Lovely food, always a warm welcome,really enjoy whole atmosphere at this zizzi, Dan and his team work hard to please customers definitely recommend

We had late lunch on Thurs I had baked potato husband had breakfast ., baked potato skin so hard couldn't cut it, husband toast burnt,black bits on bacon so disappointed, have eaten here before and was fine,won't be eating here again.

Had the best service and properly looked after, Staffs are polite and friendly.I will always visit the cafe for my morning Coffee. Love the Atmosphere, waiting time is less compared to other cafe ve been to. Excellent overall experience.

Empty restaurant…. But only one waiter and 3 cooks. Didn’t accept walk in or allow bookings Tuesday 2 pm. Badly run.

First time i went and last staff ignored me at the till to order something to take out guy takes the orders asks me cash or card I said cash then he responds they not taking no cash they have no change imagine how you behind on orders so you're busy at half 10 pm and have no change?!

Pizza was very floppy, I had to put it in the oven again when I got it to get to be more firm

Visited for my husband’s birthday, accompanied by our dog. We had a drink in the bar as the table was apparently not available until 7 in the Russell room, which is where people with dogs are banished to; a room not unlike a 1980’s conference suite. The staff in the bar area were lovely and service was great. Went downhill after that. The Grill looked welcoming and vibrant, the Russell Room is not. Not sure why we had to wait until 7 as it was empty apart from one other couple. Would have been happier eating in the bar area and not feel like we were being punished for bringing our dog, which I appreciate not everyone is a fan of. Husband’s food was excellent apparently; lamb shanks. My was awful; gnocchi. Approximately 10 dry, obviously burnt and completely devoid of any flavour balls of nothingness in a bland, tasteless sauce. Not sure how it got sent out. Had it removed from the bill at the end and was not asked how the food was at any point after it had been delivered. Overall, an extremely expensive and overrated place to eat and drink.

Great service, we are gutted it’s closing as this has alway been our date night place 😞. We’ve been coming here for over 5 years now. The team are so friendly always look after us and make sure we get the table in the corner

Garlic bread was utterly phenomenal !!!, i would go back just for the garlic bread, delicious, best thing i have put in my mouth

Food was lovely. The only down side were the staff being a bit tardy getting our drinks, especially as it was early and we were the only ones in there. I'm also not a fan of take out orders being so obvious as it spoils the dining experience, but understand this is difficulf in places with limited space.

Spent £30 on desserts was told 30 mins waited over an hour and came stone cold nearly any toppings not when paid for extra toppings shops answer is I’ll send you 1 replacement waffle will be going else where in future

Just visited Sicily. Sicily guy made me fresh chips, fresh kebab and salad. Top service and good quality of food.

Wasn't really impressed the gluten free burger came with a backed potato nothing in it not even butter was very dry, my son Didn't really enjoy the meal and neither did I

Prezzo and managers Can't stand cheap food over priced for everything I will be not going to any other Prezzo in my life hope they all shut down! Can't call it a restaurant! I will be happy to leave you no star
