Rudy's Pizza Napoletana - Brindleyplace in Birmingham

So I prefer this branch to the Bennett’s Hill one 😅! The service was so friendly, food arrived really quick, and we were told about the extra free additions you could add onto the pizza like fresh garlic. We got the two specials - the leek and friarielli one was my favourite, the flavours were so complex and perfectly matched. Only small complaint was the Capocollo and Leek pizza was very salty after a few slices, I wouldn’t be able to eat even half a pizza myself. Definitely need something to counter that saltiness! As for the drinks, would highly recommend the Morello Cherry spritz!

Great Neapolitan pizza. The fennel sausage pizza was exceptional.. As was the margherita pizza . Great service to top it off. Wine and beer offerings were extensive but we didn't have any..

Just like my experience at the Manchester location, the pizza did not disappoint. I skipped the starters to save room and, given the chilly weather, opted for a hot drink instead. We had: 🍕 Calabrese with extra fresh chilli, a spicy, flavorful kick that really hit the spot. 🍕 Triple Pepperoni – a must-try for pepperoni lovers, generously topped and full of flavor. ☕ Flat White which was smooth and well-balanced. ☕ Latte which warmed me up. Overall, a great meal with consistently good quality!

I've tried various 'authentic' pizzerias and nothing comes close to the offering at Rudy's pizza. The best tasting and most authentic pizzas you can find outside of Naples. Can't fault anything about them, price is reasonable, service from staff is nice and friendly. Desserts aren't too bad either 😋 My first choice for pizza 🍕

Great pizza restaurant in relaxed surroundings

If you want pizza, I highly recommend it. Everyone said it was 1 pizza per person, but I didn't eat much, so I had 1 pizza, 1 salad, and a drink.

New veggie pizza was absolutely delicious and service from Frank was fantastic. Highly recommend, as always

I ordered it for delivery and it was really delicious. Doppia Mozzarella with mushrooms (1 pound extra) + chili flakes (no additional charge) was the best choice. The chili is spicier than I expected, so it holds the flavor well. If I took a bite without any complicated thoughts, I thought it was just delicious. It's cost-effective and everything is good. Delivery came quickly too. If you feel that it has cooled down a bit after eating it, reheat it in the microwave on medium heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute. exorcism. Please prosper and open a franchise near my house💕 I tried Doppia Mozzarella with extra mushroom and chilli flake, which was amazing💕If I would visit birmingham again, I’ll definitely get my pizza here! The delivery service was quick as well

We were a group of 8, early evening without a booking yet were welcomed and we sat in the covered area with heaters which suited us. 7 of us stayed to eat and enjoyed generously portioned, delicious, freshly made Italian pizzas, rocket with gran padano salad, with a mix of wine, cocktails and beers. Really great service and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely be returning!

Really fantastic first time visit to Rudy’s! Food was delicious - generous toppings and pizza was nice and hot. Lovely rustic but comfy atmosphere with pretty twinkly lights and very reasonable prices considering the location. Despite our large group (20+) the service was excellent and cannot fault the staff. Highly recommend!

Went on a Monday with 3 other friends the food was amazing had garlic bread as a starter and a margarita as a main, wanted dessert but was too full! Amazing good at a very reasonable price, it was quite on the Monday but the service and food was fantastic.

Really friendly service, super tasty pizza and a much needed morello cherry spritz. Perfect place for a relaxed catch up with a friend I've not seen for a while.

Didn't let me in, told me they're overloaded with their kitchen and then right behind me a group of 10 walk in and they were seated 🥲 god knows why they turned me back.

4.5*/5* ----- But as you can't do half stars, I've rounded to 5 stars Excellent atmosphere and warm welcome. The pizza menu is great with lots of creative ideas for pizza toppings, though I was terribly old fashioned and just went for Triple Pepperoni. The service, when you could get it, was lovely and all the servers are cheerful and happy to help. The loss of half a star is just because we had to wait an age to get our waiter's attention. In fact, we were planning on desserts but he got sucked into a pizza-oven vortex for so long that we lost the "sweet window" so signalled across the room to someone to just get the bill. I approve highly that a "service charge" is not presumptuously added to the bill (yes we did tip as the food was excellent). Would definitely return.

Lovely quaint place really enjoyed it. The only thing I would say is that it was so dark I had to put my torch on to read the menu. Apart from that was really good 👍

Unbelievable service! Place was half empty and they said that they were not accepting walk-ins. It was a weekday and late afternoon so not busy at all! Said that to 5 more couples. How pretentious and rude to turn away people going to have some PIZZA from a pizza place! Who do they think they are? Love the pizza there but this is the second time it happens! And it is very random as all the times we have been there we never book! Unacceptable!

We visited at lunchtime and were seated inside in a corner by the window to watch the local office workers go by. We ordered olives, three pizzas and a garlic bread with cheese (which is pizza sized), to share between five, and there were still leftovers to take home. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would definitely visit a Rudy's again.

Updated August 2024 - this is now our new favourite local place to eat out. I think we've eaten here at least twice a month since moving to the area. They've got a lot better with the generosity of the toppings which we certainly appreciated from our first experience. The staff are great as always, friendly and attentive. First review in November 2023 - Had a nice pleasant meal at Rudy's. It was our first time here and the service was friendly and attentive. The venue is dog friendly which is great so we sat in the far corner of the restaurant which was ideal for us and our dog. We ordered two pizzas the Triple Pepperoni and Portobello.

Food is AMAZING! Pizzas are a great portion size, lovely staff, very hygienic, a spacious layout Served by Cameron, lovely bloke, keep up the great work!

last sunday me and my parents went here and the service and food were impeccable. in addition to this, the short power cut we had was very entertaining. the dessert was amazing too!!!

Loved the pizza, they have different menu i felt so, because i am the person who just eat chicken and there was not option of chicken so i had to go for margherita and trust me it was on the top. Must funniest thing we order cheesy garlic bread, thinking it would come in small piece, it was same size of pizza but it was the best cheesy garlic bread that i have ever had. Cheers to the team.

Avoid......ordered via deliveroo and they happen to have a 20% off deal. Seems like they discount the toppings as well as the price though, and literally received a pizza with a pitiful amount of toppings in the centre and no where else. Even paid extra for nduja........clearly a mistake. Go to Poli in kings heath instead......you won't regret it and also won't get rationed

Great pizza, we had a spicy pizza, I can't remember the name and a couple of mushroom ones for the kids, decent value for the money. I would highly recommend it. Atmosphere is a 4 as it's very noisy as the noise just echos around the place.

Beautiful, doughy pizza and a lovely atmosphere to this Rudy’s. Our server was very friendly and helpful, making sure one of our friends avoided any allergens when ordering from the menu. The service was super quick and drinks were lovely, but we did get forgotten about towards the end when needing to pay for our bill. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again!

Reliable stone baked pizza. Brilliant every time. No complaints. The orangecello is delicious.

Really wanted to enjoy this place, but the pizza (of all things) let them down. The edges were quite tough yet the centre was soggy and undercooked. I was expecting much more from our first visit here, but left feeling underwhelmed. On the plus side, the location is great and the service was genuinely pleasant.

Really nice place, and decently priced. The starters are definitely made to share which we didn't think because of the price. Highly recommend the lemonade its absolutely incredible.

Popped in for a takeaway Tonno pizza. Excellent pizza and the staff went out of their way to have a casual conversation with me whilst I waited the short while for my pizza to be cooked fresh. I’ll definitely dine in when I’m back in town.
