Amazing place so chilled and the food is to die for. Has a cosmopolitan feeling and it's so reasonably priced. Drinks are reasonable too. U will love it

I know that Rudy’s is known for its pizza but I will come back over and over just for the coffee and at £2.50 for an americano what’s not to like? Considering the place was very busy, we didn’t have to wait very long for our food and the staff were really helpful. Oh yeah, and the pizza is worth a mention. So good pizza and great coffee. I approve 👍🏾

You can't fault it. It was a great place to eat in Liverpool and this one as well in Harbourne.

We had such a lovely experience at Rudy’s last Saturday. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and had a really nice buzz without feeling hectic. We were looked after by Isabella, who was fantastic—she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really well taken care of throughout the evening. We ordered the salami pizza, two Caesar salads, and two homemade lemonades. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. Portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. We also decided to try some desserts, which were absolutely delicious—definitely worth saving room for! We sat near the high street, which was lovely, especially with the nice weather. The service was quick and efficient, but we never felt rushed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s the kind of place where you can really relax and enjoy good food in a great setting. Isabella really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great evening, and that personal touch made all the difference. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend Rudy’s to friends and family.

Great food+drinks and great staff, LOUD. Really nice staff and food. Unlike many other places has mostly enough staff for amount of people. Prices are good and theres a decent selection of nice pizzas. Would reccomend purely for that! Got offered free taster drinks due to birthday and dips to try for first visit. Service charge is also not agressively added and is optional, though is automatically added for larger groups of 5+ people. However a combo of somewhat loud music and really open plan with all hard surfaces made the inside really loud. Nothing dampens convo sounds from all the tables so if its busy the noise level is fairly above most resturaunts ive been in. Nice aesthetically and ok if less busy/music is turned down a notch but in my visit loud.

Had a great lunch here. We sat outside which was lovely on a sunny day, the service was quick and attentive and the drinks and food arrived quickly. The Pizza is amazing! Proper pizza made with high quality ingredients and you can really tell. I also love the hot honey dip, super tasty! We had some left over which they provided us with a box to take home. We followed the instructions on the box on how to reheat the pizza and enjoyed it all over again in the evening. Thanks!

Had my birthday here last night and the staff made sure it was a success! Lucy our server was so nice and attentive! They even allowed us to cut the cake and gave us plates for it. We were the last ones there but the staff were nice until the end and never rushed us! The food was great and despite being a large table arrived all at the same time! It was a 10/10 will definitely be back!

Not suitable if you are veggie.. only one option available. The pizza or garlic bread had no salt. The base of the pizza was okay. But not the best pizza I think it's definitely over rated. And the customer service was terrible. They definitely forgot our order. Didn't come once to check in and we had to call several times for the drink or dip or to remind them to get our food. Just to end, the place is very tight I'm literally almost seating with the people next to us which makes it very uncomfortable and the seats also not the nicest. Not going back there for sure.

Amazing and authentic pizzas and great service

I had a disappointing experience at Rudy’s. We simply asked to sit outside since it wasn’t raining—just a bit cloudy—and were met with a very rude and unprofessional response from the manager. At first, they claimed the chairs were wet, but when I checked them myself, they were completely dry. When I questioned this, the manager raised his voice and insisted it was “rainy,” even though it clearly wasn’t. It felt like they just didn’t want to accommodate us, despite our polite request. Overall, the attitude and dishonesty really ruined the visit. Definitely not going back.

Been to Rudy’s last evening with my pals Excellent Italian pizzas - garlic mozzarella pizza for starters and portobello and ortolana for mains, tiramisu and choc brownie for dessert. Good ambience, friendly staff and quick service Only thing I would point out that the tender stem broccoli and pesto sauce on ortolana pizza were bitter. Megan - assistant Manager served us, was very friendly, professional and polite.

