strips 🥰 Overall, it clean, tidy and very well organised 😎 Bravos 👍

Absolutely appalling! We ordered 2x vegetarian pizzas and one was covered in chicken, mistakes happen so we called and the manager said "he doesn't know who to believe as the kitchen wouldn't do that" there was no apology, he finally offered a replacement but the meal was already ruined by his poor attitude.

I own a pizzeria, that takes the number 2 spot on Tripadvisor in Birmingham. I am not ashamed to give this place all the praise it deserves! I always order this when I'm back home and honestly the cook it just perfect. The base perfectly toasted with spots of char here and there for flavour. A well risen crust, toasted a lovely brown colour with a chewy and crispy texture. Great choice of toppings (the pepperoni and gorgonzola with chilli slaps). And all in 30 mins. If you want pizza that can compete with Birminghams finest look no further! Good pizza should be shared and spoken about x

We switched to Pala Wood Fired Italian Pizza after trying them out a couple of times. We used to use a well known chain but they can't beat this Pizza ... It's rich and really decadent compared to the usual options. Our teen and pre-teen won't let us order anything else and who can blame them. Also the delivery driver is extremely friendly. Need to have some folding cash handy to tip next time! Nothing bad to say here just order lots and you wont regret it...

Unfortunately this is the second time in succession our order was incorrect. Our food was also like warm. I'll be looking for a new pizza place I think.

To begin with all the food I had here was incredible, really nice and seemed a lot more authentic compared to what I am used to. I stopped buying food from here because the pizza's base would be soggy and would have a slight taste and odour that I can only describe as dirty dish water. On two occasions after this, a friend and myself watched them clean the pizza oven with a mop and bucket. I think that they should probably find a different way to clean the pizza oven or at least change the heads on the mop more often. Argumentative person answering the telephone.

Ordered at 19.10. Told it was going to arrive 30 minutes later. Got an message saying it had been delivered at 20.05. Called the restaurant. They said they lost the order. It finally arrived at 20.48. The managers attitude was appalling. He said and I quote “what do you want me to do”. I paid a lot of money and I am a regular customer and for him to say that I was shocked.

The Pasta has meat inside, you should put it on the description. But the food is delicious

Great pizza - always lovely. But tell your delivery driver not to ring the bell and then walk around to immediately peer into someone’s front room! It’s weird and intrusive and just inappropriate.

Ordered a pizza and a side online for collection. The food was ready on time. The customer service was good, even offered me a discount if I order by phone the next time. About the food: the pizza was ok, nothing to drool over, just a click above the average chippy pizza, the garlic and mozzarella pizza bread was rubbery and horrible. overall they got a nice selection of toppings and are not pork scared (salami, bacon, ham etc). I will try again, the pizza is quite promising.

Pala's food is lovely. Wood fired pizzas I'd always recommend. Good range of extras. However, food took over 2 hours to arrive from ordering. Had to call to chase the delivery about an hour and a half after ordering. The person on the phone was polite, but didn't offer much beyond their apologies. They said the delay was due to volume of orders. If it's going to take 2 hours to deliver on orders, you should stop taking orders.

We ordered tonight and it took 2 hours to arrive. no apology, nothing. Hubby phoned and lots of "just round the corner". It's a shame, because the pizza is delicious. I echo other reviews that the starters and deserts are nasty, cheap and clearly just bought in.
