Amazing food and service, really recommend!!

Amazing food and wonderful service, especially from the waiters Kelechi and Princess .Would highly recommend and plan on coming by again

Updated August 2024 - this is now our new favourite local place to eat out. I think we've eaten here at least twice a month since moving to the area. They've got a lot better with the generosity of the toppings which we certainly appreciated from our first experience. The staff are great as always, friendly and attentive. First review in November 2023 - Had a nice pleasant meal at Rudy's. It was our first time here and the service was friendly and attentive. The venue is dog friendly which is great so we sat in the far corner of the restaurant which was ideal for us and our dog. We ordered two pizzas the Triple Pepperoni and Portobello.

Food is AMAZING! Pizzas are a great portion size, lovely staff, very hygienic, a spacious layout Served by Cameron, lovely bloke, keep up the great work!

last sunday me and my parents went here and the service and food were impeccable. in addition to this, the short power cut we had was very entertaining. the dessert was amazing too!!!

Loved the pizza, they have different menu i felt so, because i am the person who just eat chicken and there was not option of chicken so i had to go for margherita and trust me it was on the top. Must funniest thing we order cheesy garlic bread, thinking it would come in small piece, it was same size of pizza but it was the best cheesy garlic bread that i have ever had. Cheers to the team.

Avoid......ordered via deliveroo and they happen to have a 20% off deal. Seems like they discount the toppings as well as the price though, and literally received a pizza with a pitiful amount of toppings in the centre and no where else. Even paid extra for nduja........clearly a mistake. Go to Poli in kings heath instead......you won't regret it and also won't get rationed

Great pizza base, tasty toppings, lovely staff (who dealt with our chaotic group of 15 with grace!), fun atmosphere - definitely recommend!

Really nice thin pizza, dip and tiramisu. Attentive and friendly staff. Reasonable price. But it was a bit too loud to talk.

Great food, friendly staff, and we weren't rushed into giving up our table as soon as we'd finished eating.

Excellent taste to the pizza and the servers were friendly. The food did take a while to arrive but the price was decent. Would visit again.

The food is always great at rudys, and the prices are decent as well. The service has always been good every time I’ve been always, polite, friendly and the food comes out fast. Worth the trip in if you’re a pizza fan :)

Great pizza, we had a spicy pizza, I can't remember the name and a couple of mushroom ones for the kids, decent value for the money. I would highly recommend it. Atmosphere is a 4 as it's very noisy as the noise just echos around the place.

Beautiful, doughy pizza and a lovely atmosphere to this Rudy’s. Our server was very friendly and helpful, making sure one of our friends avoided any allergens when ordering from the menu. The service was super quick and drinks were lovely, but we did get forgotten about towards the end when needing to pay for our bill. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again!

Super nice service, we were 8 people on a Saturday, it was so busy and they found a table for us. Also the staff have been really friendly and welcoming :) Amazing food btw👍 💯 Recommended

Reliable stone baked pizza. Brilliant every time. No complaints. The orangecello is delicious.

Really wanted to enjoy this place, but the pizza (of all things) let them down. The edges were quite tough yet the centre was soggy and undercooked. I was expecting much more from our first visit here, but left feeling underwhelmed. On the plus side, the location is great and the service was genuinely pleasant.

Popped in for a takeaway Tonno pizza. Excellent pizza and the staff went out of their way to have a casual conversation with me whilst I waited the short while for my pizza to be cooked fresh. I’ll definitely dine in when I’m back in town.

Really nice place, and decently priced. The starters are definitely made to share which we didn't think because of the price. Highly recommend the lemonade its absolutely incredible.

Despite not being a fan of pizza, I absolutely love Rudy's! Amazing selection of pizza, wines and drinks, and fantastic table service. We sat outdoors as the weather was lovely. I will be visiting again. Delicious pizza. Enough said.