Hello We ordered two pizzas and garlic bread on recommendation from my nephews The order took an hour to arrive and both pizzas and bread were stone and very difficult to eat Highly disappointed after paying nearly £40

This was a birthday celebration for our 23-year old grandson. There were 9 of us in the group. Food was served promptly, no-one us was left waiting while the others were already served. Excellent food; ideal waitress service from "Linda" who was always attentive but never intrusive..

Had a fantastic evening, 3rd visit to harborn Rudy's always welcoming, great food, very busy on Saturday, we booked so advice always book, our booking was 4 pm and by 5 walk ins where having trouble getting a table, as my partner says BOSTIN !

Had a Tarantina Pizza delivered by UberEats. The toppings were scant, they are too tight with the ingredients. The pizza base was the only saving grace. Come on Rudy’s…..Stop ripping us off. I’d have been better off going for a marinara, at least I’ve have known what I was getting. What made it worse was, the delivery driver turned up with it in a tatty old open black bag that was as thermal as one of my old socks. Consequently the Pizza was stone cold. It was also unsliced and lacking toppings including sauce and cheese. It’ll be my last Rudy’s Pizza.

Genuinely really disappointed in the pizza I had here, especially as it was a £14 ‘special’ ‘inspired by the best pizza restaurant in the world’ - Fennel Sausage the main event. I’ll let you try to find the dribble of sausage on this pizza in the photo, no flavor of fennel at all - what you could taste was olive, which was the only flavour on this. Really really dissapointing. Rudy’s do do a good dough, i’ll give them that, but these toppings on the most expensive ‘special’ were so disappointing for me. Staff also running around stressed out, asked for crayons for our daughter which never came. Not a bad place, my wife’s pizza far better situated with the toppings, but my experience was quite disappointing.

I now realise that I've never had a pizza before. I thought that I knew what pizza was but this was astounding.

Came here for an early Valentine’s Day meal as me and my husband were both working Valentine’s Day. Came in service was very quick, ordered our drinks and then our meals afterwards and didn’t take long before we were eating it. Decent portions for the money. Love the atmosphere. Definitely come back again

Pizzas good, shame they haven’t heard of calling ahead to collect. Spent an hour sat at the bar watching people come, eat and leave before ive even had a sniff of my order. May aswell have eaten in. Waste of time.

Regular guest here, normally no issues but everything seemed to go wrong tonight, I'd stopped by to get a pizza to go, was told there was going to be a wait which I said was fine. Luckily some local friends of mine were dining and said I could join while I waited. My pizza never turned up, after 45 minutes I asked where it was, they couldn't find the order so made a new one. They then put the pizza on the bill of my friends table despite my having already paid for it which I showed the lady (not sure if she was the manager), eventually it came and then got home to find they'd had not provided the aioli either a real disappointment

A cozy place for pizza! Every pizza is freshly made with thin base and crunchy crust. I ordered the triple pepperoni (£13.90), the strachiatella and chili honey made the pizza less dry. The portion is quite filling for one person!

Went for my granddaughter's birthday. It soon become extremely busy but ticked over without incident. Staff were polite and conscientious. Pizzas were delicious 😋 😍

Bare in mind it is still family orientated time to time during day hours, this Rudy establishment is a decent Italian pizza spot. I'd give the pizza a solid 7.4 at best. Bread is really good, crust too, the sauces are delightful and flavoursome but could do with more sauce. I believe what wasn't good was service although they were managing a whole house full at the time I sat alone and ate alone but didn't received a ordered item that I felt would have increased my opinion about them but that let me down a bit. I would however continue to eat the pizza but would decide on not attending the restaurant side of things. Can be crampt at times with the overflow of people. It's good food but not great food. Rudy's is your papajohns but actually from Italy. Good ingredients and the chefs do well to execute someone else's flavour but not really authentic in my opinion as they have no twist for it themselves. :(

Really nice vibe. With good size shared Campan, with really tasty bread and nicely ressed rocket. My fave thing was the best tiramisu ive had outside italy!

The White Capricciosa pizza the best pizza I've ever had in my entire life!!! The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. We also loved the interior design as the whole place feels clean and cozy.

What a great night at Rudy's Harborne! We've been to Rudy's more than 10 times already, and we keep coming back. The one in Harborne is our favourite due to the exceptional service we always receive. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Yesterday, we had the chance to try a dessert that isn't even on the menu yet, and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is always so nice and relaxing, with great attention to detail. When we bring our puppy, they always make sure we have a table off to the side so it's not in anyone's way. The manager, who was wearing a striped t-shirt, was so nice and friendly - thanks for making our visit so special! Can't wait to go back. 10/10!

Came here early evening and it was already busy - great to see a restaurant having popular local support. I would definitely recommend booking a table in advance. What l liked - Efficient staff that welcome and serve you with a smile. The white wine was nice. Pizza comes as a thin crust, and was tasty and a good size. What l wasn't keen on - the caesar salad was little gem lettuce (not romaine) with lots of dressing, not a true caesar salad. There was a dog with the family next to us..l don't think dogs should be allowed in restaurants from a health and safety perspective (including emotional support dogs). Only service dogs.

So I went for a dessert on the weekend for a Tiramisu which was amazing and the staff were so lovely! Hitesh who was such a gentleman gave me the dessert on the house!!! What a lovely kind gesture! I will definitely be coming here again for the third time for sure!!!

Some of the nicest pizza we have tried. It is a more authentic Napoletana style pizza (no 'meat feast' to be found here!) and is absolutely delicious. We also found this place surprisingly cheap - I expected to pay more!

Really good pizza and an excellent addition to Harborne. Much better to go here than Domino’s or any of those other chains. Their marinara sauce is delicious as is the mozzarella and dough. Friendly staff. Will be back.

The Pizza actually quite good, a strong 7.5/10 which is very good, only 1 or 2 8s in Birmingham. I feel like there could have been kids options on the menu which but can't mark it down for that. The service was smiley yet lacked something, a starter was forgotten but they gave a free pudding, I think for the price they could focus a tiny bit more on ambience.

Regular haunt when picking our Son up from Uni. Pizzas are fantastic aswell as the service & atmosphere.

I came here for a Pizza. I ordered Margherita, and it was adequate. A bit undercooked, for my liking. I had 2 glasses of Primivera. Tiramasu was nice. Was very busy with good atmosphere. I will go back when it is not so busy.

You can't go wrong with Rudy's! I choose this branch usually a few times (been to Manchester, London and Birmingham) a year and they never let me down. I'm always feeling welcomed, staff is friendly and helpful. I can say absolutely everyone is doing their best to provide top quality service. I love to watch personnel when they work any time I go to a restaurant as a part of the visit and in Rudy's from my perspective it looks like it should and they work as a team. Huge selections of pizzas, I love their seasonal ones especially this year's in October. Top quality Italian ingredients, dough is matured (I saw dough proofers), good tiramisu and kimbo coffee. They know what they doing! :)

This place is amazing! The food was amazing! The service was amazing. We had a get together after work here, there was 8 of us in total! We had a really great experience! We all ordered different pizza's, cocktails, wines and even designated driver cokes. Im not really a fan of pizza but my mouth could not stop. It was so tasty! My partner even had my 2 slices when I got home and automatically said this is where we will take his italian family when they come over. I cannot fault one thing. Even the queue outside to get in was over flowing! The food is impeccable! Please don't follow the bad reviews somethings not right there as when we went nothing was too much, all the staff were smiling even when it was so busy they were still smiling! The chef came over to let us know we can mix toppings and add as much as we like. The honey chilli dip is defo a must try with all pizzas. I am so looking forward to returning here!

First time yesterday. The restaurant looks inviting . The staff were friendly. The two Marinara pizzas were undercooked, soggy and too bland, lacked seasoning. A rocket and a caprese salad seemed somewhat over priced but ok. Total bill including one Pellegrino, water £29.00. If you have low expectations this place is for you.