We arrived here to be told that ALL restaurants in the nearby vicinity close at 10.00 pm. What a list of rubbish, I think the guy just wanted to go home. How hard can it be to make a pizza 😡

First visit to a Rudy’s outlet. Excellent venue, warm welcome from staff. Service was well organised and very efficient. Food was cooked fresh and hot on arrival at table. Pizzas were light and tasty, fresh tasting ingredients. Good value for money. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Pitiful place, unwelcoming and unprofessional staff, we were turned away at 8.50pm because they were closing at 9pm.

Chose here for a special lunch out - and it delivered on all fronts. A large, light and airy restaurant with a view across the square. It was very quiet - but it was a very wet Monday lunchtime. Service was excellent. Very efficient without being at all intrusive - and the pizzas lived up to expectations!! I can recommend the Cinghiale. The crust was light and crisp, with the n’duja and roquito peppers adding a lovely flavour and spice without being too much. A thoroughly enjoyable lunchtime!

The Triple Pepperoni is a holy trinity of salty Pepperoni, perfect doughy base and a sweet sauce drizzled on top. Washed down with a Crodino. “Ottimo”! 👌🏻

Absolutely trash order two pizzas one side two drinks on 18:30 now it's 20:30 two hours update the good thing pizza was very very good but to much time.

Both me and my partner have always been Rudy's regular customers - we had dinner at the one in Brindleyplace ever since it opened. Apart from the amazing pizzas they make, what we find extremely nice - and very rare to find elsewhere - is its lovely and friendly staff!! Sabrina and Ajay do really know their way around customers and always made us feel so welcome and even missed! They even offered us dinner on our (sadly) last night in Birmingham. The whole staff is super nice, unfortunately I do not know all the names, but I think the Rudy's at Brindleyplace strength is its amazing and welcoming staff which reminds me so much of Italy!! Thanks again guys for doing such an amazing job, both you and the pizzas will be greatly missed!!! Marta&Salvo

Love Rudy's. The best pizza in Birmingham. The specials are always excellent. Very family friendly spot with the offer of free ice cream for my son.

We decided to go and try this new place for a pizza. My daughter 's best friend was with us, but unfortunately, she left the pizza. Despite the fresh and taste ingredients, the pizza was too soft and chewy for her to eat! The rest of the table finished everything, so I guess we were all happy with the food and the service.

Please stop spraying the tables without thinking about the customers sitting on the table next to the one you’re cleaning. My pizza got covered in antibacterial spray as no care was given to how close together the tables are!! I have anxiety so unfortunately I couldn’t complain but please please be careful as it ruined my experience

The pizzas at Rudys are always great, however my experience at this particular outlet was terrible. We had a reservation for dinner and were seated next to the service area which was extremely noisy. We could barely have a conversation because all we could hear was the continuous loud sound of plates, bowls, pots. The washing areas should be back of house and should not be part of the restaurant. The reason people go out to a restaurant is for its food, ambience and to have a good time. Unfortunately Rudys at Brindleyplace fails at the later.

The best Rudy's location we've ever visited! Staff members are always welcoming, food is incredible and we even have our favourite table there. Perfect spot both for friends/family gatherings and date evenings ❤️🍕 Romagnola pizza with Garlic Aioli, Negroni and Rum Baba are my top-choice!

Just wanted to praise all the staff who were on shift Sunday afternoon 11/02/24. We popped in for some lunch with our son on his first birthday and all the team really went above and beyond for us all. Couldn't speak highly enough of them all. To top it off, the pizzas were delicious. Thanks for everything guys

Absolute bang on, one of the best pizzas i’ve had in a very long time, we popped in before a gig at Utilita and it was perfect, the service was really quick, really friendly, authentic and freshly made, really good portion, great value and tasty. there’s a lot of places around here and i’m glad we ventured over here, highly recommended

From the communication prior to the meal and on the day, the service from the staff at this branch was AMAZING! We booked for 25+ people for a staff Christmas meal and it was the perfect evening. Quick and efficient service with a smile from the fabulous Freya & Ajay! This newer branch of the chain is by far a new favourite, located close by the popular bars and the waterside area of Brindley Place. Lovely warming atmosphere for a festive celebration. The food was fabulous (as always) and all staff had a great time. We will definitely be back as a team next year, thank you 😊