Ordered online, there was hair on the food. We called up to inform them, they said they had a complaint about the same thing the night before from other customers so it's impossible we could have hair on our food because they've then checked all pizzas going out. Doesn't make any sense, there was still hair on our pizza and totally dismissed our experience even with proof. Looked like pube hairs too. Management didn't care or apologise, no offer of a new pizza, nothing. wouldn't order from here again from the way they handled it.

The decor looks like the inside wasn't finished with lots of unfinished plaster. Needs more light as I needed the torch on my phone to read the menu. Not enough choice of ingredients for pizza toppings. No chicken and other items not on the menu. Service was great for food and drink.

Ordered two pizzas through Uber eats and the dips didn’t arrive. We were really looking forward to these as they compliment the pizzas. Restaurant unwilling to send a replacement and now have to wait for Uber eats to give us a refund. For £40 for two pizzas it is unacceptable.

One of the best Margherita pizzas I’ve ever had. Just note for anyone on a halal diet- they use pig fat in their Parmesan so ask for regular cheddar instead.

I've been here on numerous occasions but I'll be honest today wasn't the best whilst i am a dog/pet owner I was a bit confused as to how they allow dogs into a restaurant, i was sat with my family and there were too dogs on another table ,the owners were feeding it from the table which in a restaurant I find bizarre, the then the dogs wanted to get to as food had just arrived, I find it odd that this is acceptable !! And how environmental health inspectors would think this is OK I'm sorry but this is Not OK!!!! I will not be returning

Pizza does not get any better than this. Or to put it another way. If you like authentic Italian Pizza, you need to try a Rudy's. If your idea of pizza is a dry Dominos stuffed crust or Chicago Town type of thing, you may not appreciate this thin, moist and almost delicate kind of pizza which is truly authentic of real Italian Pizza. But this is a great place to go. They even have their own branded beer/lager or iPA. Highly recommend and probably the best pizza I've had now that Margeris in Lichfield has closed down.

Had a lovely pizza here. Be warned the portions are very large and can definitely be shared comfortably between 2. However I was solo dining and had to take a bag home lol. Great service, friendly staff and atmosphere.

Oh, where do I even begin with the disastrous pizza experience that unfolded before me? Picture this: a pizza that was promised to arrive at 4:40 PM, but decided to take a leisurely stroll through the Antarctic before gracing us with its presence at 5:30 PM. Yes, you read that right - a full 50 minutes late, as if our hunger had all the time in the world to spare. When it finally arrived, this poor excuse for a pizza was colder than a polar bear’s toenails. I swear, even the Titanic would shudder at the thought of being associated with this iceberg of a pizza. The cheese had congealed into a sad, lifeless mess, and the crust could have doubled as a frisbee in a pinch. To add insult to injury, we summoned the courage to call the restaurant, only to be met with Isabella, the manager or should I say the Queen Of Denial. Her condescension and rude demeanor were enough to make even a seasoned grump like Ebenezer Scrooge blush. Instead of owning up to their epic fail, she deftly passed the blame onto poor Deliveroo, as if they were the unsung villains in this tragicomedy of errors. Isabella, if you're reading this, take a long hard look at your pizza kingdom and ask yourself - is this the legacy you want to leave behind? A cold, tardy pizza with a side of excuses? As for the rest of you brave souls, tread carefully when venturing into this pizzeria of nightmares. May the odds of receiving a hot and timely pizza be ever in your favor.

Great food! Love Neapolitan style pizza so many flavours and options to choose from. The service was good but I noticed the waiters fingers touching the pizza as he served it. Since the pizza is too big for the plate it is served in. This is rather disgusting since the same waiter was seen touching his face and hair and collecting dirty plates without washing hands. Great atmosphere, inside the restaurant and outside area is nice too. With lamps/heaters to keep warm. It’s not that expensive, but costs can rack up if you add sides but you don’t need them since the pizza is filling enough in its own.
